I contacted cascade river gear to get a quote on a aire super puma. Cascade replied on 03/21/22, "here is a quote on a Super Puma. We are still waiting for our Super Pumas to be delivered. One in blue should arrive any day now then the other two are closer to 5/1/22. They will sell fast so let me know if want to throw a deposit down on one. Cheers! I wanted the blue puma so I put a deposit down of 1/3 the price quoted as directed. I was excited about getting the boat because we boat all year in western North Carolina and spring is one of the best times for river running. On 6/17/22, close to three months later I received a voice-mail from cascade that my Super puma was in and if I paid the the balance plus shipping they could ship it right away. As soon as I got the message I called and gave them my credit card number for what I thought was the balance of what I was quoted when I paid my deposit. When I received a message for the amount charged to credit card it was close to $600 dollars more than the balance I was quoted when I paid my deposit. I contacted cascade and was told that they would not give me the Super Puma for the price quoted even thoughI had put a deposit down. I requested my money back on principle and have not received it yet. Please beware of deception by cascade river gear. I have had great service from Northwest river supply, Backcountry, Rocky Mountain Rafts and outdoorplay. I suggest using them instead of cascade river gear. Hope to see you on the river!

Had a return/ warranty issue. They resolved my issue quickly and put me back on the water as fast as they could. Not only was the initial purchase from them spectacular but the follow up customer service was all that better. Will definitely be doing business with these folks in the future.

Really bad experience with this company. I paid for an order and they never ship it to me. Never got reach out with an explanation or anything. When I called after several attempts and a few employees saying they where going to call me back and never did. The third day I finally was able to talk with a supervisor who told me me order was cancelled
Well yeah that was obvious!
My item was sold out and they can’t send it to me now.
Just a waste of time dealing with this kind of companies that don’t have neither serious business relationship with their clients nor good customer service.
If you want to take the risk and go trough a hazle go a head and give it a try.
Other ways it is plenty of companies out there. Save yourself a headache.

Great rafting shop. The store is huge. They did an awesome job getting us outfitted with rentals for our Middle Fork Salmon trip! A little tough to get a hold of during the busy season, so I would recommend stopping by in person.

When my wife and I decided it was time to go big and order a completely new raft and related outfitting we turned to Cascade River Gear to make it happen. Angela, Max, and Cascade River Gear crew have been great to work with. It takes some time to get everything dialed when making a purchase this big, and they were a big help along the way. Had a couple of shipping mix-ups, but CRG hopped right on it and bent over backwards to get me what I needed as fast as possible., even with all the supply chain issues during COVID-19. Will be patronizing Cascade River Gear for many years to come.

Best customer service in the business.

So with COVID canceling the guiding season I decided to upgrade a few things on the old bucket boat and head up to do an early season float on the North Fork of the Flathead. I called before ordering to make sure everything was in stock, it was. I ordered a frame and some soft goods. The soft goods arrived but no frame. I called and turns out there was a misunderstanding, the frame was not actually in stock but being drop shipped from NRS who was super backed up. I had to leave in 2 days to make it work with the shuttle I figured the trip was blown. They had 50 pounds of frame OVERNIGHTED to me. I don’t want to know how much that cost. A quick fit and we were on the road.

The trip was great, we were the only boat on the river and it wouldn’t have happened with out Cascade River Gear’s great customer service.

Great customer service. I went in today to exchange a speaker I bought for the middle fork, it got a little beat up on the trip and worked until the ride home when it started to bug out. They swapped the speaker out with minimal interrogation. Thanks for the easy process. The speaker is awesome, glad they replaced it with one that will function properly.

Just wanted to say thanks to Patrick, Cameron and Max for always being patient and friendly when I’m asking questions and ordering they truly know their stuff, and if not, they’ll find out and get back to you! Whether I’m calling in an order or down in Idaho they are so very helpful and pro. Thanks again guys
