The experience was good. However, I felt it would have been an easier process towards the decision making to purchase if everything was explained before
signing. When the financing manager gave me the documents to sign and explained each individually, there was sufficient time to have all the questions answered,but not to critically
analyze it.However, the pricing attached to everything was not communicated before. Therefore, the sale price when added to the final cost was extremely high,and this I think must be communicated upfront.

I’d recommend NY Motors to anybody. If you want a honest dealer who genuinely wants to help you, Phil is the man. He doesn’t put those shark prices you see at other online dealers with massive hidden fees. And I’m a new driver in The Bronx, with little-to-no driving experience and he helped me cut my insurance quotes from State Farm & GEICO by 50% and I couldn’t be happier.

Phil Sr and Jr are so professional and warm and friendly! Their customer service is great, they make sure to explain everything and answer any questions you might have. I came a couple of months ago for an oil change, very fair price. More recently my car was in an accident and had a lot of damage-the passenger door and hood were misaligned, the front bumper needed to be replaced etc. New York Motor Solutions fixed our car up in a week! It looks great and is running smooth. Fair price. I'm impressed as always with their customer service. My friend told me she has had her car in the shop for a month and was impressed by how fast the fix was. Also to my surprise the car was cleaned for us- they vacuumed and cleared out trash! I've been told that's bit standard, and thay extra touch was really welcome! Would come here again!

This is literally the only place I come to for cars. I’ve gotten 2 cars from here and will always come here for services. Respectful family dynamic who do everything possible to make sure you leave with a car same day or in your time frame. I am a disabled driver who can’t just have any old car. It has to be suitable for me and my situation and I can proudly say that they definitely made sure I had a car perfect for me and my situation. Trust when I say there is no disappointments with this establishment.
