I've been ordering like more than one hour, first said 6:30 then 7,:23 then 9:20 after I called they said they never ever get my order online when I called around 7:30 pm. That's very bad.

Food was horrible. We ordered 2 Honey Dijon paninis which had yellow mustard instead. We didn’t ask for regular mustard. Thankfully I asked for the honey Dijon on the side incase they messed it up. And of course they did. Curly fries and French fries were so over cooked they weren’t edible! They were hard as a rock! The only thing that was good were the sodas because they didn’t make them! We also waited over 35 minutes for our food when they said it wouldn’t take too long. They weren’t busy either.
Initially we used to go there once a week about 4-5 years ago. Then service and food started to go down hill dramatically. They even stopped using real bacon. The quantity and quality was horrible and food was way over priced. So we stopped going there. Since so much time had gone by, we decided to give them another try. Well lo and behold, NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Needless to say, we won’t be going back again, not even in another 5 years unless new owners take over. We all work very hard for our money and expect our food to be decent for what we have to pay.
This place should just close down. I can’t fathom how it it’s still open.

Traditionally really strong specialty pizzas, but things have gone downhill… ordered a large Chicken and Broccoli pizza on a Friday night and was told 25 minutes.. when I got there, they told me they didn’t have my order.. they said I could wait while they made the pizza.. I wasn’t in the mood, and ended up eating frozen DiGiorno’s stuffed crust pizza at home….I discovered air fryers work fabulous with mini frozen pizzas so I guess there was an upside from the experience!

I never received my food, the guy was extremely rude and had the audacity to blame me for it. I put in a order online then called the place to verify and updated my phone number. A hour and a half later (it was only supposed to be 40min total) they apparently "tried" to deliver it but had the wrong number SMH (she never updated it after I called to verify). They said they'd be back in a couple minutes but they never came. I called for a refund 30minutes and the lady said she couldn't do it and the manager will call me in a couple minutes to do so. I never got the call for my refund, never got the food. Save yourself the stress.

We were in the mood for grinders and we were in the Chicopee area so we figured we try this place out. Looked like a nice building from the outside. That was the best part. The inside was dark and dirty. The food was NOT good. Grinders had mushy tomatoes, terrible shredded lettuce and not good quality bread. We bought 3 grinders and none of them were good. The one hit grinder the bread was burnt. Probably the worst grinders we have ever had. The people were nice, but the food was not good.

We don’t recommend this place!
Horrible customer service. Im a woman who came with her kids and I wanted to order food and the guy kept telling me to wait. 2 Males some in and they started ordering their food with no problem. I just picked up my kids and got out. Felt very poorly attended and I hope it's not because I was a woman. And still no one came to me to see if I wanted to order. There were only male workers working
Got two cold cut grinders and both were trash. The meat looked old and the lettuce was brown. The grinder looked like a pencil how skinny it looked. Barley any meat either. I’m never going back there and I advise whoever reads this to don’t waist your money.
Ummm... Well this place took a dive.... I can't even cut my calzone (if that's what youwant to still call it) with a chefs knife. These three things never should have left the kitchen. Especially when I spent $55 +tip for them. Boston Bay I'm done with your overpriced garbage and terrible service
