I originally bought some print cartridges from these people, OK product and service but nothing out of the ordinary. However since then they have repeatedly bombarded me with emails offering "special offers" of things I don't want or need. I have repeatedly asked them to take my name off their lists, but they just ignore me and send another spammy offer. I now get two copies of every email, one from James and one from Matt (the business owner). I'm sick of being ignored and will keep saying so until they remove me from their email list.

Absolutely horrendous, was told printer would be protected but the cartridges provided have completely ruined my printer and now need to purchase a replacement (costing nearly £500) - no warranties just poor quality toners provided and LIES about guaranteeing the printer. Please do not let them talk you into buying their poor quality stock - no sympathy or value for their customers!

This company that I have never contacted - somehow managed to get a hold of all of my company emails and then proceeded incessantly email us trying to sell us hand sanitiser, one day I saw 3 emails in the space of 30 minutes!
When I called, I got through to 'James' who then rudely proceeded to dodge my questions and attempt to tell me that I had all emails associated to my company had been removed. Next day - same spammy emails, selling hand sanitisers, another email sent to with the Founder Mattieu B responded saying again 'all emails associated with your company have been removed' then minutes later I receive ANOTHER spammy email.
Tone death given the current climate and non-stop - I get that people need to still make money during these testing times, but this isn't the way of going about it, learn some social etiquette, read a room and listen to when people when they say they're NOT INTERESTED!

Despite assurances from the sales staff that their compatible toners would be OK to use in our printer, they weren't and caused a catastrophic failure which necessitated the Xerox engineer spending 3 days trying to fix the problem. We requested a full refund to which we have had no reply. There's an old saying which goes along the lines of "if something is too good to be true, it generally is!". Don't be fooled by their sales patter and use this company with caution. I would be happy to retract this review if Team Office Supplies honour their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as the toners were clearly not fit for purpose.

First time i have used Team Office Supplies and found them very efficient , Polite and made you feel at ease . i will certainly try them again as long as quality is there and the price is right which seems to be their priority .

I would recommend Team Office Supplies for the quality of their products and their customer service. They keep in regular contact just to see if we need anything.. David B is very helpful and knowledgeable. If I am too busy to search the catalogue for myself I tell him what I need, he will find the items I want and check to make sure I am happy with them before I commit to the order. Excellent service.

Good quality products at very reasonable prices - we saved over £60 on our previous standard order from our old suppliers. Lovely staff who are extremely helpful - would only ever use this company for future orders and would highly recommend them.
