I went into Boots on Princes street as I was looking for a grey brow gel . I have been really struggling to find something g to suit me as I am now grey and brown brows look silly and black are too dark!!
Anyway’s after waiting for 15 mins ( totally fine by the way) Natasha helped me. Fabulous and fantastic!! She helped me beyond belief and I left a very happy woman. She listened whilst I explained my dilemma and then found a solution for me and then did my eyebrows with said colour to make sure I was happy. She explained what she was doing and how to get the best out of the product . Superb service. Thanks so much to Natasha. X

Rosie and Abi from the boots benefit counter on princes street were fantastic. Rosie really took her time with me picking products and showing me how to cover tattoos for a wedding im bridesmaid at. I think I spent atleast 1 hour with Rosie making sure she got it perfect. Abi then spent time with mum helping her pick products for herself.
We really appreciate your help girls, and I feel much more relaxed now knowing how to cover up my tattoos as I’ve been so stressed about it.

In boots princes st, laminated, tinted and waxed my eyebrows, they look amazing. They are now so tidy. I love them. She is fabulous! She is very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable not to mention great at eyebrow beautification.

I went in to get my eyebrows done and Rosie greeted me so so nice. she explained how everything worked with patch test to the temperature of the wax. She made me feel very comfortable and she was amazing I will definitely be going back to get them done again I’m in love my with eye brows. Thanks again rosie

Went to the Benefit brow bar in Princess Street for eyebrow wax and tint.
Was greeted by the lovely Rachel and she did the most amazing job on my brows and is an absolute gem as well!
I’m really happy with my brows and everyone keeps commenting on them.

Rachel was amazing! I felt like I have having my eyebrows done by a friend! She also knew so much about what products would work for me and for my skin. I asked a lot of questions and she was so incredibly helpful. She even recommended some products I hadn’t considered! I’ll definitely return to her for all my future appointments!

I walked in and was so confused at what I needed from the Benefit counter. Then the lovely and very helpful Rachel asked if I needed any help! She took me over to a makeup counter and took me through every product I needed paying special attention to my skin type and my preferences. I cannot express how amazing she was at helping me chose and learn about the products! I felt really nervous and clueless and she treated me with so much respect and made me feel so welcome. She was so knowledgeable about every product and tested each one on my skin to let me see it. I left with a massive smile on my face and I’m so excited to wear my new makeup this Saturday! The team are always so brilliant at Benefit they deserve so much praise!

I had the tint and wax service with Sandy and she was wonderful! It had been a long time since I had my eyebrows done and I loved the natural looking shape she gave them. She was also extremely helpful at picking out new makeup products that met my needs and took the time to explain how to apply them since I'm new to makeup. I left feeling very confident and pretty and will definetly be back!
