CJ working at the UPS/Amazon return area was very rude (hasn't been the first time). He was very rude and sparky and made comments about my packaging that I brought. Not great customer service.

As a previous Target worker from Billings, I am aware of how the store works and their practices. Traveling for work all over the country, this is the WORST Target I have ever been to. Every trip is a disappointment. Workers are no where to be found, we are shocked if the cashiers smile at us or mutter a single word to us. Target corporate should be ashamed of this store. It’s appalling how guests are treated and someone needs to help this store.

Management there is a joke and do not know how to do there job. I saw them screaming at a teenager around 7pm today and treating them like garbage in front of coworkers and customers. If a company tolerates or supports such idiotic managment, no one in my family will spend a cent there.

Go anywhere else to shop!

Brought 12+ photos to be copied and enlarged. Told I would be called when done, never was called... left me hanging in town. Finally went back to store and retrieved photos. The quality was terrible, the majority very under exposed and super grainy. Too late to do anything about it, had to fly out for a funeral.

I appreciated being able to drop my UPS package there, but the gentleman working was not very friendly or communicative

Placed an order online. Credit card was charged but order was never delivered. No receipt was emailed and nobody has been answering the customer service line or the chat for the past week.

2022 Christmas my wife bought me a $50 gift card (visa) from the Missoula Target. When I tried to redeem the card it wouldn't work and when we called the number on the back of the gift card, we were told that we would need to talk to the target we bought it from. With receipt in hand, we spoke to customer service and then to the store manager. They basically told us they couldn't help us. Store manager could have gave us store credit but on top of offering us nothing, she was also rude. We used to spend about $800 a month at Target. Now, a year later, we still haven't shopped at Target again. The rudeness and refusal to even try to help us has costed them a lot more than $50 and will continue to cost them.

Don't work here or use Dailypay app. It's a Job Scam. The App is rigged to steal. Also Some Managers are abusive and rude; which is why there is hardly no staff. The good staff they do have managers; they find a way to ruin it for themselves. I say file a report or complaint on them.Doubt they will do better though.

My favorite place to shop! Love the people at target! They are always so nice and greet you with a smile. Thank you to all the hard working employees at Target for making it a wonderful place to shop at!😁

Today I went in to print several documents. I asked Adam to help me print this document from my computer. Not only did he not even try to help, he was extremely rude. I suggest if you don't have customer service skills, don't work in customer service!

You have to give Target the credit for the variety, availability and great affordable prices for what they have in stock: food, toiletries, clothing, shoes, pharmacy services, homegoods (for decorating your living room, bedrooms, etc). And all of their employees are so helpful and respectful -- you must be elated that they have stayed in business and cater to your needs; they even have a place to get Starbucks; or drinks and and a snack and their restrooms are always immaculate - 5 stars for Target.

Great that you can return Amazon items here but they need to remove sale tags once the sale is over. Sucks when you arrive at the register and the price isn’t the same as listed.

Target has its positives and negatives. I have to say that our recent experience with ordering online and picking up in the store was great.
The product was ready within 2 hours and the staff at the pickup counter were super friendly and helpful.

I just wanted to praise and give kudos to Tim at the Missoula location.

Today I came in to pick up some prints (which had an ETA of 24 hours and ended up being completed within an hour 😀), and as I was standing in the short line to pick up my prints, I witnessed Tim provide exceptional service to two older women who were having difficulties loading their previously purchased stapler with new staples.

His patience and kindness was really wonderful. Working in customer service myself, the good stuff often gets thrown to the wayside — and reviews are often only given when there is an issue. I didn’t want to leave the parking lot without taking the time to leave a five star review for Tim!

Pay your workers more. I am tired of going to palaces because it says it available online and when I get there I am told no due to the worker shortage. People want to work but they need a livable wage. No, these are not highschool jobs. If that was the case you be closed during shcool hours. Do better

The holiday rush no food found in by the milk freezers. Godiva chocolate for $32 dollars! Everything else is well stocked.
