I had A phenomenal experience. The owner as well as my stylist Diana were great. Everyone in the salon was friendly and welcoming. Diana was quick but she did a fantastic Job! Thank you for making this experience pleasant. I will Be back!

Normally, I would go to Vision braids for braiding. However, I tried to booked a two stand twist appointment, and the owner was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Making a hassle to book an appointment, telling me to go online, and look under Natural Hair Styles, for that particular service. So, I go to website and options is not showing under that service. I screenshot to the owner. She stated, Hi! That’s extremely odd, and I’ll look into it. Can you book any service and I’ll manually change it to 2-stranded twists? The price is $120. Then, I go to website to book an appointment. I have been to Visionbar before. The website is giving me all kinds of error messages that wouldn’t allow me to sign. Therefore, I just make up a number to get in the system because it’s tell me my telephone is already in which is true. I finally get to booked an appointment. Then I send a picture of style of how I want my hair. The owner began to asks, all these questions. I don’t know, you’re the supposed to know just give me what I asked for. Because of the actions not patronize or refer anyone to Vision Braids again.

Absolutely a different experience with professional touch in communication, but, but not worth the sacrifice of skill in the braiding process, which is what I experienced. Also, the rigid pricing per row ear to ear is not ideal since one person’s head size differs from the next. I will not get the worth of my typical knotless braid style as I had frizzies on day2 (despite the copious amounts of braiding gel used) and I was also given the wrong size and length due to their mix up in their computer system. For me, I’d rather deal with a less than corporate communication and environment and get top notch braids that will actually last 6-8 weeks.

Visions was once again a wonderful place to get services! Michelle was excellently professional and warm. From her shampoo and blow dry services, to medium knotless braids, Michelle took good care of me. She regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. As someone who is "tender headed" and concerned about my edges, she did a great job adjusting the grip from the back to closer to my edges. I would most definitely love to visit once again and have her as my stylist!

Diana does beautiful work! Her knotless and box braids are top notch!! The facility is always organized and clean and everyone is courteous. I cannot remember the owner's name, but she is very knowledgeable and gives the best customer service!! I highly recommend Visions Braid Bar!! 👌🏾👍🏽😊

This place is clean and welcoming, the owner is lovely; however my knotless braids starting unravelling and my hair was coming out of the braid within 3 days. The grid pattern was not efficient so I have a lot more braids than needed leading to a heavy head and tension and my part is off-center. I am not super happy with the outcome and dont have a choice but to tolerate it given my travel schedule but I dont see myself keeping these in longer than 2 weeks.

This was by far the BEST and most RELAXING braiding experience I’ve ever had. My hair was freshly out of braids when I arrived. I was detangled and shampooed twice to make sure my hair was clean and ready to go for the blow dryer. The owner and her braiders are extremely attentive and professional. They make sure you understand your style and provide you with a lot of knowledge. My braider wasn’t too rough when it came to detangling and blowing out my hair. I have very thick 4c hair and it isn’t short. My parts are neat and my braids are the same size! Light music was playing, the entire salon was aesthetic and clean, and the owner and braiders participated in light and friendly conversation with each other and the clients. No arguing! Extremely transparent about the price as well, I showed up and paid what I was told online. If you’re looking to be taken care and have a good time, visions is the place to be! Thank you all so much!

10/10 would recommend. I brought my daughter in to get her hair done. My child is an Intellectually Disabled adult and then did everything they could to make this experience comfortable for her. The owner was there to answer all of my questions and the atmosphere was super friendly and relaxed. We have found our place for my child’s hair braiding needs!

2/28/24 we came back and are just as happy as we were the first time. This place is amazing and will be our only hair braiding service supplier.
