The little girl that works the front counter has an awful, unprofessional attitude and wanted to argue with me immediately when I called with an issue on our pizza we picked up.
Placed an order online last night at 7:31pm and it said it would be ready at 7:56pm. We ordered a 14 inch pizza with one topping on one side and three toppings on the other side and an order of mozzarella sticks. We went inside to pick it up at the estimated time and sat and waited. After 10 minutes they said it would just be another few minutes and it would be out. Sat for another 10 minutes before someone came over and said that the cook was the only one back there and “wasnt used to closing shift” and didn’t realize that we were here. They gave us 20% off for waiting and said it would be another 5 minutes before it was ready. After those 5 minutes we were told that the cook was just now putting my 1 pizza in the oven. We left finally with our pizza in hand after another 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes of waiting and 20% off for one pizza and mozzarella sticks is crazy to me. There was 1 other person who walked in and got their to-go order while we were waiting and a few people that left tables inside so being busy is no excuse.
Best pizza I have had in quite some time - at least since the last time we were in NYC. A little more expensive than most places but worth the price and more. Great atmosphere with large TVs and plenty of beers on tap. Will be my go-to in Lee's Summit for pizza for the foreseeable future.
So we tried out this Summit Pizza in Lee's Summit. A friend of mine and I had been to this restaurant once before, and my wife had also eaten there a little bit ago so we thought it would be good. Our waitress was okay. She was very friendly and knowledgeable concerning the menu. However the busser who worked there was lackluster. He did not bus the table next to us, EVEN AFTER WE LEFT THE RESTAURANT, and we were there for at least a good 40 minutes! I had ordered the pizza bowl and my entree was smaller than I thought it was going to be. In fact the pizza bowl I got (it was a supreme bowl) was $13. After looking at the meal I was convinced that the size was not big enough to justify the price (if it was $7-9 I believe this would be sufficient for the size of the meal). I did try my wife's keto pizza where the crust was made with egg and cheese. That pizza was very good and flavorful!

I would say overall I would like to give this place another chance. My first experience was good. However, if we try this place once more and it is like the same experience we had this second time it will be more than likely we will take our patronage somewhere else.

My family and I love their pizza. Best in town. After trying other places we agree this is the best. We like the Big Head pizza, but others are good too. The only down side is that most nights they are busy and the parking lot gets packed. Not really a bad thing, just shows how good they are.
Finally, a place that servers the style pizza I love. It really reminds me of the St. Louis style pizza, but just a bit better if you ask me. We didn't discover this place until just today when our daughter had a soccer party there, but I'm so glad we did. We will be back many more times! Highly recommend their pizza!
Order said 11 minutes ready. 30minutes later still waiting outside for order after checking inside. They said they only have 1 person working.
We recently had a get together with family and friends for my 4 yr old. About 15 people we had. Our tables were ready and food was brought out super fast. When I paid for the 4 pizzas and drinks I gave a $40 tip ....There were two guys that were helpful but other than that, not one person came to our table to check on us or take plates or anything I was very disappointed. My son really liked the rides.
Had the 12” summit apex, St. Louis style crust (thin crust) it was amazing!!! Toppings were over the top!!! My wife and I could not finish it. Also had a bottle of wine with the meal. 🤗. Sat at the bar…. Theresa was amazing (owners sister) staff was super friendly!!! we will definitely be back!!!!!!!
I ordered and picked up four large, various toppings pizzas for a small group. The pizzas were fresh and hot, and the group liked them very much. I was there at lunchtime, and it was jam-packed. The salad/pizza bar looked very good. My group said next time I should plan on having pizza from Summit Pizza.
Pizza was not what we expected. Toppings were very sparse as was cheese. Not very tasty. We have not been to Pizza Hut for years. Papa Murphy’s much better.
Decent, if not a bit overpriced pizza. Kids love the variety of things to do while pizza is being prepared.
There is no table service, it is all do-it-yourself, which is fine. Only real complaint we had was that no matter how much pizza we had leftover, they would not give us any large boxes, forcing us to cram our leftovers into 4 small boxes then juggle them, along with kids, etc. to the car. Not cool!

