Whoever does the ordering for this store, does a horrific job and has no business doing ordering! I’m at this store 3 times a week, and without fail, they are ALWAYS out of imperative products! Cheeses, frozen products, things that have an extensive shelf life in a building with ample space. There’s really no reason you should ever be out of these things, other than poor management and ordering. The name of the place is “restaurant depot” meaning you cater to restaurants, Being out of products we utilize on our menu is too frequent and very annoying. On top of that, there is people always blocking off isles with pallets and preventing people from shopping. How are people supposed to get the stuff they need when you have half the store blocked off to costumers. Other than decent prices this store needs some serious help. Getting someone to grab something stocked in the back is almost impossible, they literally just say they don’t have it, when I can visibly see it stocked above, they just don’t want to grab a fork lift and take a pallet down…

Great deals, never had a problem here. I didn't expect them to have everything we needed, but they did! And they had more!

If you've ever worked in the restaurant... This is the best place to get the same quality. Perfect for things you use in bulk. My son loves nuggets and fingers so it works out.

I came to deliver at this location. When I arrived there were no trucks in their docks, so I pulled my trailer to the closest door and was going inside when the irrelevant receiving manager comes out yelling at me that I don't have an appointment! I hadn't even gone in to sign in or to show my paperwork yet he proceeded to holler like a little girl that he's the manager and he knows I don't have any appointment. I was 10min early for my appointment. As this is going on another driver shows up and I had already seen him at another location before this one and he said he was late so that means he's late here. The so called manager went ahead and took the late guy and made me wait. Now I'm here going on an hour and it's only 13palletts!!
Needless to say I got screwed for being on time and I will never accept another load coming here!!

Bad manager, they let them workers open them mouth on customers they don’t care
I don’t even know from where they bring the cashier services I believe they came from streets They have no experience and they do not have any kind of respect with customers. They always miscalculate with you. You must check for yourself after they complete. They double the price. Also, their prices are very expensive.

Very quick unloading process and lots of room for maneuvering

The main gentleman was super attentive and cares about getting you in and out, buttt took way too long for them to get off 5 pallets. Only one other truck backed into a dock and it’s been over two hours. Easy backing. Office in between 2&3 dock.

I bought this item and never used, how I bought it, it already had those scratches or what they call them, tried to return it because it didn't fit in my oven, they said it has scratches on it.
