Food is really good. My picky kids went crazy for the Cheesy Garlic bread and now refer to this place as "the place with the heaven garlic bread." Pizza is excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating are very comfortable. Nice spot in downtown Westerly.

A little more upscale than the regular pizza places. The 100 year old building is loaded with charm and the interior is all brick wall. Taylor Swift was spotted here when she was still new in town. I had the home-made pasta faggioli with garlic knots (always a winner) and my guest had the mushroom ravioli. You get your choice of pasta sauce and she chose the vodka sauce. Beer and wine are on the menu as well as Perrier, soda and pink lemonade. They have enormous hot and cold grinders (delicious), great salads including a great chopped salad, and of course, a wide assortment of pizzas.

We ordered takeout from here. Pizza was average. It definitely needed more sauce. The chicken tenders were good, as were the salads. Nothing was amazing.

My friends boasted the pizzas at the Pizza Place were awesome, and they weren't exaggerating. But the salads - oh, they are incredible! And - especially if you are from out of town - try the local beer, Narragansette, just make sure you learn how to pronounce it first, ha ha!

Enjoyed the pizza! Thin crispy crust with so much flavor. We ordered a bacon chicken ranch pizza and it came to the table piping hot! All the flavors melted together perfectly. Definitely recommend!

I bought a grinder. It was so large I split it into three different meals. It's definitely worth the money. And there's a cool whale sculpture inside the building!

One dude is okay, the other 3 or 4 working there completely ignored me.. helped another guy as soon as he walked in like I wasn't there. And a young girl working complaining about her life and how mad she is. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The pizza slices looked like they were sitting out in open for over 3-5 hours, do not recommend!

I haven't been here in years but can remember how good it used to be. I was not disappointed. Ordered the Midway Special.

Picked PP based on reviews from TA for lunch. Very clean, friendly staff, watch your pizza being made! Ordered the sausage and broccoli ravioli, my wife the house salad, and friends a veggie pizza. Friend commented the pizza was less than average, kinda thin. The salad didn't have any "snap" to the lettuce and was considered dull by a salad hound. The ravioli was either overcooked or old. I never really found the sausage inside. And it was a smaller portion than I expected for $17. The chili was fair, lacked heat. I'd like to think we picked a bad cook day. First time eating there, cant find myself returning. Wasted $80 lunch (still tipped well as the waitress was very good). The 2 stars are for everything was nice but the food.

Took and hour and half plus to receive our delivery and the pizza was cold, food was gross and missing an order too. Do not recommend!

The inside looked nice. Took a pizza to go and got the all mushroom one (my mom and I shared- we love mushrooms) it also had roasted red pepper and caramelized onions... I'm not sure why but when tasting the pepper it tasted sweet... like it been chilling in sugar or something? I can't quite explain it but it was weird eating what we thought would be a savory pizza but with sweetness- it didn't go and also because we didn't expect it it kind of ruined it for us, that's just our opinion I'm sure others may like it that way.

We ordered delivery of 2 system weiners and wings, and unfortunately, it all arrived ICE cold! Also, it took forever! The taste (after we heated up the wings) was awful as well. Definitely don't recommend this place.

I went back after about 6 months which then was amazing and was worth the price. It was around 6pm recently. I feel it’s lost its passion it used to have. It still tastes good but what I got did look to par for the price and was weak on the filling. Again tastes amazing but I have to be craving it to want to get it again because again just looks meek.

Tried to be open minded, since you have to have a special palate to live/eat in this town as everything is subpar, but this was inedible. Sad to say Domino’s is a bit tastier, but only because they add salt.

My son and I got two different small pizzas. Best we've ever had. You have to try Midway delicious!!

I kinda want to go back and try something else haha, i had the coney island hot dogs and they were sonethin else. I made the mistake of having two, but i think one alone would have been alright. They probably have much better pizza since they are a pizza place after all. I just went because a friend wanted me to try the hot dogs 😂😂 so beware but also they are worth a try..... once in a while.....

Only gave it 1 star so i can write my review. I ordered a pizza with onions & sausage because my husband does not care for peppers. Pizza comes, it's peppers & sausage. i called back, just to make sure I ordered it right. The girl goes i have no idea, i wrote down what you said Well, that's why I was calling to ask what i said. Duh. She precedes to make up a story about how she even asked me what kind of pepper and said i said green. Absolutely no way i would've said green, if anything i would've said Red roasted. So i know she's lying. She threw the phone down and said i can't deal with this i waited a few minutes, a man picks up and he goes you want your $@$&!%¥ pizza or what!!? i said you know what, i don't want anything from this place ever again. 37 years of my business gone in 60 seconds Great way to treat your customers,! I'm soooo impressed .

An excellent variety of salads, pizzas, and grinders. Quick service, great food, always fresh. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for good quick pizza.

DO NOT GO HERE. There was a screw baked into my food!!!!Almost chipped my tooth and swallowed it. Customer service was awful when bringing up this issue. 7+ food health violations 🤮.

Absolute garbage for $12. This is a large steak and cheese with extra cheese. Bread is hard and crusty, meat is dry. Never again

We've been here twice. The first time the manager was incredibly frustrated with the other employees and did not hold back on sharing her feelings. This did not make for a relaxing atmosphere. However, the good value and delicious, chewy crust eventually drew us back. During this visit, four flies buzzed around our table continuously. They were very aggressive and landed on our hands, clothing, and kept dive bombing our meal. Eventually I had to cover everything with paper napkins to keep them off. Our half taco half supreme pizza was wonderful however. Review: good food, needs a revamped atmosphere for dining in.

EDIT: We tried it again--we do enjoy their pizza and feel like it is a good value. I gave it another star for improvement. Interior was cleaner and less irritating than before. 😆 One thing we like about Pizza Vita is they allow us to break up a large pizza four ways, allowing us to try several different kinds. This time we got taco, buffalo chicken (delish!), Italian, and supreme. It was excellent. The $22 option can easily feed four adults (or two to three hungry teenage boys). We will definitely be back.
