I came to Sports Experts last week to buy a winter jacket a guy named Sandro was very insightful about winter jackets and he helped me get the jacket that I wanted and for the right price. He gave a terrific and overall compete tour of the jackets and i’m very thankful for his service. He’s such a terrific employee.

As a client i’ve never felt more rejected, disrespected and insulted ever in my whole life. Yes this sport expert is absolutely huge. But my personal experience makes this store seem unbearable. I want to publicly denounce the « indian » Manager named Armstrong as the worst worker to exist in the whole carrefour. Having anger issues, disgusting expressions, and a bratty attitude. He expressed insults loudly to my father and we were left speechless. I honestly don’t understand how upper management keeps workers this way. This shows how careless they are regarding customer service. It also shows laziness on the hiring team. I honestly would suggest to not go to this specific sport expert as he, Armstrong, completely destroys the reputation it had.

Amazing staff. Bought some slides 2 months ago and they wore out. Needed to buy new ones. I showed Armstrong the manager. He said it wasn’t normal and wanted to exchange them. I didn’t have receipt. Armstrong took the time to look at his system, find transaction and exchange them for me. A great manager and a great human. Kudos to SE for hiring such great staff.
