I was at Lazeez shawarma, Rutherford and Islington branch. I was amazed with the top notch quality of the shawarma. But I must give special recognition to one of your staff. Lovedeep, he was awesome. I had to ask if he owns Lazeez shawarma, with the way he selling and crossing selling other food on the menu, he just keep telling to also try other combo. I came to buy just one wrap of shawarma but I left with 4 wraps because Lovedeep was recommending different combination I should try. Lovedeep just know the right words to say to make you buy more. Lovedeep made me love Lazeez shawarma even more. I will be back fo more. Let me enjoy my sumptuous Shawarma now. 100%
Ordered large fries and they just gave plain fries,, Called them and they argued that I didn’t mentioned for garlic sauce,,why would anyone wants plain fries,, no garlic sauce on side,, thanks for ruining my day

Nice place, well kept and good customer service by Lovepreet (male) and some other girl forgot her name. Both were having good smile while dealing with customer. Food was nice too.
My friends have told me about this small shop and it did not disappoint. Staff were friendly, the dining area was clean, the food (chicken shawarma - spicy) was awesome, and the price was really good. Twin deal - 2 sandwiches for $13. I came around 10pm Wed. Definitely recommend trying it.
Shawarma was good but prices are quite high. A large chicken shawarma was $15 and that was only for the wrap, no sides or drink. I would expect $15 would be for a combo as the wrap itself wasn’t even that big, I had to ask for extra veggies and they measure out exactly 1 cup of chicken. Service was fine. I probably won’t visit again. Overpriced.
Great place. Habib was very patient and took his time to know what and my wife wanted and served us a fantastic Veg Salad with Falafal. The taste was awesome the atmosphere was fantastic and premises was kept clean. Will definitely be coming here again and also will be recommending this place to my friends.
I am not one to leave negative reviews; however, I go to this location out of convenience not because of choice. Based on the other reviews highlighting the same experience I had and seem to keep having, I decided I needed to say something. Unfortunately this location is not living up to the expectations customers have when eating at Lazeez. I strongly agree with the other reviews that express there is not enough garlic sauce and meat. Every other location puts the right amount of garlic sauce however at this location they barley put any. As a franchise you should be at the same standard as every other location and if you are not, then you are ruining the brands reputation. I encourage you to listen to the feedback of valued, consistent, and long time Lazeez customers and make a change.

DO NOT COME HERE. Quality of food is literally terrible, I love pita land and usually go to the major mac location and there great, but this one was absolutely terrible, the veggies tasted literally spoiled, there was barley and sauces, BARLEY any chicken everything tasted horrible, just very poor quality and a waste of money, this pic is exactly what the plate looked like( don’t care about the messiness obviously that might happen during delivery, im talking about everything else) you can see how poor quality it is.go to the major Mac locations if you want pita land
It felt like a sauna inside so I checked the thermostat and it was 30 degrees. They don’t use the fan so it smells like spices and smoke too. Long wait for the food. The food does not taste good. Too much sauces and not enough ingredients. I will not be going back and don’t recommend it.
I went there for lunch and ordered beef shawarma combo. The shawarma was big chunks or meet, not fresh and I had a hard time chewing it that I had to spit out. They were out of Sai bread and it wasn’t even lunch time. The lentil soup was the best thing I ordered which is why I gave this place a two star review.

I have been to atleast 5+ lazeez shawarma. And I go to lazeez atleast 2 times a week. My original plan was to go to the Vaughan mills Lazeez. But came here as it was close to me, when I searched up on google maps.
The smallest portion of chicken on rocks I ever got in a lazeez. The meat quantity is very small compared to other lazeez. I usually get an large chicken on rocks, that’s usually enough for 2 meals. But this one doesn’t live up to the expectations in terms of quantity, but the taste was good.

Not one to complain about customer service but not once but twice I’ve been to this location and the employees were too stubborn to admit that they made the wrong order and insisted that they were right. Not only was he rude but he also wasn’t willing to work with me to get the order I wanted without charging me for his mistake. I will gladly take my business elsewhere or to other Lazeez locations, would recommend spending the extra 10 mins to drive elsewhere save your breath with these employees.
Location has gone downhill. Chicken is always dry, like it was reheated from days ago. They never fill the plates with enough sauce but increased their prices. There are way better places out there.
We randomly stopped here for a quick bite but never expected this place to be that good. We order a chicken Shawarma and Fish & chip and the taste was just amazing.

I come here all the time! The food is so filling and absolutely delicious. Out of all the places I've gone to, this location gives you the most bang for your buck. The salad bowl is huge and full of veggies! It's definitely a perfect choice in your shawarma cravings👌
Tried this place for the first time today. Bought two shawarma wraps and was told to wait a few minutes so the chicken had more time to cook on the spit. I ate the first wrap and found it to taste good, my wife took a bite out of hers and found the chicken inside to be pink and soft. I brought hers back and demanded a refund, as the chicken was raw. The girl handing me the refund didn’t even speak a single word to me and looked very upset that I asked for a refund. Next time when your chicken wasn’t ready, tell your customers to come back later as opposed to taking chances getting people sick. Let’s just say I won’t be returning here again.
Really generous with the portions! After about 10 good bites, the wrap stood no chance against the shear value of topping packed into it. I ended up having to eat my chicken shawarma wrap with my most primitive animal instincts as it was crumbling apart from the enormity of the value contained in the wrap. No fork, no knife, just stuffing my face into a potpourri of shawarma wrap fillings on the paper wrapping, which, god willing, held up throughout the fight.
Personally one of my favourite spots to go for lunch while working. The portions are perfect and they don’t skimp on meat - which is well seasoned. Even at their busiest, they still serve you with a smile.

