Visited many chai break centres but this one was just hopeless
Worst service,, worst food quality
We ordered 4 items amongst which 3 items were just pathetic
It took 10 times for us to request the waiter to serve us water but for no use.. there was hardly any customer and was many waiters but no professionalism

Loved the staffs behaviors all the time. This is my go to place while I go back to my home after my classes. They don't say a single word to you how much time you spend there that's the good thing about this Chai Sutta bar.
As the name suggests,this place is mainly for chai and coffee.They also have other food menus .Tried their elaichi chai and masala chai. The quantity of chai can be more.
The atmosphere and seating can be improved considering the vibe of the caffe. Though it was written as self service , they delivered at table.
Outside of the cafe has area for smoking as well.

Atmosphere is not good or like o modern "Chai ka tapri". Too much noise, no parking place, crowded in weekends. I did not like this place becoz of the tea. In a tea shop you expect a good quality tea atleast. Alas! they are not good at it. I felt that they cook the food like sobji which kills the essence of the tea and increase the bitterness. Recommended only to college students.
Old staff was very friendly and well behaved the new staff and management is the worst ever seen anywhere in any Chai break. The lady in suit behaves like she is paying us to visit the place, very disrespectful behaviour and she is doing everything as she pleases.
New management is just utterly misbehaving and disappointing. Very rude behavior and the new staff doesn't know anything you from food to reservation and they are reserving seats for no one. You can see the photo I have been here for last 2 hours and no one came and no one has reserved and they are putting reservation tag on empty tables and not letting any customer seat their. New staff and that misbehaving lady needs to be removed.
Overally the experience was good but services need improvement. The atmosphere was good when you entered in the bar all your tensions gone (it's like your mind goes in peace mode😁😇)
Absolutely disgusting found a cockroach 🪳 in the food , a big question mark on the hygiene and cleanliness of the place. Never going to visit this place again. 👎👎👎👎👎

Quite a decent place. Prices are little high as per the taste, but not that high. They don't take much time to serve food. I'd ordered pizza, shakes and sandwiches. The strawberry shake was like b protein powder. Pizza was okayish. Sandwiches were good.
Located in front of BMC Bhawani Mall, the outlet may seem small but they serve good variety. A great place for chocolate lovers. Cakes, pastries, snacks etc also available. Decent prices and standard quality assured. Staffs are also helpful. Surely worth visiting.

Situated in a prime location, in front of Bhawani Mall. The Ambience and service is awesome.
Had tried one Margherita Pizza 🍕 and Veg Sandwich 🥪. Pizza was really nice but the veg sandwich was underwhelming according to the price.

A nice place near the back side of the airport for perfect enjoyment with friends, this place is specially meant for friends. It's like a chill out and a hangout place for friends for complete enjoyment.
Their menu is really awesome for both veg and non-veg, along with different types of hot and cold coffee combinations, it also offers a variety of tea options which really works for a good mental condition of a person.
The menu also includes different types of happy hour foods like sandwiches, burgers, Pizzas, fries, kulhad pizza a new arrival at that place and a lot of varieties of foods to have a perfect enjoyment with company.
The interior designs were awesome and cool to capture some beautiful pictures.

The atmosphere and ambiance was cool send calm. Really liked the food which we ordered. Especially the Biryani. It tasted really good. The drinks were nice, but they could have kept more variety.
The ambience of the place is just wow. Its aesthetic enough. Food is bit overpriced but the quality and taste is 5/5. There's a separate hookah floor upstairs. Sitting is available most of the time. Not really crowded. Service is fast and good.
It's a nice cafe with ambient atmosphere. The starters are good but the service is slightly late and the indian main course is not upto mark. But it is a worth place to hang out with friends as well for couples.

Located at the third floor of BMC BHAWANI MALL, this outlet of Chai Break has astounding ambience with beautifully placed dining tables. Usually chai break serves beverages and snacks,but this restaurant form is impressive.
We had ordered achari paneer tikka and chicken lollipop in starter. both were above average in quality, quantity was good though.
Main course of pasta was also good.
What i did not like is the service charge which was added by them, even if it's voluntary on behalf of customers to pay the service charge, their adding the service charge in bill did not give good impression.

The food is delicious. The staff is hospitable. The service is good. The menu offers a wide range of Italian, Indian, Chinese, and Mexican cuisine. They have separate seating areas for hookah smokers and non-smokers. Ambience is good too. My all time favourite here is their Margherita pizza. 🍕 Also, if you love paneer then give their Achari Paneer Tikka a try!
I have been going to this place since 4-5 years. And it's such a haven for chocolate lovers..! There's always an invigorating aroma of chocolate in the air.. I have tried several items and have been pleasantly surprised that all of them are good (and so affordable!!). Recently I had the opportunity of trying their English breakfast..and I was blown away.. it maintains the authenticity of the English while adapting to the Indian palate..it's very very filling at only 230/- do give it a try.. looking forward to trying out their American & Belgian breakfast (which are currently not served due to COVID restrictions!)

Nice little cafe with good coffee and chocolate drink options. The dessert are ok. Limited food options though. Not really a lot of chocolate focused menu considering it's a chocolate speciality place. I love the ambiance. Moderately crowded most of the times.
Chal Sutta Bar very famous for tea lover's all over the area. So we have go to taste the tea of Chai Sutta Bar in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Dining out at this moment thoughts creates doubt about the clean environment, but I'm so happy to share that THE CHOCOLATE HOUSE has done best in this, they have such clean tables and cozy ambience. Also, I loved the food they served.. The BBQ pizza was so cheesy and soft all around, the mousse chocolate pastry and chocolate ganache was another level 🔥🔥 and the shakes & Cappuccino was really good in taste and quantity. I really loved the quality food and such cozy ambience. It's a must visit place, do not forget to try Chocolate Ganache pastry (triangle in shape) the next time you visit there. Last but not the least, the staff behaviour is very welcoming, they do their job with best hospitality and nicely. Thank you The chocolate house for superb service.
One of the best hangout place in Bhubaneswar. With good Western food menu in Indian style. The drinks are good as well. The best part is the hookah bar. It is very cool place. May be you can take your date there.
Great place and good ambience. Food is good overall with decent price tag. They serve as per the request made. Also Hookah service is good. The staff is polite and helpful. The best thing is the sofa sitting inside on the first floor slab.

I really liked the ambience and the service quality of this cafe. The quantity and the taste of food is also really good. But the coffee they give usually has a lot of froth and the quantity is really less. I didn't also like the taste of coffee (Cappuccino and Cafe latte) much here. Overall the price is reasonable and for dining it's a good enough place.
I really liked this place. The food was really great! And the waiters were really nice too 😄 it's quite a big place with separations so people can sit based on their likings. The have hookahs and is a good place to celebrate birthdays and all. They play the song when you're cutting cake and all, it's nice. I don't see anything wrong with this place. It's a tad bit pricy but not too much that I've to take stars away. They've special combo offers so that's worth looking forward to. The ambience is nice and overall I really liked it here 😊
