Quite a dirty station outside, homeless people sleeping on the benches. Some of the luggage locker cells do not work without being noted. There is a good toilet, paid.

I cancelled my trip because I was notified, 20' before departure, of a more than an hour delay. They denied to refund me. I will never use this company again. Everyone with the same experience should report these kind of incidents to konsumentverket.

Disgusting company, scammers! If something happens they will never refund you. I couldn't use my tickets because of the bus that was delayed by almost 2 (!!!) hours and even though they "offer" refund for which you can apply via their homepage I haven't received anything. Have been trying to reach them for more than a month now without any success. Support isn't answering, the chat option isn't working, ticket office at Cityterminalen is never manned, and even the app is completely useless, try to tap "Help" and you will get: "Error. Access denied".
Thieves and greeady swindlers!

At the departure time we were informed by another FlixBus driver (yelling at the people) that our bus (route 606) was supposed to depart from another gate even if the timetables showed that we are at the right gate. There was no notification on the FlixBus app about the delay or changed gate. Better chose Flygbussarna for your peace of mind.
We departed with about 20 minutes delay.

Reliable. Used this 3x between arlanda airport and the cityterminalen in Stockholm. Buses were comfortable. It was a relief, considering there were so many negative reviews for the service, including this route. On my 3rd ride, Magnus, the one who drove us, was really energetic, helpful and polite. It was a good experience.

Very disappointing, especially that we were in Asia before - some 3rd world countries provide far more reliable service than Flixbus in Sweden.
We have booked 2 tickets from Arlanda to Skavsta airport, departing time 7:45 AM. After waiting for 2 hours 45 minutes and reading some confusing updates in the application about the amount of delay, the bus showed up. But after arriving to Stockholm Central around 11:30 we were told that the vehicle has a faulty engine and will not continue. Then we had to line up at the terminal counter and prompt the colleagues repeatedly to receive new tickets for the next bus. First we were sent an e-ticket for a nonsense departure time (20:45). They eventually managed to print a 3rd ticket for the 'correct' bus and we were able to board.
It's just pure luck that our flight from Skavsta was later in the afternoon. If it were earlier, we could have just missed it or would have had to pay extreme amounts for a taxi.
We applied for fare refund and also suggested some improvements regarding Flixbus' customer support:
- misleading information about delays that keeps the customers in permanent stress
- no answer on the official facebook chat for hours
- slow and unclear problem handling in person
- expecting the customers to go after solutions, guess and take administrative steps.
We were welcomed by pleasant staff. We arrived before 15:00 and room was not ready but staff took hand of our baggage while we went out for a coffee. The room (small suite) was roomy and clean although bathroom was a little small. Bed and bed linen was best I've had in a hotel. Breakfast was s little disappointing for a prestige hotel. Restaurant, breakfast room, was more of a grill bar than fine dining. There was no dedicated lounge bar for guests.
Bus Station at Stockholm, Its a Place where you can go and come from another country.

Extremely unreliable. No customer service at all. A nightmare lasting over 2 months, 12 phone calls to Munich and 10 e-mails to manage a refund after they cancelled and re-scheduled my trip (with over 2 hours difference) more than 4 times. Never again!
Well designed bus terminal..free WiFi, waiting area,. They should have a free public toilet

Well designed construction with International standards. Especially for tourists and frequent travellers, it is very easy way to find the right directions to get board on right transit. Kudos to the civil engineer who planned very well for this design.

Many shops like Pressbyran and Espresso are located inside as well as exit at this station. Official guides and Security officers were very friendly to guide the tourists while search for the right place. Well maintained station.

Was just denied access to a bus by this guy because I had my bike with me. I explained I had used FlixBus two days ago from Oslo to Karlstad with my bike without a problem and that I had bought a new ticket to get to Stockholm based on this experience. I had planned to ride the whole way but had an accident that prevented me. I asked for his details so I could verify with the company and he was obnoxious and told me bikes were only allowed on public transport in Germany. Clearly a deluded and sheltered individual. I then took the photo of the bus license plate and driver to explain to the company what happened at which point he called me an “idiot” in front of all the lined up passengers. If you wish to travel by bus in Sweden, you might want to reconsider whether FlixBus is the right company for your needs.
Very beautiful and attractive station. The best of all European countries bus stations I have even been.

It is pretty complicated to find the bus gate and station. The best way is entering the main station at Centralplan 15, in front of the McDonalds, then to the right there is a sign that says "bus station" with a screen with the timetables. Go up the stairs and follow the signs. There are two leves depending on the gate number. The station is very big and easy to get lost.
The WC (at the bus station) cost 1 euro or 10 sek
As for the bus, cramped seats. On the first row there is no place for your bag or USB plug.
