I've been ordering from this Papa Johns for a while, and it's been great, but recently they've outsourced their delivery drivers to DoorDash, and it's just been problem after problem with getting my pizza actually to me. I've had Pizzas marked as delivered that didn't show up until 40 minutes after the fact. Stone cold. I've had pizzas not show up at all. What am I tipping for if they can't get the pizza to me?

Christina was amazing she was extremely professional and she provided me the best customer service and I would definitely be back. Thank you Christina for your professionalism and kindness. I also have tried many pizza places in the area but none compare to the quality and taste of this papa jones specific location. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I Highly recommend!

This location is way better then the one where I live in Columbus ohio. Delivery driver was polite and made sure my food was nice and hot. Thank you, keep up the good work. The location in my town could learn from this one lol.

I got a delivery from this papa John for second time and I order large pizza and pull apart cinnamon and they gave me a medium pizza but they got cinnamon right at the end I am mad due to the fact I payed more to just get something random.

Oh my goodness! In my opinion, Papa Johns has the BEST! bread sticks that I have tasted by far. The flavor & texture was perfectly done! 🥰

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Papa John's pizza and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received from Django. From the moment I placed my order over the phone , to the delivery driver arriving at the High School , everything was seamless and efficient.

The pizza itself was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly cooked crust. But what really stood out to me was the attentiveness of the staff. When I called to inquire about the status of my order, the representative I spoke with was friendly and informative, giving me an accurate estimated time of arrival.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Papa John's and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. The excellent customer service and high-quality food have made me a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!

Ordered pizza for carryout, Gave us wrong pizza then they were not able to find our pizza. Customer service was very poor, Long lines and it was shame for pizza Hut.

I ordered a pizza and they screwed up my order multiple times. The pizza looked dry and old. I couldn't even eat it.

The place needs an Extreme Make Over. I walked in the restaurant it was so Dark no lights on I felt uncomfortable I thought the place was Closed. All of these Pizza Hut needs to be Renovated Like Now. I was picking up food for a friend But I stopped eating at these places years ago because it's not kept up....

I have ordered from this Papa John’s multiple times and now today when I order for the second time in a row I have a rude driver. I was called by the store manager after I called and complained to the manager ( which also ok told me he has bumped heads with her before )and said that they were no longer be able to deliver me because I WAS RUDE as I have complained about two drivers that have been rude and inconsiderate and have basically thrown my pizza at meor just didn’t bring it … the store manager decided to side with the employee instead of the customer for the last time and I just want my food ! I have been a customer for years. I will no longer be going to this Papa John’s ever again bad service bad delivery then told me they don’t have to deliver to your door. You have to pick it up from outside wherever you are. They are changing the rules and responsibilities every day day that I call to get delivery ! Unacceptable and also told me that they are not Uber or GrubHub!!!

Cashier the best. Food ready on time and hot. But, the melts were smaller, partially burnt and didn't look like it does in TV. But the taste was good.

The manager took and pinch the food with her hands, her hood men walking in and out of there where the food is , not washing hands or wearing gloves, the young man was digging in his hair and did not wash his hand, this pizza hut is ghetto.

My order was ready at the scheduled pick up time, nice and hot. The service was excellent. I will be going back....soon

Ordered pizza first lunch only to see it sitting outside of my office. Very unprofessional and Unsanitary. The delivery instructions are always there for the delivery persons to see. Ive never had this problem before with door dash
Not in a bag or anything. Door dash you all need to get with your employees. Second, the food was very dry and unappealing. No Marinara sauce for the bread sticks, food not in a bag or anything. I'm not eating this, and not re ordering because I don't trust it.

The website says that the restaurant closes at 11p, but when I pulled up at 10:13p and they were closing down already! I rolled the window down and asked were they closed already and they yelled “yes.” It was one employee with her kids and another employee carrying out my large pizza and wings. The employee who was carrying my pizza walked to her car and placed it in her trunk. There was another customer there as well trying to get food. He also spoke to them because he was under the impression that the restaurant closed at 11pm as well. Smh, totally disappointed. I had kids in the car that I was suppose to be feeding. Will start to use the Rivertowne location from now on. Side note: my clock is 10 minutes fast.

Placed my order in app while I was out & about and when I went in to pick up my order I really needed to use their bathroom. I told the manager that my meds mess with my stomach and it was urgent that I go. She flat out told me no. I feel that this is a full service restaurant and I paid for my pizza...there should have been some compassion.Very POOR customer service

I called my order in @ 11:00am, order supposed to been ready in 20min.
Got my pizza and it was wrong. Saw the receipt of my order which was correct. Young lady that took my order told the manger , manger is the one that made the pizza (wrong)!
Make a long story short , manger forgot to make my new pizza . Over all time waiting for my correct pizza 1hr !!!!!
Manager offered me 50% off my next pizza. No B!%!? I should be getting a free pizza !!!!
Then had a nerve to have an Attitude 🤨

We ordered 8 large pizzas at noon and a hundred wings, soda's and sauces. These people really took care of us. The manager Jessica is awesome and Goodwill of DC really appreciates their effort to cater our lunch here at JBAB. Thanks again!

We ordered 2 pepperoni and sausage pizzas today. They made them pepperoni only. The oriental lady was absolutely rude. She said " we can heat up sausage and put it on. If you want it remade, it'll be another 20 minutes" we took them with heated sausage put on secondary. But I promise, I will never order from this location again. Maybe, ya'll.need to come to Bowie, and learn how to run a Ledos Pizza correctly.

It’s the worst pizza I’ve ever had probably. It’s greasy as hell. Tasteless. Smaller than the box so it’s misleading. Did I mention it’s greasy that make ur stomach sick. Yeah! No more pizza from here. The one on FortWashington the salesguy is so arrogant!

Best Pizza in Dc hands down. And this is coming from a chicago native who's enjoyed deep dish and Chicago style thin crust. Sweet sauce and great tasting toppings. 10 out of 10. Well done Ledo Pizza