Went last week. The food was amazing. Got falafel wraps and chicken shawarma wrap. Falafel plate was amazing. The prep was too the point. Loved it. Will definitely go back. And highly recommended

I used to work close by and now that I work in Mississauga, I continue to order food from here. This is a great place to order when you want to have a “home cooked meal”. The portions are big, the taste is scrumptious and the food is super satisfying. I love the chicken shawarma plate with Greek salad and rice and potatoes. The people at the counter are super friendly and always make you smile. The food is always fresh. 5 stars all across the board!

I got a medium poutine from here and there was barely any fries it. The fries weren't even filled to the middle of the box. This poutine is 11$ and they can't even put enough fries in it. There was barely any garlic sauce either, which I paid extra for.

Burrito bowl was so flavorful and the hummus was delicious. The falafel wrap was soft and the veggies were fresh and crunchy. The restaurant was clean and the service was very friendly.

Decided to come try this place out and It was delicious!! I got a chicken shawarma plate with some extra garlic sauce and hot sauce and was definitely impressed. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the customer service was great!! Big thank you to Elif for the wonderful experience

I've been coming here for years, the guy behind the counter is one of the nicest dudes I've met. Food is fresh and delicious, I always go extra extra garlic sauce so the picture doesn't do the good justice but its awesome for a fair price!! Definitely stop by if you're in the area! Quick service too!
I went here because of the good reviews. While my order was being prepared I noticed the workers are not hygienic, they have excessive facial hair and no hair nets except on their head. My very first spoon of food had a piece of hair in it. I called the restaurant and told them the issue and asked for a refund. When I arrived to get my refund, the same person who served me was not wearing a hairnet on his head or any hair protection for his beard, no apologies, he even asked me to dispose of the food myself. If they don’t know basic hygiene in the food industry, I would seriously question how things are handled at the back. If you care about hygiene and how your food is handled, don’t go here.

I love Pita Land!! Food is always fresh and very tasty. IlI always get the salad with beef and chicken shawarma mix. Roasted potatoes are also very good with garlic sauce. Shawarma wrap was also very good. They have two sizes in wraps. We got the smaller one and it was perfect for my 11 yo son. Like always, try it for yourself!!
This plate was massive! I was surprised but eh quantity hands down was the best and the food was fresh and very tasty. Was impressed since it was my first visit.
Terrible quality of food. The workers seem so inexperienced and unknowledgeable about the menu items. The chicken shawarma meat was so salty and only a tiny portion on the plate. The tabboush salad didn't have proper lettuce; it had thin tiny strips of cabbage, the ones that belong in shawarma. Don't call it a salad! They ran out of pita chips and gave us a bag of potato chips instead. Don't recommend this place at all!
This place is literally laughable. The food was horrible, the restaurant was dirty. They put almost no chicken/ they don’t fill the container compared to other locations. The employees have bad attitudes, and have zero costumer service. I ordered my food and paid, then someone else came in, spoke a different language to the employees, and got his food before me… not to mention he got fresh rice from the cooker, and i was given the old clumpy rice from the preparation bar where they keep all the toppings. Its sad for the people who decided to franchise their business…. Locations like this have completely ruined the Lazeez name lol. Fortunately I suspect they will close soon… not very busy, and rent is probably high in this plaza. I will be happy to see them replaced with something better!

I was hungry and came across this Pita Land along with a few friends so we parked and decided to grab a bite. There were two servers who made us some delicious, fresh, and amazing shawarma kebob, an order of falafel, and an amazing salad.
The setting was like a family table where in one corner of the restauarnt you could set down (like the Middle East) while the other side, I noticed a beautiful long table.
The food was fresh and healthy and we sure enjoyed it with our friends,
We also noticed a fusion of other cultures, like sorbet and ice creams. We loved the pistachio ice cream. One of my friend, ordered a box of baklava and it was freshly made in a small box. We LOVED it.

The vegetables were nice and juicy. The rice was rather plain however, I prefer that as it allows the main player (the meat) to shine with all its flavour. The reason I am giving it a one star however, is the fact that the chicken I was given was filled with skin and fat. Skin is nice on fried chicken. I did not order fried chicken. They don’t serve fried chicken. So why does their chicken have skin? No one likes chewing on limp, rubbery, slimy skin. It’s so off putting that I couldn’t finish my meal (as you see in the picture). The meal I ordered was a shawarma chicken plate. I don’t know about their other meals. Hope this helped make your choice.

The food here tasted really good! They have many deals/combos available with fair prices. It was our first time here, the staff member was patient and helpful. However, there is room for improvement with the speed of service. We ordered for to-go and we had to wait 23 minutes before our food was ready... there was only one other couple there in the store waiting too... despite the wait, I would go back to try more of their menu items.
