I was sitting at my Desktop about 3 weeks ago when my screen went dark! I was working on a very important document. I tried restarting the computer for two days, nothing. I got scared. I knew my desktop was old and had possibly sighed its last breath. I am a middle aged man who grew up without access to a computer, so any minor issue feels like a catastrophy. Fortunately, I found Computer Genius Solutions. Matt is excellent! I brought my computer in and he was able to retrieve the data and transfer it to a laptop that I bought from them for a very fair price. He followed up to this day, making sure I was satisfied. From start to finish he was professional and efficient. I recommend anyone looking for quality and expertise to trust Computer Genius Solutions!

They were awesome and did a fantastic job. My computer had been making a horrible grinding noise and I could not for the life of me figure out where it was coming from. Matt was able to diagnose the problem and replace the faulty part while also improving the airflow. He even installed the new part in a way that has made it much easier for me to maintain and clean the PC moving forward. It's quiet as a mouse now and it looks nicer than it did before.

Overall really great service and communication. I'll definitely be calling CGS again if I have any future PC issues!

Matthew was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, my computer was beyond saving. But I appreciate Matthew being honest about it, telling me he could fix it, but my money would be better spent on a new computer. He didn't charge me for any of this either, which I also appreciate, since he took about a day of his time to run his diagnostics on it.

I had gone to two other places before them for a new computer build I couldn't get to post. Finally I cam here and they were quick and did a thorough job to test all the parts and see what the issue was. They even had advice on what to look for in replacements parts and how to make the system overall more efficient. Happy to have found this place and feel no need to go anywhere else.

I took my computer in for repair. They recommended not to go ahead with the repair as my computer was too outdated and might not last too much. They could have taken my money but instead gave me good advice. And they didn't charge me anything! Very honest business. Call ahead if you're going to their office, they aren't always there during business hours.

Highly recommend this place to bring in any sort of computer problem you're having. Both matt and carlos did a fantastic job on working with my PC and keeping me up to date with anything they encountered along the way. Super glad to have brought in my stuff here than anywhere else, I definitely will be coming back here in the near future.

Carlos was a chill dude. I came in on a Sat afternoon for Carlos help me troubleshoot a motherboard issue with my desktop. He was very nice and professional to me and my wife. Offered us coffee. Very courteous customer service. I will go back if I have any future issues. Highly recommend his service.

Went here to fix my computer. I was set on getting a new one because it looked very done. They assured me that my computer would be fixed and almost brand new. I returned a few days later to pick it up and it was working great. The price was much lower than I expected!! I tried taking over to other place but Computer Genius Solutions had the best price! I plan on using them for all my computer needs. Highly recommend seeing them! Five out of Five.

South Coast Computers have tackled very complex software issues we come across from time to time. As a customer we try to fix our computer problems, so as to save money... unfortunately in the process the computers get really gummed up. So when we call South Coast Computers, we know they have their work cut out for them. Bottom line their hasn't been one yet they weren't able to fix.