Amazing! We've been coming here for years....and frankly, it's the best Funhouse in the metro and tonight they exceeded all expectations!!
We usually ask for our pizza to be well done as we like our crust crispy. Forgot to do that tonight and it was still perfect

Amazing gluten free pizza however the gf cheese bread sticks while tasted good were a tad bit dry and crunchier crust compared to the gf pizza. It tasted as if the gf pizza had cheesy end crust. I wish the gf bread sticks were the same way. (The appetizer)

Lately, every time I go there to take out my order I have to wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes, When I get to the store, usually I don’t find anybody behind the counter and the store employees avoid looking at you so they don’t serve you
This Papa John's never misses! We are frequent flyers here and the order is always correct and so quick.
Usually I have really good orders! But I was really upset with this, especially when Sharing it with the kids. I did not call the store because at the end of the day they know what they did and for them to hand it out to a loyal customer is crazy!!!!!😩 I know you guys tired of me but dang you didn’t have to do me like this!🖖🏼 I won’t order here again!!!!
This has been our family favorite for at least three generations. The pizza is top notch, the perfect combination of crunch and chew. The dough almost tastes like it has beer in it. The nostalgia of the games over the decades is a great way you entertain any person wise or young. The service is always very good, super friendly, and helpful! I have even seen the staff walk elderly customers out to their vehicle. When the weather is nice there is the old cars that come up.
All in all, you cannot beat this place. Highly recommend to any one of any age! Famous Funhouse Combo and a veggie with anchovies! YUMMY!

I placed an order for delivery and the driver called while he was on the way and stated he did not feel comfortable delivering it to the building where I was (law enforcement building). He stated he would not let me come out and meet him at his vehicle. Baffled, I called the store and spoke to the manager, James. He was very apologetic and personally delivered the pizza himself.

The buffet felt pretty pieced together and most of the pizza tasted the same. Service was ok. I was just happy to find a pizza buffet. But the thin crust pizza tasted very much like Jack's frozen pizza. Good mac and the pepperoni and sausage were decent. It was clean. Nothing about it stuck out as overly good or bad.
Affordable dinner little arcade a lot of fun. Is it amazing no but it's cheap and the baked potato pizza is pretty good.
Ordered new Summit Salad and pizza. Picked up not ready at time told I was only car in lot. Got home 2 minutes from restaurant pizza cold salad pretty poor no dressing. I’d say going down hill.

The employees here are amazing!! especially Stephanie. she helped us with a doordash issue and was so kind to work with. we receive great service here!
Supreme pizza was terrible. The sauce was not much more than tomato sauce. I also ordered boneless chicken wings. The most awful things ever!! They were not even real chicken. More like the fake chicken like the frozen chicken nuggets from grocery store. Then I got chocolate chip cookie. It was burned. I was so mad about this food. NEVER AGAIN 😡
Made a late night pick up order, it was prepared fast and when I went to pick it up, the window employee greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. My pizza was the perfect temperature and prepared as ordered and tasted great once I returned home! What more can you ask for?
This is the only Pizza Hut I will go to. The drive thru pick up window is a big reason why. But the food is also good. I've not received a belly ache producing pizza that has been typical of Pizza Hut for years. I appreciate the care they take in making sure the order is correct and the staff has always been fast and friendly at the window.
The food isn't too bad. The dessert options get a little burnt at times, but the place is decently cleaned.
No combination pizza, no mushroom pizza, but I think they will make it upon request. It's pretty good, not the best, but it IS all you can eat. Great salad bar.
I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. I contacted customers service and she patched me to the female manager who ignored me and hung up. I did not want a free pizza. I wanted them to pick up the pizza they delivered and send me the correct order but the female mgr hung up on me and the customer service rep who was on the phone line with us. I am so disappointed in this manager. She is unprofessional and has no clue how to provide the least amount of customer service. I will never ever order your pizza again.
Staff was friendly. Pizza was hot. Dessert pizza was not great though. One was too hard to eat and the other had a lot of goopy pink stuff on it, not the kind they used to have. Overall, we left full and satisfied.
That store used to be great, but lately the service has been slow and the staff has not been very friendly. I've had to wait a while for my orders and the delivery times have been inconsistent. Additionally, the DoorDash drivers also seem to be having trouble with the wait times. I hope the store can improve its service soon.

My spouse and I are staying in the area for a couple of weeks to help care for a sick relative, and we stopped in so we could be someplace that isn't a hospital. Y'all, the pizza is 🔥. The staff is great and attentive, the playlist was clearly made by a cool Millennial, and the food was excellent. I wish we lived in the area so we could come more often. I definitely recommend (especially the taco pizza!!).
We were there for my Brother-in-law's birthday and had the kids with us. First off if your kids are anything like mine here is a warning there is a park next door. There were a few games for them to play and a couple of kiddie rides. There was one or two rides that didn't work but overall they loved it. They even accommodated our big group and were really nice. They do not serve your table but call you up for your food. They were also pretty clean. It was better than I was expecting, but it's no Chunky Cheese.
My wings had almost no sauce on them and half of our pepperoni pizza didn’t have pepperoni on it… overall completely unsatisfied with this order. They messed up the two things we ordered… not great.
When I got home and unpacked my order I was genuinely confused by what I received. Maybe they make the food differently if you dine in? My takeout order was complete garbage. Pizza was bland and dry, the “boneless wings” tasted like something microwaved out of the frozen aisle at the grocery store, they didn’t even bother to toss them in the wing sauce, just put it in a plastic container. Tried a bite of each item and threw the rest in the garbage. For $30 this was an absolute joke.

