Garbage owner, incompetent staff, disappointing business

Service Department & Dwayne Callaway are "top shelf" Dwayne took care of me in a pinch, and will never go anywhere else for service or Ford related. Super impressed!!!

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Phil Long Ford, I highly recommend working with Juan Alaniz if you're in the market. He's an all around great guy and great to work with.

While looking for a new car in 2017, the agent felt annoyed that I was interrupting his football watching time. He felt distant while I was looking at cars and couldn't remember my first name.

On the bright side, this made me want to go to another dealership where I eventually found the car I have had for years now!

Time to let Ford know that this dealership is still marking up cars $10k, $20k, and in some instances $40k. Ford has said that any dealer doing this, will not receive any future models of the cars that are overpriced.

They low balled me 20k on my trade. I went and looked at their window stickers. Some trucks are priced 20k above their MSRP. And they still marked the trucks up and extra 10k. Some without modifications were almost 80k and over.

This is the problem with dealers. Customer gets low balled so they can save money and make more on the back end. And that’s before you get to the F&I office lmfao.
