Cute but underwhelming in October. We were inspired by a review that mentioned it was free to see this side of the garden. Maybe it was before but it is infact $15 per adult to have access to the entire garden and they did not allow single garden access

SO BEAUTIFUL!!! The scenery is lovely and would be truly healing to the spirit to visit after busy life schedules. This specific garden is deeper into the botanical gardens- roughly a 15-minute walk from the entrance. However, there are shuttle buses that can drive you to this garden. I would highly recommend this garden to anyone.😊
I've been coming here since I was a kid and now I bring my kids here. It's always fun and enjoyable to walk around the gardens and look at the plants, birds, bees, and butterflies. I like the events they do as well. Always spend a minimum of an hour here.
Such a beautiful space to explore. The Coy fish were amazing. The staff were the best ever, very helpful and outgoing!
This area has a lot of historic history, not just Fort Worth, but the state of Texas as well.

The Fort Worth Botanical Garden is a serene escape filled with stunning plant collections and beautiful landscapes. The vibrant flower displays and peaceful paths make it perfect for a relaxing stroll. A must-visit!
One of the most beautiful gardens I've ever visited. So much to see, but definitely bring some water if you come during the summer. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area!
I've been here 3 times. Staff are so kind, and we love feeding the koi fish 🐟 and turtles 🐢 Be prepared to sweat if it's summer because it's a lot of walking. They do have a shuttle that comes every 30 minutes, so you don't have to walk as far. It's a beautiful place to go with family and get away from your fast-paced life. We take lunch and eat it on a bench and take in the scenery.
I’ve been visiting these gardens for more than 30 years. They are still beautiful but just not the same as they used to be. The grounds are not as well maintained, there are many more restrictions to enjoying the gardens, which I imagine is from people abusing the privilege. There are fewer koi and there used to be dispensers right near the water, this is no longer the case. Still a beautiful place for a picnic or to take a walk, especially when the leaves are changing, but so many or the featured shows and exhibits just are not accessible anymore. It’s a bit sad.
It was insanely hot so I was very jealous of everybody that remembered to wear a big hat or bring a parasol. There are water filling stations all around for your water bottle and there are stations around for dogs that have water in it also.
Definitely by the big bag of fish food it's worth it and there are koi in several parts of the area. We saw a crane also and some other fun animals. Absolutely gorgeous. We were able to see everything even though we thought we were going to die in the heat 🙂 it was 100% worth it to stick it out

Beautiful grounds to enjoy. Great springtime place to visit
We were a bit disappointed with the gardens. Our first time and they're weren't a lot of signs to help guide you to different gardens. The Japanese garden was beautiful, peaceful and lovely. The rose garden was about spent and smaller than I expected. A lot of the water features weren't going and the conservatory was closed.
We are a family of 3, and we greatly enjoyed it. Now your choice of time of day and year greatly affects the experience. However, we went for my son to enjoy the dino statues, and we had a blast. There are plenty of places to sit but no picnic tables. You use a blanket on the ground. Restrooms are scattered by section. U can bring your own food and drinks. Good amount of parking but I suggest you expect it to be packed. Mornings seems to be great!
It was a great day. Sunny, cool breeze 😎 and lots of walking. They have dinosaurs 🦕 😳 goats 🐐 lots of fish and the trees, bushes and flowers 💐 😀 😄 so nice. We even saw a lot of 🦋 🦋 🦋 from all over the world.

We went to experience the total solar eclipse. This was my first time there and it was a beautiful garden. Gorgeous flowers! We left right after the eclipse. We will definitely go back just to enjoy the garden.

Also, be sure to visit the butterfly enclosure. Truly outstanding variety of species and lots of knowledgeable staff/volunteers around to answer questions.
Only negative thing I have to say is the plastic dinosaurs. They look fake and the fake roars really detract from the natural environment.

A great experience for an out of town traveler like me. Fun for the whole family. My son loved the dinosaur stuff they had going on. Lots of work and effort went into this place. Only complaint was that we had difficulty reading the map/ getting on the right path, but once we got going in the right direction it flowed much better. The fishy’s and turtles a huge hit within our group as well. I was impressed by how large this place was.

Nice place. Butterfly exhibit was there on a temporary basis for an extra cost. Nicely cared for grounds, but it was a little early in the spring, and not much was in bloom. Free parking. Admission was $12 for senior.

Feel the Japanese vibes in the middle of Fort Worth Botanical Gardens, you will see al ot Koi fish ig you lucky.
‘Reimagine’, a once beautiful Japanese garden, with tranquil fall colors reflecting off the still water ponds and turning it into a disturbing sight of man-made garbage. And to think I paid 28 dollars for me and my wife to see this mess. If I would have known it was going to look like this, I would have stayed home and saved my money. What a disappointment!

The Japanese Garden was very beautiful. We recommend stopping by when you are in the area. The ponds have several interesting fish. The setting is excellent for meditation or doing a drawing if you are an artist. We will definitely return as we need more time to examine the scope of the garden.

This garden has a number of areas to host a session. You don't have to go far. It's also great to find a pocket and just watch the world go by.

Cost during the summer is $7.00 to enter entire botanical gardens. You no longer pay to get into the Japanese gardens. It is more expensive when the heart goes away but either way it is well worth the cost. New entrance for the last year so be in the lookout. It's past the other entrance
Peaceful serene garden. Everything looked the same as when I visited years ago. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is due to the few dead koi fish in the pond. I understand it’s hot so I wasn’t shocked. But, I do think someone needs to check on them throughout the day.
This was absolutely beautiful. I had no idea something so amazing could be in North Texas. The architecture combined with the diverse plant life and animals is absolutely crazy. It didn’t feel like I was in Texas. Im not sure if it normally costs money, but we just drove in and parked and started walking. We didn’t see any place to pay, but there was also an event going on so something probably happened. I could not recommend this place enough. Definitely worth checking out if your in the area or even if you’re not and want to make a trip out to Fort Worth.

This is a very nice attraction to attend. The grounds are well kept and spacious exhibits.
it wasn't bad there weren't many roses in Bloom there was several but it's not like it is during the springtime few would really want to see the roses go in the springtime when it's more likely to have an abundance of blooming roses but it was still pretty

Beautiful place. Visited in May. No fees to see this part of the botanical gardens.
When in bloom, this garden is absolutely amazing! Different color and sized roses that smell great. There area is laid out so you can see the garden overall from above and below as it goes up a hill. This is a free garden.

Should have come earlier for the roses, but there were still quite a few lingering. The Rose Maze is beautiful structure and the view from the top is amazing. Also, gotta love free