By the slice or the full pie this place will surely deliver. Just off the main strip in downtown LS but walking distance after you've had a few around the corner. Super good menu with an assortment of Pies and Calzones plus Salads which I was even told the Greek Salad is killer. Solid drinks menu to go with whatever you're in the mood for. Great staff that pump out the pizzas left and right in a nice old building that's been here for years. Had myself of course the Mozzarella sticks and the delicious 9" Maui Waui (there were no survivors)
Really nice pizza and I like the aroma of the dough that contains a hint of beer/alcohol aroma. It’s so fresh and the pizza is to die for. Ordered a combo pizza and to my surprised, it’s not as greasy as most of the pizza out there that I had. This is also a great hang out place. They have many cool gadgets in the restaurants like old hike box, pinball machines and what not. Strongly recommended and deserve 5 star!

(2) Pizza crust is tasty (it’s more poofy than Cicis and doesn’t feel cheap)
(3) Golden bubbly cheese on pizza
(4) Cheesesticks and Alfredo pizza is very tasty - as good if not better than Cicis (predominately due to the crust, and possibly a slight twang in the flavor of Alfredo sauce here)
(5) Price is very reasonable for a buffet, as are the prices for soft drinks in Kc
(6) They have a soft serve ice cream machine
(7) They’ve got a small arcade room
(8) Ample seating
(9) Cleaner restaurant and feels slightly more modern inside than some other pizza buffet restaurants

(1) Marinara sauce on the pizza has that store-bought-pasta-sauce flavor that you run into at buffets like this. So you’ll be eating a red sauce pizza and at times feel like you’re eating pasta instead because of this flavor. I don’t care what people say! My pizza is the best! The freshness the flavor the softness of the crust, amazing! Let’s not forget the biggest cheesiest cheese bread around these parts! Plus you can get a 24oz fountain drink for a very affordable price. Unlike some places that charges $4 for just a can! Thanks pizza street for making my rainy day off enjoyable!

Tyler is an amazing Chef. These pizzas here are amazing. The Buffalo Chicken pizza is the best in the world. Make sure to tip your server because they do an extraordinary job. Prices are reasonable and value based. 10 out of 10 recommend.
I have been seeing the outside of this Pizza house last summer 2021 when we bring our daughter in the Summit Park(walking distance from here) but we didn't have a chance to get inside. But tonight , December 20, 2021, we went to Christmas in the Park and decide to eat dinner here, to my surprise, I didn't know how beautiful this place is especially for the family with Kids.
Me and my daughter are with one of our family friends who has 3 kids and all of them had so much fun. The eldest son of my friend actually is the one who recommend that we eat dinner here. He is only I think 11yrs old.
Kids can enjoy playing in the arcade.
Mask is required to enter in this facility as of now.
Public restrooms are available for Men and Women and a diaper station/area.
They have a very friendly and accommodating staff.

(4) Has a lunch buffet on saturday at least

(2) Maybe not a true con, but their garlic bread is somewhat different - it’s a single loaf of bread spread face up, rather than actual breadsticks. Maybe it’s just that it doesn’t seem all that worth $6

Read the reviews and order with caution. The new location and updated facade have not improved the level of service at this location. I placed an order online at 7:48, with an expectation of delivery between 45-60 minutes based on the website’s timer. At 9:00, I called the store number because still no pizza. I ended up talking with a representative in Pittsburg, KS. She was not helpful. in fact, I’d say she did more damage to the situation. She claimed that it was a new store and they are “probably slow because they’re learning a new system.” Hearing that, I asked to cancel the order and to process a refund. She claimed that she couldn’t do that, that I had to wait for the order. Which, the pizza finally arrived at 9:36. It was cold and stale (see attached photo). The driver apologized and stated that “they have us understaffed.”
Lee’s Summit has many options for pizza. Save the hassle and use one of them instead (Domino’s is always on time 😉)

That this is my 5th visit to Main Slice in downtown Lee's Summit. Every time we come in we sit at the bar because the bartenders are always a lot of fun good conversation excellent service. Thursday night is $4 wine night the food is amazing. This has become a regular hangout for us great time to get away have fun all for very little money.
