Very small farm in the city. Not many animals, we saw goats, pigs, couple cows, some guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, 2 horses. Small park for the children to play on. Eating area inside and out. Can voluntarily pay to visit. Parking on road outside if you can't get parked in their carpark, however you do need to pay to park on the road. Plants for sale and toys and ice creams. We did enjoy it for a couple hours but I don't think we'd visit again as not much to do.
This place is so great. If you want to see farm animals in the middle of Nottingham this is the one! The staff are really cool too.
Best place to take kids to bed experience farm animals and pets in real time. No entry fee but donations are welcome . You have a sovereign shop, snack shop and restaurants inside with ample parking and road side parking
Had an amazing time at the farm and gardens as always. We visited the gardens and the produce on offer was fantastic.

For Barbara - the purple alien veg, kohlrabi, was delicious. Somewhere between apple, cabbage and radish. Peppery and fresh and great in a coleslaw. The leaves were peppery and delicious too!
Although the farm is not big, it's a lovely place to relax. Except for the farm, the place also has an indoor coffee shop and outdoor space and playground to seat and have fun with children.

Besides, there are parking areas in front of the farm, thus it's a good choice to have a family day. If you don't drive, the place is not far from the city centre. Walking to visit can be an option as well.
This is my 5 year old’s new favourite place. He asks to go every single week. He brings along his toy tractor, the volunteers are always very friendly and polite. The coffee and cake are pleasant, ice creams sold. Lovely community feeling one week they were handing out watermelon another they had stonecooked handmade pizzas on offer. Whether you have an hour to spare or the whole day you’ll fill it here. Play park for the little ones, plants to buy gardens to wander around and a gift shop, 80p for a bag of feed.
We had such a great first outing to Stone bridge today! Our 3 boys loved seeing the animals, playing on the play area, and a very reasonable and delicious lunch. Extra bonus: Pirate Day activities! Will definitely be coming back for more. 👍
The volunteers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The animals were very approachable, even more with some feed you could buy at the entrance, there are cows, pigs, rabbits, goats, sheep, horses and a few other, all with very different personalities. It’s an excellent place to visit with friends or family with a great playground and café for families with kids

Fab idea. X RIP
It is an oasis of peace on the University of Nottingham campus, somewhere I like to walk and relax. In the summer the pond is lovely to sit by and read, and through the year always has a certain charm to it.
It's okay and handy for walking our dog but people need to start using the litter bins!

The Old Rose Garden is just that, an ex-rose garden awaiting a future identity. Originally an area of green houses (removed in 1970), the area was then a rose garden between 1972 and 2011. Otherwise a pleasant if nondescript green space with saplings.

My prayers to the bereaved families of these little angels. To their souls as well that they may find eternal rest in the heavens.
It's great but stop throwing scooters in it

Nice relaxing area to visit with sculptures, small pond, flowers and seating. Shame that you can hear the road noise.

The Serenity Garden has been developed as a peaceful location for everyone to visit and enjoy, it is also a garden of remembrance for families in Nottingham that have experienced baby loss.

The sculptures in the garden are unique to the Serenity Garden and have been created by Nottingham Artist Rachel Carter. Throughout the years the sculptures will have babies' names added to them as a permanent point of remembrance that families and future generations can visit.

This garden has been possible due to the fundraising from supporters of the charity Forever Stars (charity number 1156990) and partnership support from Nottingham City Council and the FCC Communities Foundation.

Since its launch in 2014, Forever Stars has created two Serenity Suites: one at the Queen's Medical Centre and one at the City Hospital in Nottingham, these bereavement suites provide a place for families to be together at the time of their baby loss.

Been coming here since I was a fresher over 10 years ago, and has been a lifesaver for daily walks with kids during lockdown.

It was a cold winter day but I can imagine it in full bloom in summer. Look forward to coming back.
Amazing, interesting little known gem, in the grounds of Nottingham University.
It's quite and away from students 10/10 except it’s a fairly pointless place. Bring your own entertainment.
A secret walled Botanical Garden. Open 2 to 4 PM on Sundays in the spring and summer.
