The best steak and ribs in the NL, I’ve ever eaten.😋
The Cesar salad as starter was good, but the main course (prime ribs and all star ribs) was super delicious and juicy! The vibe of the restaurant was also GEZELLIG, and staffs were friendly and polite. We will back to Utrecht just to eat in this amazing restaurant. :)
Do not forget to reserve it beforehand :)

A very popular restaurant and I can definitely see why. Dishes are delicious, really nothing wrong with it. Price a bit on the higher side, but still affordable. Ribs were cooked really well and the meat fell from the bones, the temperature was not as warm as I would have liked. Chicken was very good and steak cooked the right way. But it is nothing special really, just good food.

Great food. Excellent meat cuts, prepared as expected. And the side dishes were great, what convinced me to give Los Argentinos top score.

The quality of Rib eye steak is good, and the broadway star cocktail has a sour taste. The environment is interesting just like dinning in a cave. The waiters are friendly, and they help me charge my phone.

- steak is very moist, not super chewy so it is perfect. Starts at 150g for 28€ that includes salad. Overpriced
- coleslaw is 7€, small enough and has raisins.
-oreo bash is a cake, and it is too sweet
- tables are too close to each other so you can barely hear each other talking
-is located at the canal

The best spare ribs I have tried in the Netherlands! Try the baby ribs zoet! The ribs are so well grilled that the meat is super soft with strong smoked flavour and very tasty sweet barbecue sauce! If you like to try all different types try the All star Ribs! There is also a mix grill which is call Ribs and Steaks which is also very nice to try! A barbecue bar -restaurant that you should definitely visit when you are in Utrecht!

Located of the shore, lots of gooses around, nice atmosphere
They have beef based menu 🥩 not correct to say very well done because they prepare it as u ask. It was tender, tasty, the waiter gave me salt flakes-as I like on my stake.
Also option for 2 types of menu, our op: carpaccio(haven’t tried before), ribeye with potatoes, ice cream
Not so good, but not bad:
At 21:30 they started to close the restaurant, get chairs and tables indoors, said we could stay to enjoy ice cream, but meh..

We wanted a quick chill here, the place looks nice.
The waiter refused to sell us a drink because at 4pm there is only time for food. On a hot day, in an almost empty pub. Well done.

The interior is really nice and matches the vibe of a steak restaurant. It was comfortable inside as there is air conditioning.

We got the rump steak and prime rib which were both really delicious. The portions were a bit smaller considering the price. It is quite expensive even for a steak restaurant. However, the service was good and we liked our food.

All in all, a nice restaurant to enjoy a steak dinner.

absolutely phenomenal cocktails, very juicy and flavored steak and ribs! The staff was very kind and attentive to details, they poured us wine and water whenever needed. Highly recommend it! Congrats to the manager!

Kitchen opened til late (for Belgian standards) and offers an interesting menu with a variety of very good meats.

We've been served by a very nice and polite young man. Appreciated his advice on meat cooking. Rest of staff also very nice and client-oriented.

Location is along the canal and we have dined inside in a nicely refurbished warehouse of the docks (so typical of Utrecht).

I still prefer Pampas in Belgium.

Always had a great experience at this restaurant. If you want to reserve a table for you and your mates, date or partner, then you can do that through their site. Quick and easy!

The staff which helped us were great. Very kind, quick, checked on us at reasonable times.

Food was delicious! Lamb was cooked perfectly, entrecote was made medium-welldone consistently, wings were golden and crispy, the meat from the ribs fell off the bone and the desserts were lovely too. Flavours and presentation wise, definitely an 8/10. Qua portions it is exactly enough to do a 3 meal course, though the average visitor would probably just enjoy the main meal and maybe together with the dessert.

Overall, thanks again for providing such wonderful experience and making our evening. And finally my compliments go to the helpful and fun staff and the people in the kitchen! I ordered Menu 1: Carpaccio, Argentinean rump steak, coffee. Carpaccio was served immediately, however Argentinean rump steak took exactly one hour... Both courses are delicious. Staff is friendly. I wouldn't prefer to visit again, because of slow service.

Will not suggest to have fish dishes out here. The Salmon I ordered was not seasoned.. the skin was completely burnt.. the baked potato was not cooked properly. When the same feedback was given.. the answer was no one eats the skin.. is it supposed to be like that??? Secondly the fish was not fresh.. it’s been stored in freeze for days and being served .

Excellent meal, delicious rib eye steak, very tasty carpaccio, definitely worth the money. Excellent location, beautiful view from garden table. Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Gemütliches Steakhouse am Kanal.
Schönes Restaurant am Kanal im Zentrum von Utrecht. Das Essen ist sehr gut, wenn man Fleisch mag. Ist bei einem Steakhouse die Voraussetzung. Der Ort am Kanal sehr toll - die Aussicht perfekt. Es ist bei schönem Wetter immer etwas los auf dem Kanal und es gibt immer etwas zu beobachten. Die Speisen waren von sehr guter Qualität und lecker zubereitet. Die Bedienung zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen ... natürlich sehr touristisch - aber wir sind ja Touristen.
