Incredible experience purchasing ski equipment here. Very knowledgeable staff. The owner spent a lot of time sizing and fitting the boots, helping us find the right setup, and the pricing was very competitive. Their end of the year sales were phenomenal. Really impressed! The staff that did the bindings and wax were also very polite and professional.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to make sure I commented on the awesome interaction and purchasing experience I had when visiting Gravity Sports. I showed up one night in December about 30 minutes before store close looking to purchase a pair of skis. I had never bought skis before and wasn’t sure what all I needed and what the whole process entailed. The owner was a super cool dude who walked me through everything and was very patient with my slew of questions. I have size 15 shoe and ski boots have always been difficult to come across in the right sizes and are always uncomfortable. He ended up recommending heat molding to me and spent the time to do that past close. He sent the rest of his team home and stayed to help me through the process which we weren’t done with until 1.5 hours after close. I know he needed to get back to dinner with his family but instead he stayed to help and didn’t once make me feel rushed. Truly wonderful buying experience and had some great conversation along the way. You can tell he’s really passionate about what he does and the sport in general and gets excited about sharing that joy and excitement with others, hoping they’ll experience the same. Much appreciated for all your help! The kindness and patience didn’t go unnoticed. Will definitely be back for any of my future skiing (and related activities) needs.

Amazing shop!! Went as a quick stop for some skateboard accessories and ended up with a complete and a deck and some other items at an amazing price!! Owner was super cool and we were very impressed with his knowledge and wonderful attitude. Will 100% be returning whenever we are in Vegas! (Definitely worth the 2 hour drive!!) -with love from a Bullhead Couple ❤️🛹💨

We just bought both our boys their first set of ski boots. We have always rented their gear and we were clueless about ski boots. The staff there was so helpful. Treated my kids like they were part of the family. Explained to them how to get the most comfort out of their boots and adjust them to fit. Definitely will support this small business. Happy 5 yr anniversary

It was super hot when we went shopping, however many water mist fans were providing relief from the hot weather. The stores are clean and well stocked. Customer service overall was great. It's a big place and you can download the map to get your bearings. Being an outlet mall, the prices were lower than regular stores. There's a food court with enough variety to satisfy most shoppers. A nice experience overall.

Delta is awesome staff!!! I got excellent customer service from her, showing me a lot of product features while demonstrating. She’s very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly!

Prefer this location to the south one.

I'm very disappointed. Shops were very expensive. The outlets are normally where you get your discounted goods from but nothing cheaper here. On the plus side it was very clean lots of nice shops but very quiet. I think covid had a big impact on prices.

Completely outdoors so you're exposed to the elements in winter and summer. Variety of stores both low and high end. A lot more high end stores at this outlet compared to the south outlet.

We were looking for ski equipment for my mom. Visited 2 different places without luck and were recommended to try Gravity Sports. So glad we did!

It's a small local business that you'll miss it if you don't pay attention, but once you find it, this is the place to go for all your winter sport gear as well as some skateboards items.

The owner and the assistant whom I didn't their names were super friendly and nice. They were very patient to explain the proper gear for my mom, who is a beginner. They also had the right equipments available, so that was a bonus.

We bought the demo ski, and they offered to put in new wax for us even though I thought they looked brand new. And at the time of visiting this shop, they are doing a 30% discount on all gears!

They offer rentals at $45 a day, which I thought was very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back.

I too had an issue with checking out...the young man would rather talk to the other check out girl then ring my merchandise up. Then couldn't wait to go back and stand next to her and talk while there was still a line of people. Young man just lacked basic customer service skills and seemed to rather be somewhere else

Good stuff in the store, but the employees are more interested in gossiping with each other than checking out the line of customers that stretches to the door.

Never have my size in mens. I'm a medium or large. They have an overstock of xs, sm then xl xxl. One would wonder to order MORE of the popular sizes but no...

Great deals for Memorial Day weekend!

I’ve been looking at these duffel bags for a while and couldn’t find colors I liked. I was pleasantly surprised to come across them at the outlet location for an unbeatable price in colors I like!

My husband got lots of shirts. I also got a nice jacket for over 50% off.

I love my North Face backpacks. There were lots available for great prices at this store.

I was surprised to see normal items that people want to buy in a good range of sizes, instead of all the ugly colors and odd sizes you typically find at outlets.

The best! None of them! Every one is very friendly, especially Michelle! She helped me too much. If the size can be more complete, it's perfect!

This store is a disaster. Alejandra does not know how to do her job. She couldn't figure out how to see how much was on a gift card. So she scanned a random item and then processed the sale. After 20 minutes trying to get a refund back on the card for they finally figured that out. Then when I went to make purchases at the 60% off sale she couldn't figure out how to discount so she told me the price changed. We were about to spend well over 200 dollars but we're so frustrated with the terrible service we just walked out. Either there is a problem with training or management. Either way don't waste your time

Nice collection and great deals on shoes and jackets. However, the sales representatives were no help though. There were two ladies who were busy talking and many times I implied that I needed help but they just pointed. Then I specifically asked for something and one of them came and literally ran away in a second. For the first time I ever saw such a complete disregard of customers.

The store was extremely busy on a Sunday night at 7 pm. And they had hardly any boots to pick from none were in my size. Very frustrating. On a positive note, they did have really good prices on some sweaters and jackets.

Big fan of this location! Huge selection for a small store, because they pack it in! Women's section has a lot to offer! Love the pricing, sometimes they have extra percentage off sale prices! Staff is very helpful.

I really love Columbia stuff and this is a pretty good one BUT, the discounts were tiny! Seriously not good discounts at all. Only 20% on a lot of the jackets which are $100 plus. I have seen way better prices in other branches. Lovely stuff, way too expensive.
