This place is great. My dog Betty and I go get the essentials and are always treated finely. One employee in particular makes our adventures fun and makes us want to keep coming back ! Target... I know good employees and Jasmin is definitely a keeper!

Conveniently located in downtown and they do cram a lot into a small space. Water isn’t well stocked, but most of the food isles seem well shelved. Aluminum foil
Was behind a locked box which feels strange

Visited Denver Colorado, stayed in a nearby hotel for the week into the weekend and on 3/14/ 24 we stopped by the target closest to the 16th street mall, day of the winter storm and was sadly racially profiled. The store cop followed us around and approached us inappropriately asking if we needed help, which we were confused because we were looking around and shopping just as everyone else. As we checked out and left the store two store cops stood at the door and stared us down.
As two successful African American individuals who spend endless amounts of money with target we found this strange behavior to be extremely unacceptable, but please be aware that you have people working within and for this company with prejudice hearts and it has to be stopped. We are aware that in the area you may not often see diversity but this is 2024 and it is a thing .

Moral of the story, watch who you profile because we may have looked not too pleasing to you but you have no idea the careers we hold that can impact the reputation of this locations/and or the unwelcoming employees working there.

Thank you

I had a notably great experience at Microcenter. I determined a parts list online and went in with some nervousness about my knowledge and the sheer volume of choices. As soon as I entered the Build-a-PC area, Hunter greeted me and immediately set to work addressing the components of my parts list. He had extensive knowledge about every component of my build - from key hardware components to case options, part names, cabling variants, network switches, surge protectors, monitors, and even knew a lot about my 10 year old outdated graphics card I'm working with. Hunter was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and offered encouraging words about my first build. He offered Microcenter protection plans and credit options in a way that felt sincerely helpful and NOT like he was trying to sell me something. I never felt pushed into something I wasn't interested in, which is important to me when buying anything. He was organized and thoughtful the whole way through and made my experience memorable.

The store itself was well organized and easy to navigate in lieu of the overwhelming amount of things they have stocked. The layout is intuitive and applies common sense, and I really love how you can create a shopping map online based on your cart. Overall I am genuinely impressed by my experience in this store and the service I received from Hunter and the few other employees I briefly encountered while browsing aisles. I found the whole trip surprisingly enjoyable, fast, easy, and left me feeling confident in my choices. I would say I had a rare experience. I will be back for certain.

Bought a computer brand new from them and it came with software issues. So I brought it back in when I returned from being over seas. I haven't been able to use the computer and they charged me to fix the software issue... The man at the desk told me that because it was a software issue they won't cover it. I should have just bought it from the manufacturer and will never buy from there again...

Update:
Now I don't have any of the MSI programs that came with the computer which is why I bought the computer to begin with. I don't understand why it couldn't have been swapped out or something. The computer is brand new.. I haven't even been able to use it since I got it..

Not sure what else you want me to update?

It's sad because I love micro center. I love everything they stand for.

I bought a TV that rang me up over 1k. I got a 2 year non-accidental warranty. I was buying refurbished. I would never damage anything. Just made sense

My remote didn't work right. This was 2 days after purchase, it literally never worked right. After a couple interactions I spoke to a manager and was told to come in and they'd replace it with a fully working remote.

They tried to give me the cheapest universal remote in the entire store ($10.99 with that outer plastic that looked a decade old and like it would cause stitches if you try ripping it). They wouldn't give me a remote for the Right tv. I wish the manager told me he had no remotes. It would have saved me an hour and gallons of gas.

Genuinely the nicest customer service I’ve experienced. All the staff are nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I didn’t know anything about computers but left this place feeling like an expert because the staff was so clear and concise. I wish every customer service was this good

First time walking in and I was already in love. If I was blessed with a few thousand to spend in there I would have had my dream setup! I know when I can I will have it and this will be the place to go!!

It's a great substitute to skin moisturizer, or vegetable cooking ingredient or butter.

The only thing that it won't fry though is fish such as Tilapia. It would water fill a pan but other than that no complaints.

I was shopping in the Denver downtown Target store today. I needed to use the restroom. I asked an employee where it was. She said “we don’t have a bathroom you can use” apologized for that. When I asked what is a Target customer supposed to do about that she replied that most people go next door to the Chipotle restaurant! I think that is disgraceful. I will never again patronize the Target and I think they should be reprimanded and fined for that.

Every single experience I've had in the last 12 years at this store has been excellent. ALL retailers should be this good.

Pricing is great and all of the maker/stem departments are top notch. Makers rejoice!!!!

I wouldn't hesitate to scream my appreciation for microcenter from the tallest mountain.

This is my favorite store to shop from, by far.

Highly recommend.

I like this store because of its size and friendly staff . It has a limited selection of clothing and a small grocery/homegoods sections, but it's perfect for me. I would recommend it if you don't like the bigger targets. And bonus it has a Starbucks inside the store that is not too busy🙂

The Starbucks barrista (Makenna Oest) with the fun colored hair is simply awesome. She is efficient, patient, smart (over qualified), and clearly knows the biz. Great customer service as well!!

