You know when you’re looking for pizza for dinner, but you want some gooood pizza- not the dominos or little Caesars type. This is that place you’re looking for.
Im no pizza expert but I know good food and their pizza is amazing every time! 10/10 never disappointed.
PS. I always order through Uber Eats. I’m sure it’s even better if I were to pick it up or dine In (if that’s an option).

Always come here almost every other week. Always get either 2 panzerottis or a extra large pizza and wings. They are great to make any accommodation they can. We have been going there for like 8 years or so now
Disappointing Experience - Inconsistent Food and Poor Service
I recently visited this pizza place three times, and each visit was disappointing. Despite adding four extra toppings on our first order, the pizza was overwhelmed with jalapenos, covering nearly the entire crust, while the other toppings were barely noticeable. The second time, the Tandoori Paneer pizza had an uneven crust—soggy in the middle and normal at the edges—with an overpowering, gingery sauce.
The third visit was even worse, with a poorly prepared crust and uneven toppings. Customer service was lacking throughout, and one staff member even made faces when we arrived close to closing time. The loud music during dining hours made the experience even less enjoyable.
Overall, the inconsistency in food quality, poor service, and unwelcoming atmosphere make it hard to justify returning.

I Ordered chicken pizza it really tastes so good and they give best customer service. Toppings were spread all over the pizza and was properly cooked will definitely come again keep it up guyz🙌🏻
The lady who works in evening shift on August 20th was so rude i was waiting for my order more than 30 minutes and i have ordered 30 minutes ago so thats whole 1 hour to make single pizza she told me it will take 5 more minutes and I waited 30 minutes after that and not only that after that she said either you can cancel the order or wait for another 20 minutes i mean that is so ridiculous and rude behaviour a store front employee shouldn’t be like that 0 star for employees. DISAPPOINTED
Ordered last night and the wings were great the pizza tasted great but that all ended when I found a long fingernail in my pizza....ruined my appetite for the whole thing. Yuck 🤮
I love this location. It’s by far my favourite! From the amazing quality of food and fast service, and how welcoming and sweet the employees are! I absolutely recommend getting your next Pizza Hut order at this location! You won’t regret it!
Pathetic service, I just ordered a a half and half pizza and I don't know what I got cz Half the chicken slices are on the veggie side and half the veggies are on the chicken side.

We ordered 4 pizzas on the $5 $5 $5 deal. The pizza was ready super fast and it tasted ok. Just ok. It was clearly overcooked. They must have had the oven turned up or something to make up for being busy. The picture shows all 4 different kinds of pizza on my plate. Can you tell the difference? To be fair, this is the first time getting sub-par pizza from this location. Hopefully just a one off.
Hands down, my fav Pizza Hut in the city. Kristy and the staff are the best there is.
My pizza is always made right, it’s always hot and they are always willing to go above and beyond for me. I placed a pick up order for my staff as I own a business in the same plaza. I'm a reg customer for Paz 2 for 1 deal. Always deep fried. Today I ordered and got home only to find they where really well cooked... so ok not big deal... started eating and all I could taste was burnt flavor.

Ordered the triple treat box and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly. Order was ready on time and the place was clean. Will definitely be ordering again! :)
Ordered pickup via phone, was told 10 minutes for a hot and ready and crazy bread, got there 20 minutes later just to wait another 15 minutes to pay and reciece food, after leaving it was a meat lovers pizza. Not what I ordered. Food is fresh and tasty but come on
I recently ordered pizza online, and I gotta say, it was an awesome experience! At first, i was unable to add toppings, but when I called the restaurant, this really nice girl explained I could just write down what I wanted. She was so polite!

