My experience with Mitsubishi leadership was extremely disappointing. They exhibited dishonest and disrespectful behavior throughout my dealings with them. Here are some key points:

-Dishonesty: They frequently lied and misled me.
- Disrespect: They showed a blatant lack of respect and care for me as a customer.
- Exploitation: They took advantage of me and my trust.

If you speak English or Spanish, I strongly advise against engaging with them. Seek out a truly professional dealer who values honesty and respect.

This dealership is completely unprofessional, rude and misleading.

We had a long discussion on the phone with the sales team about our very specific requirements to confirm that they had the right vehicle in stock at a specific price. The sales team confirmed that they had the vehicle we wanted in stock and at our price.

We were scheduled in for an appointment and arrived at the dealership. This was a complete scam. The sales representative that we discussed our requirements on the phone with and who confirmed she would meet us on site does not even actually work on site and is a call center staff member. The on-site team were very hostile and u helpful, the dealership did not have the vehicle at the price agreed, but rather tried to push the price up by $15k on us once we reached the showroom.

I am absolutely disgusted by the sales team's behavior and the way we were treated. Clearly, this dealership attempts to scam and mislead customers.

I would of course never recommend this dealership.
I must say that the service at this location was exceptionally great. I was handled & processed in a timely manner. Wilner the sale sales associate was very helpful & answered all my concerns with a positive response which made my purchase easier. Les, which would be the supervisor, he processed all my documents in a timely manner, accepted my information & concerns with care and worked with my budget. I love my new 2023 Mitsubishi, congratulations to me & thank you guys!!

I dont know what the problem is with the 4WD or the Engine but an error light keeps appearing on the Dashboard. IT'S bin constantly appearing from i bought this 2022 Outlander Model. I am tired to take it to the service center for the same problem i reached out to corporate office with no response. At this point i just want my car to be checked properly if that means to keep it and provide me with a courtesy car then that will be ok. I just need the problem solved. If it can't be solved then change my car. 1 more time at the service center and I'm getting a lawyer.
I tried calling the General Manager he is never available.

These guys are amazing, they're polite, helpful, and they work so fast. No shortage of quality cars to choose from and in great condition. Plus they even service and clean it for you. They make everything so eazy, no hassle just send them your info and watch them work. Simply exceptional. These guys' Customer service is definitely top tier. The entire process was a breeze. Hats off to these guys!!
Best experience I've had at a dealership. Chris NEO, who assisted me, was extremely friendly, honest, understanding, but most importantly patient. He was able to work with my budget and I'm beyond happy with my new car. This is the place and person to go to if you are looking for excellent service.
Great dealership. Great price. Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The cars are in great condition. They have other cars not just Mitsubishi.
