I visited Skin and Teeth Clinic for a nose piercing, but my experience was disappointing. Initially, I was quoted 105 AED via WhatsApp. When I arrived at the clinic, I was unexpectedly told the cost was 250 AED. After some discussion, I agreed to proceed at a discounted rate.

Unfortunately, the doctor did not secure the nose pin with a lock, causing it to fall out the next day. I had to return for a second time piercing, and even then, it wasn't properly locked. Now, the piercing hole has closed, and I need to get it done a third time. When I went to the Gold Souq as advised by doctor there, I was told that piercing without a lock is not recommended.

On top of that, they charged 200 AED, which is way too high—especially considering the standard price for a gunshot piercing around Ajman is only 30 AED. I would like a refund from them.

Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend them for piercings.

The customer service is pathetic and manager/owner is extremely unprofessional and will not agree whether her staff is at fault. I mean how pathetic that could be . The receptionists will not provide the full information They expect you to assume if either VAT is excluding or including in their services because For one service the VAT is included within the quoted price. For the 2nd service the vat is not included and they expect you to know. I mean how the hell we will know unless you inform However when you are checking price during appointment , Dr will
Give give you different price they will not tell you abt VAT. Only when you proceed for payment, They will tell extra charges for tabby/ Tamara and VAT. Unfortunately i paid full amount of one of upcoming services.

I have tried contacting the reception to book an appointment for laser and the receptionist was not cooperative
I wrote on whatsapp a list of questions as it's my right as a patient to know the details of the machine and she replied to one question and left the rest.
she kept ignoring my question and was late to respond

she also promised to call me back regarding an urgent appointment slot and she didn't
if you really care about your customers, I need to talk to the clinic manager to share my detailed experience
