It was recommended by a friend that’s why I went here but I won’t recommend them at all I came to do oil change and they made me blindly set for a 3 hours waiting until I fed up and checked what’s wrong and I was shocked by what I saw these guys emptied my car oil without having an oil in their store and kept my car open for 3 hours without an oil change they are definitely not trustworthy as all these hours gave the break as an excuse trying to minimise my intelligence what a joke they gave me free cleaning and discount for protection as I will be needing that .
I will never come back here again and I recommend everyone to not do so, this is a very honest review.

Went for a very small issue and the guy over there was extremely honest and helpful. Kept guiding me and clearing my doubts. Good work. Charges were also nominal but after a bit of bargain.
It was a pleasure experience in Exotic to fix may car with a proper inspection and fixing, special thanks to Marina who helped me from the first contact for an appointment till my car is fixed 🙂. The reception decorations and setting area reflect the 5 stars service.
It is one of the best car service shops in Abu Dhabi. I had a great time while waiting for my car to be inspected. They found the issue with my car while others gave me fake information. I will come to them again to fix my car. They have a wonderfull and supportive worker named Marina who took care of me from the beginning. I recomend ship prepare shop if you have any issue with your vehicle. I have a germin vehicle.

Very Good Detail Cleaning Inside and Outside of my Ford Car. Service guy Ahmed did a good job in doing it. Paid 229 aed Groupon Voucher + 50 aed by hand.
The only problem was that some parts were not assembled correctly after cleaning, or else they had done their best.

This place is exceptional. You can trust the services with your eyes shut. Total value for money. I got a full interior and exterior cleaning of my SUV. They took 2 days but my 10 Yr old car came out as good as new. Thank u for the services. 👍
I had my car repaired at Aarya Auto repair shop for minor rear accidental damage. Overall repair was done perfectly and satisfied my expectation. Even though, the repair took longer than usual but it’s acceptable, as it’s due to many car broke during worst rain flooding happened previously. Thanks to Mr. Tony who assisted it from start to finish.

Its my first time in the garage and i am very happy with service that i got. All are approachable and very friendly, the garage is so clean and very relaxing while waiting. I have done a car repair there under my insurance, they did replace the front in 7 days. The quality is good, the only problem they did it slower, than expected. I had to push them to receive a car before Sunday.

Grace’s Workshop was one of the best experiences we have had GCC wide. The level of professionalism and customer service is outstanding and their work is top rate. Highly recommend this garage. Although we had alot of things to repair with our Volvo, it was good to know that they were thorough and found issues that were previously unresolved. After calling several different shops, Graces stood out right away on our first call and the expression, ‘you get what you pay for..’ definitely fits the bill here. 5 stars! It was great experience at the Mechanic garage especially with Raja, he is straightforward, experienced and reliable man. I brought my BMW 535 with a problem shown on dash-board after visiting 2 garages I got a quotation of around AED 8000. But I was lucky to bring my car and have it checked by Raja who immediately knew the problem and found more mechanical related issues some are parts which need replacement after all, he has my car repaired in two day and it was like brand new. More over he kept all the old parts for me to check.

The service is very professional. They took the time to answer my questions and explain the work. Quotation was itemized. During the repairs I was updated via WhatsApp with photos of the work progress and parts replaced. Shop is clean and well organized.

Was at Aarya Auto Body Shop for having bumper damage fixed in a parking accident. Was a Tokio Marine insurance claim. Mr Tony handled my claim and handled the entire process start to end very well. Straight forward, hassle free and quick. Got back my vehicle in 2 days and looks like nothing had ever happened. Friendly staff. Can recommend.

A well-organized garage, I went with my friend to get his car fixed, and they fix the car, with fast service and good communication. We didn't need to pay as he was there before and it's his 2nd time there for the same repair. You can sit at the reception to wait for your car.
I'm British, 42 years old, living in the UAE for 9 years. I have many experiences in this time, rarely good. Grace motors is by far the best experience I have had. Honest, reliable and keep you updated with messages and photos throughout your repair. 10/10.

Not satisfied with the work. They replaced my transmission and just few days its broken again. According to them it's because of my big tire ( so funny). Then now, my transfer case is leaking because they open it to check, then might not be properly fixed it.
Praveen and his team from Grace Auto Repair were very professional and have communicated well from the moment the car was received in their garage to inspection, quotation all the way to service completion, I was kept informed of the progress.
They are easy to deal with, honest and fast with their turn-around time. Kudos to the team and keep up the good work.

As many other people have noted, few business come close to the customer engagement and communication of Grace workshop. They help keep you updated throughout the work period and inform of you each change or additional work needed. They charge for the initial inspection which is expected and they thoroughly inspect each part of the vehicle for a comprehensive check up. The list they prepare can include non essential work which you can speak to them about and have it reduced and their communication was always professional and helpful. They cover complex work from electrical and AC to basic and paint jobs. The paint work they did was excellent and it was difficult to differentiate it from the original parts. While you can get cheaper work from places elsewhere, they are much more easy to work with and get everything done in one place without hassle.
I have never walked out of a Garage so satisfied and comfortable that my vehicle is in the hands of a guy who knows what he is doing. In discovering the issue on the car to the T and fixing it the head mechanic Tahzeeb is a pure genius. All my vehicle have a new home and I'm rest assured they would be taken care off.

Good service center. They can service almost any car and usually do it very fast. The quality of the job might sometimes suffer, but if you expect the job to be fast and cheap do not expect it to be perfect. If you are after a quick, cheap fix this palce if for you.

I modified my car there multiple times, they are one of the best in Abu Dhabi, they would give you the feel that they are fixing their own cars and take pride in it. Their team is very professional, polite and patient, I would recommend you to pay them a visit and check for you self.

Get everything you negotiate in writing, because they tend to forget the handshake deal. If you run into problems when you collect, they suddenly don't speak English anymore, then somebody else from the shop comes into the picture and starts to argue with you (with whom you never talked before) and another one and another one. Quality wise i've seen a lot better! My finished product looked like it was painted with a spray can and it most likely was. As usually, you'll pay the Expat tax here as well. Although you can slightly negotiate, the quality does not remotely match what you pay for. Don't fall for the classic sample trick, of course they gonna show you a decent painted part first to convince you. Mine turned out to be completely different, twice. They'll do as little as possible to maximize profits. Their main business is resurrecting salvaged car as you can see in their parking lot. It's the quick fixer upper to make a quick buck. Time wise, tripple it! I believe their 5 star ratings are done themselves ...just a guess!
