Why even list opening times if you never actually follow them? Several times arrived before 12:45 to find closed with note to say closed until 2:45. Already hard enough to get to a post office around working hours without them not even following the opening hours

Attempted to pick up my a parcel. Stuff member was particularly unhelpful. I showed a royal mail ref number provided via royal mails app, got turned away as it was not a royal mail tracking number. He also wouldn't check any of his labels for name and address. Great service
If you wanna have a slow delivery headache, incompetent service with a 0 care from the delivery persons go for royal mail.

I had to post a friends birthday present last minute, and Sara was a star! Sara was helpful, friendly and efficient! There was no wait and everyone was seen to straight away, brilliant experience!

Cambridge City Post office is an example for any corporation: efficient professional and very kind. The supervisor on the floor helps to direct any one who might be lost. And Sheila was an excellent professional. I had to send back home 8 kilos of books , she found the best solutions , giving tips. They were an example to me. I am not writing this because I received personally a good service, but because i saw that was the treatment for each customer! Congratulations!!!

Went to send a parcel. Was very easy and quick. They gave me a sticky label (I forgot mine) and let me borrow a pen. Professional and nice employee
Be careful of the opening hours, they do have lunch break which is not clearly stated. After 10 mins of waiting (1:45pm), the staffs told me that they will open in 15 min. Also, they would close early some days without prior notice.

I don't get the negative reviews I'm reading - it's great to still have a local post office. I use it when I have to post parcels, buy a card etc and I've always found the service quite professional. It's a small shop and sometimes get quite busy, means locals use it quite a bit.
Waste of time. Third in-post location that is full.
NEVER EVER use this Post Office, or patronise their shop. 3/4/2024 counter closed afternoon for ancient British-Raj pagan rite ... told to return 'tomorrow'. Returned 4/4/2024: counter closed again for staff holiday. Fark that ... I'm never going back !!!
Awful service . Unresponsive customer service. I paid so much money to deliver my parcel in 4 days, but after two days the tracking number shows they still didn’t send my parcel.
Royal Mail should prohibit this team from representing them in Cambridge. These employees consistently either close the facility 15 minutes before the official closing hours or claim their printer is broken. Today (5th January, 16:00), I lodged a complaint about the poor service to an employee who then rudely screamed at me and demanded I leave the building. It's truly unbelievable.

Seriously? THE local delivery office, open 8am-10am, 4pm-6pm, so no chance of getting there because the mad traffic in rush hour?
Took me 3 tries to get a free locker to use.
3rd Inpost location with no space.. very incovenient service. Will not use again.

I’ve found this store really good like any Tesco’s it’s best to have a Clubcard to make the most on savings, I find the staff helpful, approachable & polite they try to keep some prices in line with Aldi, a shame that the fish counter was shut down.
