My experience at this dealership based on different depts and individuals.
1. Jerome (Used car sales rep) 5 stars
This individual is very professional in his communication skills and utterly polite. I had the oppertunity to communicate with him on my trade in before I actually walked into their dealership over the phone, emails and sms. We had some negotiations rounds prior to my visit and also on my first visit with Jerome and he did do his best to get to a mutual point however he was pretty much dependent on his manager but he didn't hesitate going back and forth and made sure delivery of the car and inspection report are provided on time and he even let me inspect the car on my first visit by getting it lifted in their garage to see the condition and left me alone in the car to fully take my time to make up my mind but in the end I was still going to get an official inspection report to make sure everything is in place. In all Jerome is a family guy who likes to talk about his family, work experiences and his knowledge of cars to provide a friendly envoirement for customers to be at ease and comfortable.
2. Jerome's manager 4 stars
He is very tough to reason with when negotiating and especially when you have to go through a 3rd person to convey your messages. I think we said hello to each other only once and he never introduced himself therefore I don't know his name. I guess it would be nice to get to know him a bit to have a little conversation since I visited the dealership at least 4 times and I can't remember him making an attempt to say hi but he is still a good person and tried helping me out via Jerome and I hope my feedback is taken positively.
3. Financial Dept 4 stars
Friendly and polite and took the time to explained us everything but we kind of already knew everything and we knew what we wanted so we also made their job hustle free.
4. Dealership itself 4 stars
The dealership is relatively new and pretty big. It is well taken care of and spending time inside is always pleasant and everyone likes to smile at you and greet you well but I noticed they have no food options available other than coffee like many other dealership if in case someone had to munch while waiting for service or for any other reason for that matter otherwise they deserve nothing less than 5 stars.
5. Service 2.5 stars
So this is where I felt disappointed since they did a safety inspection and stated that everything was fine with the car but 2 days later I took the car for a tire change and found out that rear brakes are rusty and my mechanic recommended that I get them changed. I ended up emailing Jerome and he then arranged an appointment and within 15 mins of my arrival at the service they said they will change them but I will have to come back since they don't have the parts in stock for a bmw. I scheduled another appointment and I called 2 days ahead to inquire about part availability and number to make sure they have arrived and I was told over the phone that they have arrived and I should ask for part number when I bring in my car. On the day of the appointment I asked same question but rep couldn't provided me with requested info and no invoice was given to me. He just said we have put in Branson or something similar sounding and I brought back the car and I hope that they haven't compromised on the quality since I see front brakes rotors are 2 piece and the ones they installed in the rear are one piece but I am still not judging the quality since I will have to use the car to find out eventually. This is something very easy to detect for any mechnic and I feel a lot of time was wasted by not ensuring that these mechanical maintenances are detected and done by the service dept prior to delivery. I would suggest if you are purchasing a car of another manufacturer from this dealership, do not trust the service dept and get it inspected by an authorized dealer. I wish I was provided an invoice with repair and parts details which is a common practice for any private garage or dealership.

I was about to make a deal on one of their used cars and the lady I was speaking with Athena told me that she was told by the director that there are strictly no negotiations on any vehicles. She was very nice to me when dealing with her. Not sure if this was a rule or a sales tactic but I have purchased 3 cars since COVID ended and everyone of them there was some form of negotiations.

I Will be picking up my Audi Q3 on Monday morning!! I have had an excellent experience with Audi Blainville. Their selection of cars are superior to other dealerships I’ve seen in terms of Kilometres and quality. Quality over quantity has always been my motto and this is the reason I’m driving 2 hours from ottawa to pick up the car. The process has been so smooth !! I would like to extend a huge thank you to Virginie the finance queen!! I had issues with my credit file and she works Miracles. I was extremely impressed she got me a better rate than I expected. Matthew was my original salesman , his team took over for him on his days off with ease. Kevin has answered all my calls with patience and I appreciate that because I’ve had so many question. 5 stars given for Mathieu and Nicolas who landed me a great deal in Trading in my vehicle for a good price and offering straight forward deal for purchasing my first EV . Although this EV needed some brake work later on to pass the safety in Ontario, I am happy with this deal overall . Be mindful of getting the car inspected if purchasing an EV.

Apparently, customer's have ghost vehicles and are liars when asking service for help. I went to this dealer after experiencing issues with my transmission on my volks. After minutes, they let me know my transmission would need replacing. The total cost of this was approximately the same worth as the vehicle. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle with them for 30K as result. A couple weeks later I brought the car to another garage who specializes in transmissions, and they found that it was just an unplugged wire on the transmission. THANK GOD I did not accept to replace the transmission. I came back to this dealer to discuss that the diagnosis on the transmission was bad and spoke to a manager. This is when they told me my car was not even in their system. After being verbally laughed at and turned away after they did not put my vehicle in their system, they couldn't care less about trying to make things right. They did not follow their own procedures on taking a vehicle in for diagnosis. Telling me that because my vehicle was not in the system, they never diagnosed it. I was then EMBARASSINGLY asked if I wanted to go staff by staff to try and ‘’INDENTIFY’’ who I dealt with when not remembering the name, the whole ordeal was a big joke on the Director's end. I refused to go around pointing at people as this is extremely unprofessional and i would not falsy accuse a staff member. In the end I had no choice but to walk away. The dealer had no real solution and was very unprofessional in my opinion. Sad that after being a long-time customer with a history they left someone walk away helpless and distressed. I would highly recommend not using this dealer for your service needs on your VW vehicles.

I always had great and courteous service from Volkswagen Blainville for my car maintenance. I realized very quickly on my last visit that you are always better to bring your VW jetta diesel to a dealer for your service, which brings me to this post, I found my new vehicle at my last visit, a 2018 VW Tiguan. We received great service and care from the sales manager, who was patient with us and our kids. The team made they entire purchase easy and enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this brand and dealership to anyone!

This is the first time my daughter leasing a new car and it was as close as you can get to a pleasurable experience. The car representative Philippe Cusack is experienced with professional knowledge and recommendations for the needs of customers. He spent as much time as I needed answering all questions. Too bad, it maxes out at five stars; I would have gave so much more to Audi Blainville and representative. I strongly suggest for you to purchase your next vehicle there either leasing or buying, and at both of the cases, you will get what you expected.
