Brad is amazing. He remembers his customers well. If he has a package he didn't get in your box yet and he sees you walk in he knows exactly which box you belong to. He's always very nice and helpful. I'll be sad if he ever leaves.

Port Richey's main UPS store where you are able to pick up packages when you need to sign for a package. Also you are able to send and pay for the shipping of packages needing to get to family prior to Xmas!

I have tried to report to someone that a package I received came in broken. It was very predominantly labeled as Fragile. I’ve gotten nothing but “the package has been delivered” or when I try to call the specific location it said “please hold for operator” and it rang for 2 minutes and went to a dead line.
Horrible phone service. The garbage automated phone junk heap of AI needs to understand that sometimes people can just do as it asks... all I wanted was an agent so I can arrange pickup of an undelivered package. I have the number/re-delivery code but I can not do phone app and code... why couldn't the agent take the number
Amazing customer service! I honestly will not use anyone else because of how great Melissa and Eugene are. Sorry FedEx, This UPS store still knows what great customer service is! Even if you have to drive a little further, come to this UPS! Wonderful experience!
This post office has discriminated against me for over 1 year, they are extremely unprofessional. Lisa lies about her customers, she also picks and chooses who she will serve then treats the customers very badly, Lisa was told to nott talk to me by her supervisor but she KNOWS that she won't be reprimanded so she talks about customers then refuses to serve them in a normal fashion when I asked Brad to step in and help, he refused to service my needs.
Lisa and Brad were awesome. Seriously great customer service. I'm going through a really rough patch in my life and they were both very patient and kind. Thank you!
I had a car accident a few months back and I was referred to this company. I was so glad that they got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions. They made everything so easy and even worked with my insurance company. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with a car accident.

Put aside a lot of time if you need to drop something off here. U won't be in and out. The line is always ridiculously long no matter the day or time. They move like molasses. There is no system here. I remember one holiday season they had some sort of higher up overseeing and things seemed to be moving quickly. Maybe that's what they need in there all the time to actually move with a spring in their step, to be watched like babies.
