It was an absolute pleasure working with Ali remotely, as I'm based in Pennsylvania. I must admit I was a bit nervous purchasing a high-end call without see it, but I leveraged a 3rd party to have it thoroughly inspected prior to the purchase. And we did find a few things that needed to be repaired which was all taken care of prior to shipping it up north. I would defiantly purchase another high-end call from Private Collections. Ali you are the best and thank you for the great experience.....

Horrible. We purchased one of their cars on Bring-A-Trailer with just a few minor cosmetic issues presented in the description. Ha! Showed up with lots of undisclosed defects, the biggest being hail damage on all panels. How do you not disclose hail damage??? Also had bondo breaking off, large paint cracks, excessive buff-through, and more. And title issues. Upon calling this out they told me I was nit-picking and looking for a concours restored car. They also threatened to bash our dealership in return. Unbelievable.

I had a great experience buying my car. I worked with Ali as my sales person. I had to purchase this car long distance and arranged to have it transported. He handled all the details for me and made all the arrangements to get my car to me. Every time I had a question he was right there to answer. Great place to do business with. Pleasant experience.

I bought my absolutely fantastic BMW M6 from Private Collection Motors and it came on a truck yesterday. I dealt with Timothy as my salesman and he is everything that I could ask for in a salesman! He sent me videos that he took of the car specifically for me and pointed out a few of the awesome features, but also of the cars minor blemishes. I requested the car be inspected somewhere local so he sent it off to a local shop which found it needed a couple of minor things such as a spark plug and an ignition coil. The dealer literally spent about $500 on repairs for the vehicle for me, which I am grateful for. I work in sales, I am one of the top producers in a fantastic agency so I understand sales very well and Tim is like me, he’s not pushy at all, I can call and text him personally. He explains things very well, handles business very well and he can be personable! The car came in wonderful shape (however side note, I used a 3rd party vendor (SGT Transportation) and I decided to go with an open trailer because it was faster and costed less, mostly cause it was faster though bc I was eager lol. Absolutely nothing against this 3rd party vendor, but kind of regret getting it shipped open because the car came rather dirty on the exterior (granted it moved over 2,000 miles to get to me, but the interior was MINT… fortunately my car wash place was still open so I was able to get the exterior cleaned straight away lol)
Anyway, the car threw a code at me about the brakes. I sent Tim a photo of it and he called me straight away and was researching why it could have been and even offering to perhaps help financially if I have to pay for a sensor or something EVEN THOUGH I bought the car “as is”… Tremendous customer support here…. These luxury cars can be very finicky or needy and honestly it could’ve just been because the car was tilted for like 3 days on a trailer (Timothy found this, amongst other reasons why it would throw that code on a BMW forum I believe) but today I drove the car home from a friends house about 5 miles away after staying the night there and there were NO CODES… I even drove it in the rain, something I normally would not do, but hey I celebrated a little last night so yeah. The car is BACK in my garage where it should be properly stored.
Fantastic experience, highly recommend this dealer and the salesman Timothy. He is a real stand up guy. I would not be shy at all if buying out of town!
By the way, the 2007 BMW M6 is an absolute monster with its ROARING V10. The car is simply relentless and I absolutely love it. I’ve worked EXTREMELY hard for this and God has blessed me through and through..

So disappointed, I just got my Bentley 2021, at least when they deliver the car do good job on details but the way I got the car was stains all over the place, never even washed
and top of that the car was delivered with no temp tag and I have to wait who knows how long to be licensed, so the car will be parked on my driveway until it’s licensed however I’m paying the insurance and the car note while it’s parked

I bought my 2010 Bentley Flying Spur based on the representations made by their website and comments from Ali. He provided me with video of the car and pointed out the tiniest imperfections. He had his detailer deal with each issue and re-video'ed the car for me. Every issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently so when I ultimately received the vehicle it was pristine. Mechanically was exactly as advertised. Ali was honest, professional and maintained constant communication with me throughout! Highly recommend this company and that sales staff! Beautiful car!

From my first inquiry about a vehicle in their inventory to driving it home, the entire experience was low pressure, easy, on my terms, and transparent. I would have rated the service at 5 stars except for two things. I went to the Newport Beach facility only to find that the dealership had recently moved to temporary quarters in Costa Mesa. I should have been told this. Secondly, the prices for service are exorbitant!

Sad to say but generally I’ve had some poor experiences when buying a new car – basically a process that I’d be happy to avoid. But dealing with Chris Comet at Newport Beach Bentley gave me a whole new perspective. This is my first Bentley and Chris was friendly, very knowledgeable, exceedingly helpful, enthusiastic, approachable and down to earth – in other words the ideal sale person. This was the most surreal car shopping/buying experience of my life. I didn't know customer service existed in any retail forum at this level. Tommy O'Rourke, my dream salesman and now-life coach, took my first, and hopefully not last, exotic car buying experience from personally gratifying to absolutely astounding all the while being careful to keep me informed of the steps involved, timing, paperwork, and dealership commitment to making sure this was the right car for me.