Ooh how great is this little neighborhood target? Superb. The selection of items is cutting edge. Target stays abreast of new items. Then stocks them. The entire staff is like the neighborhood nurse when you are sick: kindly, helpful, and there when you need them. I love my little neighborhood target.

Always fine with me at this location. Bought a small yellow mustard for $.75. At the neighboring King Soopers for same size and brand was $.99. 1 block away. Go figure. University Hills Mall.

The only accessible Target downtown. Staff is nice. Always very clean & well staffed but wish they had a bit of a bigger selection of grocery & household items. Great for people traveling into Denver, though!

Nice Target with 3 floors. The staff were friendly, well stocked and secure, and clean for a store in downtown. There is a few homeless outside the entrance and it was right in front of construction so that was a minus. Would recommend this Target in downtown.

This is Target:Essentials similar to an overgrown Walgreens, not your "conventional" Target.

A typical Target might have 20-30 racks for clothing per gender. They have 5 racks for women's and 5 racks for men and some shared hanging displays for socks, etc.

They do a great job with that space - everything was seasonal (swimsuits now as it is July) but the kind of things you might forget to pack (swimsuits, workout clothes, casual outfit) not work clothes or specialty (maternity) items.

Come for sunglasses or snacks, not to make a "Target run".

Someone else mentioned lighting. I have seen it be dimmer inside, but it was better lit today.

Do you ever go out of town only to arrive at your destination to realize you've forgotten something essential? That's me, every single time I go on a trip. Thankfully, this Target was a 5 minute walk from my hotel so I didn't have to drive anywhere (thank goodness.) I was able to get what I needed without making it a painful ordeal.

I was discriminated against by a female employee named Rilley. She showed a double standard making walking me to the register with a product I wanted to buy when a different employee simply handed me the product and let me take it myself in a separate occasion on the same day and gave me dirty looks without reason. She does not deserve to work there if she is going to treat black customers like they are dirt. How sad Target you could do better

If Target had a baby with a gas station, this place would be it. This store is super TINY! Makes me look like an average human in comparison! Upon entering the store you can see straight to the back wall and the entirety of each department. It is definitely compact.

Which has its downsides, cause everything you're looking for that is even remotely obsure of an item, they most likely not have it. The game section is literally one half an aisle with one section for each system devoted to it. And anything they do carry, they don't carry much.

But, if you are looking for rare collectibles, or Pokémon cards, this is a good place to look as it is rarely visited by scalper types making a mess of everything.

Overall this is a nice target, conveniently located in downtown Denver. I would give it 5 stars but I had to knock it down to 4 stars…why? Because there is no public restroom so it’s hard to do the normal bathroom mirror selfie review. Don’t worry, I found a mirror and snapped a quick pic for the ‘gram but my followers knew it wasn’t the same as a bathroom selfie. Lots of people are worried that I’m changing and I’m not committed to the bathroom mirror selfie game because of this, don’t worry I am and moving forward I’ll drive to a different target so I can get bathroom mirror selfies for the ‘gram

I had so much hope for this location. Sadly, the Starbucks is usually closed when I'm there or the employees walk off just as I walk up to the counter. The whole place is really understaffed.

The creamer has been curdled the last two times I've grabbed it, even though the expiration was weeks out. My brother ended up with molded bread once.

The staffed checkout is rarely open. They strongly encourage self checkout, which I don't approve of.

If this wasn't right across from work I'd go down the street to the other guy.

This target location was nothing but the worst. They have nothing in stock and every time I come into the store there are no workers and when I need help there is never anyone there. I even went to the Starbucks and even when it was supposedly open there was no one there and the lights were off. No management here whatsoever. Anytime I did see the workers they gave me weird looks and would almost avoid me to not help. Definitely do not recommend!! Go to Glendale Super Target instead just for your own sake.

A nice new mini target. Has a cvs pharmacy, grocery, household items, beauty section, some clothes and of course a Starbucks Coffee. Helpful staff, glad to have this in the neighborhood to quickly get household items.

Great location in downtown Denver! 16th Street Mall and California. Smaller store, may not have the specific brands you are used to at your local big box store, but they do have a good selection of most brands that we are used to shopping for. Weekdays Monday through Friday lunch hour is busy, if you are in a hurry, you should avoid the hours of 11:45am to 1: 45 p.m., as you will have to stand in a long line to check out your items. CAB
This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. I bought a laptop about two and a half years ago and paid for the 2-year warranty. A year into it the CPU apparently was failing and they told me to just go get a new laptop. Which I thought would be great except for the fact that the new laptop cost $100 more, I had to buy an entirely new warranty and I had to pay taxes. So my new laptop cost me a whopping $410 and didn't that much more than the old one!
A year and a half into this laptop I can't video conference anymore because there's some video lag going on which I think might be due to the software but they're diagnosing. They've had my laptop and this is my main business laptop now for 96 hours and haven't even bothered to call me and give me an update on status.
Looked them up on Google and there's not even a phone number to call to see what's going on.
Really wish I had gone somewhere 3 1/2 years ago!
