Accueil très sympathique, souriant et toujours accompagné d’un mot gentil d’Olivier, figure du quartier depuis 13 ans.
C’est toujours un plaisir d’aller dans cette librairie qui, outre les magazines et livres, a un très beau choix de cartes et de papiers cadeaux mais aussi de tote bags originaux à un prix défiant toute concurrence.
La libraire fait aussi point relais (pick up La poste), très utile dans le quartier, avec un service toujours rendu avec le sourire par Olivier😃

Si j’avais pu mettre 0 je l’aurais fait. Un type d’une inamabilité crasse…. Pour ne pas dire autre chose. Quand on n’aime pas les gens on ne fait pas ce métier. Rarement vu un con pareil. A éviter à tout prix.

Super librairie de quartier, on y trouve même des accessoires. Ils sont toujours très arrangeants sur les colis malgré être passé après 17h l'heure limite. Je recommande vivement.
Je suis venu récupéré deux fois un colis les 2 autres jours suivants. L'accueil est désagréable et le personnel irrespectueux. Merci de faire le nécessaire pour éviter ce genre de désagrément à l'avenir. Si ma noté n'était pas une étoile. J'aurais mis zéro tellement le service client est médiocre même pas un bonjour. On te montre du doigt pour savoir où te diriger

Your staff in Reaumur store just committed a CREDIT CARD SCAM. A middle-aged man lied to us that our first swipe of the credit card failed and asked us to swipe the card again. We told him that we had received the payment success message from our credit card company right after the first swipe, but he just didn't listen to us and refused to give us the color pencils we bought which left us no choice but to swipe the card again. After we got back to our country, we found out that we were charged twice, and it's totally a CRIME. I have no idea how many credit card scams you have done to the helpless tourists but this time you will just wait and see. You either cancel the extra charge, or I'll call the police.

Une vraie librairie de proximité qui donne envie de lire tout ce qui est présenté. Le personnel est très agréable et très compétent, c'est un lieu qui respire l'authenticité sans aucune pression commerciale, ayant un grand respect du client. Les rayons sont intelligemment mis en valeur et attisent la curiosité. Toutes mes félicitations !

Mon colis de 50cm*33cm a été refusé sous prétexte qu'il était trop volumineux, ce qui m'a fait perdre une semaine à courir derrière pour pouvoir le récupérer enfin au bureau de poste.
Bien évidemment, il n'est pas précisé que seuls les colis minuscules étaient acceptés...

As a writer, I fell in love with this little, independently-owned paper and pen store. They offer plenty, and lots of nooks and crannies that we creatives like and use. I was able to buy some people cool paper-type gifts from this store. I will definitely return there. Plus, the woman who owns was super helpful.

This place just moved to the shop just right next to them, and now the store is quite big, illuminated and very well organise, they're a LOT of product, and you can find anything you need as a art student, or a simple passionate. Love to get my stationery for my penpals there

The staff doesn’t have the basic mathematical knowledge. They made the bill of 34€ instead of 30€ and the lady was not ready to except it.
Go for the delicate laser cut paper scenes! They are the best souvenirs I have brought back from Paris. They are of the sights of Paris and made in France. The owner is friendly and speaks English very well. I love this little shop.

This statiionery shop still stocks the Quo Vadis diaries that run for an academic year; I had not seen them for a decade or more. Now enjoying my Universitaire Prestige 2017 à 2018 with its creamy pages, Ref 687. And to write my appointments what better than a 0,5 Pilot V-ball, also stocked here.
