The Omaha Parks Department uses these plant beds to multiply stock of flowers for all of the parks in Omaha. The flowers are beautiful and they do a great job taking care of them!
Amazing park I loved it so much specially being able to see the flowers and smell them while walking around with my partner we also enjoyed reading and looking at the history and our warriors memorials I really recommend it
A beautiful and fitting memorial dedicated by Harry Truman. It remembers all our military from WW II, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan.

This place was beautiful! I brought my infant on a stroll to the park, and we hung out for a while under a tree. The rose garden (its October) still had really pretty blooms on all the roses. The memorial was really quite the sight. We will definitely be returning in the future. There is plenty of room in the park to stretch out and sky gaze, and enough trees to keep you from getting cooked by the sun.
Beautiful area to visit! We went there for a photo shoot for maturity pictures for my daughter and loved the gardens and area!
This is an absolute gem! The roses are so pretty! And it is a nice and quiet place to walk or reflect. I really enjoy visiting the rose garden.

We have been there several times, but today we just admired from above on the Skyfari. Beautiful park, gorgeous metal statues and flower everywhere! It's a nice break from all the hustle of the rest of the zoo

This is cool area within the Henry Doorly Zoo. There are many different plants to look at. There are also parrots and other birds here at times.

A small, outdoor botanical garden showcasing many different types of Cannas from Omaha's Hanscom Park Greenhouse. Though it's close to Dodge Street, there are many times of the day that this garden offers a quiet place to walk, think, and take in the beauty.
