Ordered a large pizza, well done. Ordered came 1 hour late. Called the manager 20 minutes passed the delivery time and all I was told was there were no drivers and door dash was on its way. Pizza finally arrived, soggy, barely warm, with barely any toppings.

Spent a decent amount of time putting an order together here. I got a call back saying they stop taking orders for delivery at 7:00 when the website says 7:30. Pretty frustrating and the lady who called me on the phone was very rude to me.

Ordered 2lg online. Was notified to pick order up in 15 min. Went there 25 minutes after order was processed and was told it will be about another 40 min. Came back about 45 min later and was told it will be about another
hour. As I was talking to the manager behind the desk I received an email stating the order was canceled. I asked why did I just receive an email saying it was canceled and why was it not ready. Manager said well I have 2 new people and the times we n orders are controlled by the mainland. I suggest that when you get behind maybe take a few minutes out and call your customers and notify them that you are backed up. That way they can choose to wait or find something else for their family for dinner. Absolutely unacceptable. There were 2 other customers dealing with the same issue I was at the same time.

Will continue to order here because it's on base, but I ordered a pizza for delivery and after 2 hours I called the manager and she tells me the driver is on the way. After another 30 minutes, I call back and the cashier tells me the order was delivered (definitely not), then a different manager tries telling me the same thing, then finally tells me the delivery driver brought the food back because either someone told them I changed it to a carryout (never did), or the system supposedly changed it to a carryout on its own. What really happened: the driver couldn't find the place and instead of calling me, cooked up a story for the manager just to get back to the store. And these are the same people that expect $15+ an hour wages

I had a terrible experience with Papa John's, both in terms of their food and customer service. When I asked for any specials, they provided me with a so-called special, but then I witnessed another customer being offered a better deal right after me. It made me feel excluded and left out. I won't be going back there again, and I suggest you go elsewhere too. Furthermore, the pizza I received was burnt, with very little cheese or sauce, and the staff just glanced at it, boxed it up, and handed it to me without addressing the issue.

General manager is very rude! No sauce on pizza
We ordered an extra large pizza with extra extra cheese, sausage, bacon, olives, bell pepper, mushrooms with bacon and pineapple on on side with a drizzle of bbq. Tell me why we didn’t even get sauce on the pizza. They put jalapeños all over the pizza which is not what we wanted and no bbq sauce. We called the Hickman AFB and spoke to the general manager and complained. She told us she watched them make the pizza so they couldn’t have done it wrong( gas light much?!). She said we needed to give it back and then do a refund but it took like an hour to get someone to pick up their phones so we at all but 2 pizzas. We told her she could come back and get the other 2 slices but the general manager said because we ate most of the pizza that she couldn’t offer a refund. Which we didn’t even want a new pizza what we wanted was some money back because this pizza was not worth 56$ and definitely we didn’t get what we ordered. We told her we would complain to higher up and she said the call will only go to India! Like I said, she’s rude! Look at this dry pizza below and tell me if this was worth 56$

UPDATE I AM STILL SALTY
The only way i would go here again if the kid i liked was being held ransom and the demand was for a P johns pizza while simultaneously having the POTUS about to chill on base with an left open crypto vault.