This restaurant truly ticks all the boxes for me. I've ordered their pizzas 3 or 4 times now. The delivery is always on time, they offer great deals and the staff is kind. Good customer service is always the cherry on top for me and in this economy finding restaurants that still give you a bang for your buck without compromising on quality is a rare find. On top of all that, their unique flavors are refreshing and makes a boring old choice like pizza feel new and exciting. Make sure to take advantage of their free, fresh ginger, green chilis and coriander topping options. It's a game changer! AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT if you've got vegetarian friends like I do, they offer paneer versions of their delicious tandoori and butter chicken pizzas that are always a hit! Delicious!!! From classic to inventive Indian-inspired flavors, each slice is a delight. Fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and friendly service. A must-visit for pizza lovers seeking something truly exceptional.
Pizza was great and so was the service. They gave my daughter a nice cold iced tea for free and she thought it was the coolest thing ever.
We ordered couple of side dishes to try and it was so delicious and fresh over all good food and clean atmosphere.
Former employee here, all the bad reviews at this store are not surprising. The manager is terrible at his job and is a jerk to his employees and customers. Upper management is to blame however. They only care about themselves and themselves only. They only like managers who make everyone's lives miserable, and if you're a manager/employee who doesn't put up with their garbage, they try to bully you into quitting and if that doesn't work they'll fire you. So if you're wondering why your LC pizza isn't as good as before, it's because the employees rightfully stopped caring. I'd recommend staying away from all London LC locations (same owner for all 11) until the owner sells
This pizza joint has been the pinnacle of my youth. I grew up coming here through many ownerships and this restaurant has been the best it’s ever been. The food is amazing, you can walk in the door and get two huge slices and a pop for 5$! Who can beat that? The pizza is amazing, and all the other options are just as good! Whenever I have had an issue I called them in a calm polite manner and my issues were always resolved, I often even left with a large pizza forced on me for free over a small mistake. Love you Superior pizza!

Ordered our typical Pizza Hut order at this location for the first time as we recently moved to the area. My husband found an acrylic nail in his slice of BBQ chicken pizza. Management provided a voucher to rectify the situation however we won’t be coming back to this location after the experience we had redeeming the coupon. We picked up our order and had the voucher. The person who helped us wasn’t sure how to input the voucher and called a manager for help. From the back, a woman was laughing loud enough for me to hear without seeing her how we must be the people that found her nail. Overall, I would not recommend this location as they don’t seem to take food handling seriously.
So delicious! Ordered the momos and achari chaap and both were really tasty. Definitely trying more items from pizza 2 go. Their pizza menu is amazing and I can’t wait to try them. This will be my go to place for food from now on.

After placing a large ~$100 order for pizza for a child’s birthday party. This Little Ceasers location forgot to to make the birthday girl’s cheese pizza (she is a vegetarian) and so it was not available for pick up. Little Ceasers then refused to deliver the missing pizza without charging a delivery fee, which we paid, obviously because the birthday girl needs her pizza. I recommend ordering from Gusto which is amazing, never fails and tastes better.

Awesome place! Amazing workers during the morning! Always friendly and welcoming, they have amazing timing and everything is always perfect when I order ! My top favourite place to get my pizza from ❤️
I ordered a pepperoni panzerotti online for pickup at around 12:57am. And when I arrived around 1:25am to pick up my panzerotti the guy working the counter asked if i want any other panzerottis. I was confused and asked "for free?". He said yeah and was referring to the ones in the display, he said he was gonna throw them out soon. I'm not gonna turn down free food so I ended up walking out of there with 1 hawiian and 1 pepperoni panzerotti. Now thats great service, thank you mister whatever your name is. You are a great guy. Will definately be back after this awesome service.

Let me share my experience at this wonderful pizza place where Sandip works his magic. Walking in, the smell of freshly baked pizza instantly made my mouth water. Sandip puts so much care into every pie he makes, and it really shows. The crust is just perfect – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the toppings? Absolutely delicious. Whether you like classic flavors or something a bit more unique, Sandip has you covered. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Terrible customer service over the phone. Who ever was the working the phone Jan 24 @ 5:40 Dundas location near first. Disrespectful, laughing, ignorant and just over disgusted by the whole experience. We explained our kid has an ulcer and wanted light sauce for the 2nd hot & ready and apparently that was funny. He then proceeds to be disrespectful when asking about light sauce and we didn't explain what we wanted on our first pizza? It was a hot and ready, pep .. we explained that. The ignorance in the voice, you should be fired!!!
I visited for the first time and I found the guy very intersting and interactive, Guy name is Sandeep and he provided me his suggestions for the order as well, he also provided the best service as well. Second time when I visited the store he instantly knew me and his welcoming manner was very genuine and good. Overall Excellent Service I got.
I had a disappointing experience at this pizza place. The service was poor, and there was a discrepancy in closing time information, causing inconvenience. Despite the posted closing time being 2 am, the dine-in was closed at 12 am, as per two Indian employees. This has happened before, and it's not mentioned anywhere. I've attached a receipt indicating the time of my order at 12 am. The pizza taste was average, and the cost for two medium pizzas with drinks was $32, including tax and two toppings. The small size of the place added to an overall unpleasant experience.
I am so upset and disappointed I order online which was okay I'm not the best so I struggled a little but I figured it out okay... my huge disappointment and being so upset is I order 2 xl pepperoni pizza and 1 large PLANT BASED pepperoni pizza with dairy free cheese for my daughters birthday party her 2 friends are vegan a long with the parents so to find out later after they have eaten the pizza that they put regularly pepperoni and the plant based pepperoni on there pizza mortified me because after carefully looking at the pizza after they noticed the difference it looked like they messed up by putting regular pepperoni on it and so they tried to fix it by just adding a bunch of plant based pepperoni over top to cover it up . This is unacceptable because what if one of the child's had a meat allergy or a bad reaction because they have never had meat before thankfully none of this happened but this upsetting and not okay .

