Worst experience. Wouldn't recommend. I had a bad experience. I didn’t explain the issue with a red tag, and when I complained, they never apologized. They seemed rather confident. They’re super rude; they only care about selling products, not about you. NEVER GO.
Not sure how the employees are treated in this place but just by the way they all treat people you can tell they are not happy with their job, I interact with 3 different employees and all of them were disrespectful, my cashier was throwing the items right in front of my face, I’m not even want to complain at the store, pretty sure management it’s the same other wise employees wouldn’t be so disrespectful.
Rude lady at checkout, won’t be coming again to this location.
I love this store mostly because the staff is so helpful. Rachel helped me find clothes that she thought would look nice and they did. She took a LOT of time with me. The clothes are cute and trendy. Love this store. Definitely stop in. The clothes aren't frumpy like most oversized womens stores are. I'm going back.
Such nice clothes and accessories, its unfortunate the store staff isn't. They represent the brand when they are there. Be courteous and helpful, you don't even have to smile but drop the death stare. Issue was sale signs were placed within a couple of feet of items that were not on sale. Should have been an easy fix but when questioned on what the price was or rung up at, was ignored, girl at register stated when she shops she reads signs, however she couldn't even verify what was rung up right in front of her. It's not rocket science, simple customer service, just apologize for any confusion verify the prices, take the money, say thank you. Then later discovered there is an item you said was on sale and rung up with the discount, did not.
Do not shop here. Management is super rude and only care about the products sold not the customer or employees.
Pacsun has the worst delivery recorded in the history of online sales. I made a purchase on December 7th and until today (24) the order did not even leave for shipping. This is not the first time it's happened. But it was also the first and last time, I don't buy it anymore and I won't recommend this store to anyone!

It has pretty amazing bags and clothing collecting. The clothing collection for men's is not very good. I think they should also keep perfume tester samples for customers. The team was pretty amazing helped me out for any queries

Emily was a great help! She helped me and my sister a lot with choosing jeans, cargos and T’shirts. She got us different sizes to try and showed us different options that could work best for us! We really appreciate her help and for making our shopping experience so amazing :)
I was at the American Eagle in North Outlets and Estephany an Natalie did a Great Job assisting me with m Purchase. American Eagle should be very proud of employees like them. They deserve a raise 👏

Natalie and Alondra were great at helping out in the fitting rooms. They were swift at getting correct sizes. If an item wasn't available in store, Natalie checked that it was online and offered to order it for us honoring the same sale price. Thanks Ladies!

Nice Guess factory outlet here at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets. Lots of handbags and purses for the ladies at reasonable prices.
Shopping here with my college aged daughter today and was SUPER impressed with the helpfulness of Natalie. She was working the dressing rooms and was making thoughtful suggestions and bringing additional sizes and styles based on my kid’s selections. She made shopping here such a GREAT experience. I truly appreciated how much she cared and connected with the guests. The store is also clean and well organized. I’ve never experienced an American Eagle of this caliber. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in town.

2 days ago I went in there looking for a Christmas gift and Julio was so kind and gave me full attention and really helped me find the right clothing. He was patient with me after I had him all over the store . I truly appreciate his assistance and I want to say that he has the most amazing customer service! It's crazy because when I walked in I was actually chasing down someone (Manager) that was actually standing in front of me who blatantly ignored me and kept on walking . Once I got to the register the girl needed some assistance and she caught the manager and she straight up told me that she had things to do as if I was nobody. I was upset at first but I'm glad that she kept going because Julio is amazing and he helped me and I just thought I hadn't had that type of service in a long time and I just wanted everyone to know if you're going to that store get Julio cuz he will be able and ready to assist you with a smile on his face.
I work for a store that specializes in sizes 10-24 so I work and meet many beautiful women that are all sizes. I had always heard about torrid. I came with my friend looking for a birthday outfit for her. The employee that ended helping us picked two dresses and mentioned how one “hides the body”. 🤯 not to mention her mood was destroyed. She wasn’t trying to “hide her body”. She was trying to find something that made her feel beautiful. And her comment was so out of place when she could clearly see that we were not picking things that would be baggy or oversized, rather they would show the beauty and be sparkly and beautiful. I’m just so tired of seeing such beautiful women be put down by comments that are so avoidable.
I loved this store came back a 2ed time to get a matching belt and was bummed to find out that I paid an extra $ the original price and it's supposed to be an outlet store. You see the original price was $24.99 but that was sharpied out and it was priced for $29.99 my question is why? And just be careful.
I'm going to give this 5stars based on the staff. I was not only helped bu an employee while looking around, but the cashier was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable also. I got what I was looking for and that was the end goal. I would personally better organize the pants because it took a good 40ish minutes to find the size I was looking for but all in all a nice store with exceptional customer service.
I am a frequent torrid shopper and have my online orders shipped to the store so I can exchange items immediately if need be. The store manager greets me by name and the staff are incredibly kind and always willing to order items for me if they don't have them in store!
The staff were WONDERFUL & the clothing for my super plus body were amazing I'm so happy I went there! I'm going to look fabulous when I go back home to Aotearoa NZ
Lol this store is a joke. They charge sooooo much money for clothes that are NOT even for tall people. My daughter is 5’10 and their “Tall” jeans were 2 inches above her ankle. I guess Torrid only makes clothes for SHORT people. Garbage!
I had a simon VIP coupon for 20$ off for purchase over 100$. At the cash register they said that the coupon is not valid on watches and we bought 2. They said they can change their policy at any time. Never buying Guess brand again! So disappointed.
This guess is very organized and has a lot of nice discounts. You will find a lot of great deals. What an amazing music ! Great nice environment! Good job !
Masks required. Very nice inside. Everything was well displayed and priced. We were greeted at the entrance. Salesperson asked if we needed help. After that we felt comfortable taking our time to shop. So many things to look at. This is one of my favorite stores at this outlet.
I had 6 items to check out but the blonde store manager was extremely rude because my mask fell down. When I stated that she didn’t have to be so rude about telling me to put my mask back up she then proceeded to accuse me of trespassing and called metro. My wife said she would then pay for our items and she refused and kicked her out as well.
The last 2 times we have been to the mall, especially on a Saturday, the store has been closed. Today we came by at 3:44 pm to return clothes and they were not open. There was no closed sign, just a shut gate with no return time.
I literally have to make a STOP here when I am in Las Vegas..Hands down my Favorite GUESS store..Friendly staff..Clean store..GREAT DEALS.. Beautiful Bags and my FAVORITE the SUNGLASSES 👌😍 If your in VEGAS please stop here..!! It's Well Worth It..

First the salesman was very "busy" and didn't even took time to hear me out, and second -most important- thing is that I bought sneakers and they gave me different size shoes !!!! That's really inacceptable, now I've lost 50$ for nothing and they'll propably won't do anything about it. I really don't recommand going to this store.
