As always, quick service and great food. The chicken lasagna with veggies is a must try! I like that they give you the option to make it spicy.

I am so done that never ordering again. They dont even wash hands. Someone came back from delivery and didnt wash their hands and start cutting the pizza. This is ridiculous. With the same hands they are putting greens on top of the pizza.

Ordered a large cheese pizza to take to lions park right beside the place and it was actually really good. Loads of cheese . Very good price . Will definitely order from here again

Today I ordered a half and half XL sized pizza. I was disappointed with the amount of over used tomatoe sauce. Normally the sauce amount is fine as I'm a regular here. With new ownership recently perhaps it was a one time error with the XL size pizza and inexperience. Friendly staff and good deals happening currently.

Do not recommend this place, ordered here for the first time tonight. Left clear instructions on the website for delivery and the driver did not follow simple instructions. Driver did not notify of delivery and left pizza sitting outside in wrong location when I finally found it there was a crow that had gotten into the food. Terrible delivery service.

I used to order from this place weekly. Tried to place my online order as usual and it was accepted. 15 min later it was cancelled with no explanation. No call, no nothing. Switched to Dominoes now.

Food has drastically gone down hill. Also had to call multiple times then be put on hold for 6 min most likely forgotten about then when I called back no one answered 5:40 pm. They lost my business for good.

It's now my go to pizza place, I love the added heat levels since it was an unexpected choice to have. They also were kind enough to write me a note with my order with some extra info I had been wondering about and those colourful boxes really catch the eye. Please give them a try! They really deserve it.

This store smells like sweat. Papa Johns is generally really good but not this location at PoCo, the pizza was doughy and just sub par. What a shame coz it is such a prime location and brand.

The pizza is always undercooked. The toppings do not seem fresh. The sauce does not seem to be the same as before.

Came in for lunch on a weekday. Ordered a small cheese pizza and some breadsticks. Easy parking up front and friendly service inside. Easy in and out for a snack. Will be back if in the area again

If I could rate lower then 1 star I would me and my wife ordered from here tonight I got the new York deli it's so soggy its like they dipped it in water after cooking it literally almost like they cooked the cheese on top more than the crust I'd say if you buy in store and wait for them to cook it more might be better?

I usually do not complain, but yesterday evening, my entire order was a problem: I paid about $44 for 3 large, 2-topping pizzas. The first pizza was supposed to be chicken and green olives, and it was not. This pizza was for the kids. It was chicken and green peppers. The kids hate green peppers. I have a picture of the whole pizza that I can submit for proof. The second pizza was supposed to be lean beef and banana peppers, and the meat smelled, tasted, and appeared like pork. We know what beef is because we've been eating it all our lives. We do not eat pork. I'm unsure how to proceed from here, but if this issue gets resolved, that would show how the owner(s) addresses complaints. Please get back to me.

I highly recommend using Papa John's app for online ordering. The software is excellent; it lets you clearly choose how you want to customize your pizza. The amazing thing is that no matter how you customize it, it always tastes delicious. The pick-up location also smells amazing; if you stay long enough, your whole body will smell like pizza. Therefore, you can also order in advance and pick up the food when you arrive at your chosen time.

Came in the middle of the day on Sunday. Service was not bad but not outstanding in any way.

Only one pizza was "hot and ready" so I ordered 3 medium. They made my order, I paid and left. At home, we found out that they made 2 of them fresh and one of them was from the "pre-maid and on the go" rack. U could tell the difference between freshly baked ones. When u make me wait for my pizza I hope to get all of them fresh...

That one "old" pepperoni i got, did not sit well with me afterwards. Fast food...

Recommend it only of u r in a pinch and have no other options. 3 stars is being generous

Delicious!! We ordered a small butter chicken pizza and it's so delicious! Also, crust is crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfect! Very recommendable!

Generally most fast food chains are pretty much similar but this one stood out to me. The worker consistently asked me my preferences for the pizza I ordered. Asking "what sauce would you like and do you like the filling more towards the center or around the crusts". Also he even offered to cut the pizza in half and split the flavours so that I could bring a pizza home to my family and they could try both pizzas. It was clear to me that the workers care about what they do.

I left happy and full, I know the covid rules aren't great but you cannot sit and eat inside.

Large variety of pizzas, wings, pasta... The staff is incredibly nice and polite, very conversation inspiring. The pizza is done in about 10 minutes so your wait won't be long but even if it is, you'll have a nice conversation with the staff. Comfortable seating and great location.

Delicious Pizza, very fresh ingredients, really good quality. Will order again!