OMG Great Place! I Got The Chance To Sit With Owner… She’s A Beautiful Soul. She Shouldn’t Change A Thing About Herself. Extremely Clean Place. Awesome Food! Although I Didn’t So Much Enjoy The Rice, I Was Glad I Got To Enjoy Something I Know Was Authentic. Anyhow, The Rest Of The Food Was Overly Perfect & Delicious. Fresh, Crisp & I Would Eat Here Everyday If I Could.

Amazing appetizers and great overall meal. We had the appetizer platter with 2 dips, olives and feta and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
The atmosphere made it a beautiful evening. My husband made a great effort for our first time here together. Disappointed that for the price we paid the only thing we can taste was Salt!! The Greek salad was superb. Would go back for the salad and the ambience.

I enjoyed some fresh bread and butter to start. Then, my server brought me Saganaki (a fried cheese appetizer) and lit it on fire! They have a tradition where they get you to shout “Opa” three times while watching the flame. The fried cheese was sour and tangy in a good way. It reminds me of Gouda.
For my main, I chose the classic Chicken Breast Souvlaki in a pita. The pita was everything I hoped for. Rice and a salad came on the side.
My dinner ended with an intriguing dessert: a custard cake with honey. I loved this. The cake had crystallized sugar on top. They also usually serve this with cinnamon.
I felt right at home with their atmosphere. The two thematic colours are white and light blue. They had a Greek radio station playing on their stereos, and I jammed to upbeat music.
My bill came to $56.

Ordered large veg pizza. Toppings were not enough. Cheese as in picture not evenly spreaded. Didn’t get taste of sauce. May be they forget to put a sauce. Not even properly cut the slices.

The staff here at this location are awesome..They go above and beyond to provide the best service to the community..The store is clean and the atmosphere is amazing...keep up the great work...
Ordered the cheeseburger pizza and I get it's the going rate with food prices out of control everywhere but when I pay 47 dollars (delivered - before tip) for a single pizza and wings, I don't want to see an inch of crust around the edge, bald spots all over and barely any cheese or burger meat. This was my 1 treat meal I have every few months and I was really looking forward to a good pizza all day, so this was very disappointing.
Most amazing dinner date I have ever had with my son hands down. The staff was so inviting and pleasant and made my son feel so included. We laughed and smiled all through dinner. The food was fresh and the portions were so amazing. Highly recommend. We are going to become regulars :)

After moving from Kitchener I thought i will be missing my favourite pizza pizza location in Kitchener.
But this location exceeded my expectations.
Because of their consistency every time i order my favourite whole wheat veggie, they are the best ever for me.

What a fun family owned and operated restaurant in London Ontario. The dining areas are uniquely bright and vibrant, the fun is delicious, and the service is extremely inviting. I guess some may feel it is a little pricey, but the overall package if what we got for our money, we were pleased. The fried calamari and saganaki, in particular, were absolutely perfectly done. Will come back next time we are in London.
This was my first time with City South Pizza and they have done an incredible job. The food is outstanding! The best part about the pizza I liked was that it was just right and non-greasy. I mean you cannot go wrong with this pizza they make. The chicken wings were so delicious!!
In the future, I would like to dine there instead of delivery. Keep up the good work City South Pizza team 🎉

You really can’t complain about the value for $ you get at London City. $13 for a Large Walk in w/ 3 toppings a drink + dipping sauce. That’s pretty good if you ask me.

My son said it was about a 6.5/10 in his opinion and I thought it was a solid 7. It wasn’t good enough for me to go back vs other shops in proximity to where I live serving a similar style.
I didn’t really taste the sauce at all but it was there.
Crust was tasty but the conveyor belt makes it hard to achieve a high quality finish.
Service ✅ service was great and the pizza didn’t take too long.
Value ✅ if you are looking to get ‘bang for your buck’, this is definitely the place
Slices ✅ I always commend pizzerias that offer slices.
