Nice place although orders are made when you are waiting.

I usually order my pizza on the app then pick it at the scheduled time. I have always found my order ready which is really great. They get a 4 star because the pizza is a bit dry though
Service is very slow and bad how is fastfood taking more than a hour
They brought me the wrong pizza, a cheap pizza, with tomatoes and bits of cheese, after I paid for a deluxe pizza and also the wrong soda. On telling the delivery guy the order was wrong he shrugged and said “that’s what I’ve been given”. Garbage.
We enjoyed their service and food. Took a little while but the wait was worth it.

The customer service in this branch is terrible. I waited for my order for over 40min and somehow people who came after me got their order before me. Even though i kept following up. They didn’t care despite my complaints. If you are in Thika go to the town branch instead.

Nothing out of the ordinary. If you've been to enough inns, you would know that. Occasionally some street children come close to the premise and disturb people leaving with take away. The guard there tries to help, but he can only do so much against 10 or so kids, by himself. Watch out if you spot them, they may also just grab your pack and run. Very accessible by all modes of transport. Strategic location.

A decent place with very well prepared and delicious pizza. Its the best pizza inn i have eaten from, better than pizza inn joints in Nairobi CBD.
Grab their buy 1 get 1 free pizzas on Thursdays and Tuesdays. I highly recommend their pizza.
More though could be done in terms of maintenance of place and basic amenities i.e. handwashing points and better seating arrangements/furniture.
