The woman who done my teeth whitening was rude and lacked customer service skills. I was 15minutes late and I had booked a session for an hour. The woman explained that due to my lateness the 15mins would be taken off from my session if the next customer arrived which I was happy to do so. However, when the procedure began she was extremely hostile and also ended my session after only 30mins even though no customer had arrived- she clearly was more interested to run back to her phone! The session did nothing whatsoever to my teeth! I wasted my time and money.

Genuinely one of the best salons I've ever had a treatment in. The lady Garsha (sorry if spelt wrong) was absolutely amazing. So personable, genuine and friendly. We had a lovely chat during my treatment and I felt so comfortable. The salon is so beautiful too, you did a fab job with the interior, your choice of neutral colours and decor created such a warm ambience. I did hollywood wax and underarms wax dreading it'll hurt as I left it so long but, you did such a great job with your technique I didn't feel a thing! Very skilled and professional 👏 many thanks again! X

Tia is absolutely wonderful, works fast and is a great chat! Had amazing results with electrolysis. Was initially worried of how my skin would react because its darker but it went more than perfect and those stubborn hairs are finally gone!! If you are looking for a sign to book a session here it is 🧖🏾‍♀️

My second time here and really pleased with the service. They always cater to my comfort as I have extremely sensitive teeth. Nila is amazing with constantly checking on me to see if I am okay through the whole procedure. I have had amazing results both times and will definitely coming again. Have already recommended to many people.

I’ve had my teeth whitened here a couple times in the past. Always a good result, very informative practitioner and the only place in/around London I come for my treatment. I managed to get 6 shades lighter in this session. Will always return here.

First of all the staff at skin mod are amazing, well mannered and respectful, when I went for my consultation Tia had recommended me a facial called dermafrac and omg can I just tell you how much it made a difference to my dehydrated skin I myself couldn’t believe the result’s absolutely incredible facial and definitely worth a try for anyone suffering with dehydrated skin like mine not only does it make my skin glow but definitely became one of my fav facial from now on definitely recommend it. Also the lash lift at skin mod is amazing with major difference to your lashes.

My experience at Skin Mod was absolutely amazing! It felt very homey and welcoming and that’s down to the two brilliant ladies called Tia and Zehra. I’ve been battling with my skin aka the never ending acne for the past few years now and it has made me very self conscious due to my age (early 20’s), A couple of people have spoken to me about laser hair removal but I was hesitant at the time because I didn’t like tampering with my face but I must say I’m so glad I had that consultation with Tia because she really took her time to explain everything to me, she reassured me and made me feel super duper comfortable from start to finish and in the end I ended up having the laser done and i feel so much more confident and happier in my own skin and I couldn’t be more happier with the results, I definitely will be coming back to look at some of the other treatments/services Skin Mod has to offer.

Skin mod has a peaceful and serene environment.Tia was compassionate and understood my skin concerns thoroughly, she gave me the the best facial for my eczema prone skin. She used high quality products. After couple of treatments my skin looks so much better.

I've been suffering with acne for about 12 years now, all gone within 6 months of treatment at Skinmod. Thank you for an excellent service and treatment that actually works. All staff seem very professional and passionate about what they do and the results show in their work.

Treatments were thoroughly explained to me before procedures. I was made to feel very comfortable during every appointment and my skin has never looked better.

I attended this clinic for Milia removal on 10th March. Unfortunately, not one out of 10+ was successfully removed and have been left with small (very small) scar like marked under my eyes.

The follow up appointment was cancelled twice, with one being notified 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, which meant I took time off work for nothing. It appears to be very disorganised and would not recommend.

The second star is only rewarded because of how polite the staff were in the clinic.

I personally, do not recommend.

Everyone from the point of contact to the consultant using electrolysis to remove my facial hair were most helpful and considerate. Prior to the procedure a full explanation was given.
nothing was rushed and I felt very comfortable using the service.
