Top Pizza restaurants in Bülach, Switzerland

No idea why so many good ratings for this place, it just proves that poeple have no standards and mediocrity is 5 stars for them. Apart from one single waiter, the staff is bored and feels like you’re bothering them. We had 2 pizzas, one was mediocre at best, but the gluten free was very bad, underbaked, and the toppings feel cheap too. It’s a terribe value for the price.
We have specifically asked for a cake without chocolate (the waiter confirmed that it contains no chocolate), and it was full of chocolate in the inside. Luckily my girlfriend noticed it right away.
We waited about 15 minutes for just getting a menu card. By the time they gave us menu cards, other tables who arrived after us already had their orders taken.
Never going to return, I can get much better pizza for the price, or get the same quality pizza for much cheaper elsewhere. Even in Bülach there much much better Italian restaurants, I recommend them.

Essen war sehr gut, der Service am Anfang supper nach dem Dessert wurden wir fast ignoriert und mussten lange warten um nochmals getränke zu bestellen.

Last Tuesday we had our family dinner night out in Bülach and for the first time we picked this restaurant in the heart of our town.
It was a great choice as it was not too crowded and the atmosphere was just perfect.
The host was able to take care of our wishes and so we had a great dinner experience at Paparazzi.
I have decided to go for a tortelloni and my wife picked her all time favourite spaghetti with seafood. The kids had a delicious spaghetti with pesto and a pizza Margherita.
What I liked most was the quality of food and the service. You could literally taste the freshness of the home made pesto. The service was outstanding and the host did not miss out on any details.
Of course this will not be our last visit and we recommend it highly to dine in at this location.

Wir sind das erste und nicht das Letzte mal hier. Super schön die Räumlichkeiten und auch das Ambiente auf der Terrasse passt. Eine grosse Auswahl an Pizzen auf der Karte. Das Personal super freundlich und am Lächeln. Wie haben uns gefühlt wie in Italien. Das Pasta Gericht war klasse. Wahrscheinlich der beste Italiener in Bülach Umgebung.

Das Essen war sehr fein und schön angerichtet. Service sehr freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir haben meistens über Mittag im La Vecchia Cantina gegessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Pizzen top und auch die anderen Menüs schmeckten uns immer gut. Die Terrasse wurde kürzlich neu gestaltet und sieht schon fast aus, wie ein echter Biergarten, einfach mit Pizza anstatt Haxen.

Here I ate maybe one of the best pizzas ever. Who has eaten pizza in Italy, would say that this is as good as there or even better.
We will definitely come back.

First time in this italian restaurant that I heard so many things about. The manager is so kind, the waitress is always smiling and attentive and the food? It's so amazing that I felt I'm in Milano! Totally recommend it!

Wir sind schon seit vielen Jahren Gäste in der Vecchia Cantina und immer sehr zufrieden! Der Patron ist sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend, die Atmosphäre immer gemütlich und das Essen sehr köstlich. Das Angebot reicht von leckeren Vorspeisen wie Salate über Pizza, Pasta aber auch spezielleren Gerichten, teils auch aus der Portugiesischen Küche. Es gibt auch zwischendurch mal monatliche Specials wie Burger auf der Karte, welche auch immer sehr lecker waren! Wir haben auch schon sehr oft Pizza als Take Away bestellt. Die Wartezeit hierfür ist sehr kurz, was wir sehr schätzen.
Was auch zu erwähnen ist, ist der schöne Gartensitzplatz, welcher für diesen Sommer nochmals vergrössert und verschönert wurde. Bereits in den letzten Jahren war es sehr gemütlich zum draussen sitzen und verweilen, wir freuen uns bereits auf die nächsten Besuche diesen Sommer!

Its a great Italian Restaurant i would Day the best in 5 km distance from Bülach. I havent visited their rooms so i cant Day how they are but if they are as good as the food then they are for sure great to stay in

This popular friendly Italian restaurant is right in the heart of Bülach. The salads come with a basket containing 4 different home made dressings and the pumpkin soup was garnished with truffel oil. Very yummy. Actually, we were there for truffels and the pasta with truffel sauce was perfect. The veal scallopini with truffel sauce was delicious but very rich. I should have ordered spinach instead of risotto as my side. All in all, this is a lovely place for a night out. I'm looking forward to going back to try the wild boar chop which is flambeed at your table.

I've been to this location last Thursday. The service was very good. The lady who served was very friendly, customer oriented and serving fast.
The food was very tasty. The portions are normal size. Price value ratio is absolutely justified. I definitely recommend this location.

Update:
Today we've been again at La Fenice with my family and again it was brilliant. Good food, great service, nice ambience. Exactly the way you wish to feel when going to an Italian restaurant.

They have very tasty pizzas. They have e special kind of dough for the pizza. It's a kind of fluffy and very tasty.
The Mama Mia with ham and mascarpone was great.

Good way to spend a dinner time with family in a familiar place.
Good and fresh food served as sicilian recipes, super good dinner, above all my warm octopus salad as starter. Very nice and friendly staff in a very nice place. Of course I will come back!

Tolle familiäre Pizzaria, die lage und das äussere Zweckgebäude täuschen! Innen sehr schön und stilvolles ambiente laufend wechselnde Monatsgerichte, gute qualität zu fairen Preisen, italienisches flair und authentisches Personal! Immer gerne wieder, weiter so!

Where to start? Bad service, bad food, bad overall vibe. Asked about a dish and the waitress told me that she didn't know...since she can't cook! Ordered wine, glass empty but no-one would bother to refill our glasses had to get wine from other table and serve ourselves. Ordered drink for daughter - took 20 mins to arrive - Sunday evening with low guest count. Zero attentiveness. My pasta was overcooked and close to disintegrating. Spoke to other people I know and sadly, this experience seems to be the norm. Let's hope feedbacks like this one help them see the problem.
