Nice atmosphere, prompt service and delicious food. The portions were massive and well worth the cost!

Expensive food, good quality of cuts but they messed up the cooking, I ordered it Medium it came Medium Rare, I sent it back and it came back Medium Well. Basically just a ribeye steak + side dish (just grilled vegetables) and 2 sodas cost me almost 60 dollars (with tips). Service was a bit slow and we didn't feel welcome, like they didn't put much effort and felt a bit of passive aggressiveness. It was around 10 degrees outside and around the same temperature inside since the doors had a huge gap where wind would come in, we and other customers had nowhere to sit but next to the entrance door (it was around 5PM and the rest of the restaurant was closed) and most of us had coats on while eating. My girlfriend was uncomfortably cold, I asked them to either move us or turn the heating on, they said the rest of the restaurant was off limits and said they would turn heating on but they didn't.They did send complimentary bread and some tiny tasting portions but those were blend. I noticed that an american sitting right next to us had a different standard of service, probably because they presumed he would be a high spender. Beer cost (USD) almost 8 dollars each and Coke was over 4 dollars (with tips). Had I ordered enough to leave with a full belly I'd probably spend 200 USD for 2.

Another fantastic dining experience in Santiago.
We had dinner here and the food , wine and service were all first rate.
Be warned, the portions there are huge, and we rolled ourselves out of there well defeated .
Definitely on the list for a return visit !

Very friendly and service minded staff. If you want a good steak this is the place. Food was exellent but one steak Punta de Ganzo was not good. Prices moderate. Great variety of wines

Jamie Lagos is a fantastic server. We have had the privilege to have him serve us multiple times now and he does an excellent job. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend.

Jamie Lagos was an excellent waiter. Our group had ample cuts of steak, drinks and desserts. All served in a ample timeframe that paced the meal very well. Great experience 10/10 would recommend

The waiters and the service sucks, the food wasn't good enoughfor the price. A pity

I was brought here by some work colleagues for the full xpurse steak dinner and was completely blown away. Everything was top-notch from the starters, the drinks, the service, and of course the food. Our server seemed to have a 6th sense and knew exactly what to do at all times.

Highlights include the tomahawk steak and the chorizo starter.

The place is always busy and the AC wasn't working when we were there so it was 🥵 in general the cleaning needs to improve although all the food ordered was delicious. The garlic salt that comes with the steak is the best! Portions of sides are huge so plan on sharing.

Good place for stakes buffet, standard quality, very good portions and quick service...before sunset time in summer time...very hot to be there, more cooling options are needed, cause the BBQ area is located inside the first floor of the restaurant...for winter time, should be awesome 👌

I was amazed at how poor the service was. We asked for bread and got it at the end of the meal. The entrees came for half of the party, the other half showed up 10 minutes later along with the side dishes.
I told the server I was between tuna and steak. Told him I preferred tuna, but only if it was fresh. He he told me not to worry, very fresh! It was absolutely not. I had to send it back. Then it showed up on the bill.
Ordered dessert but it never showed up.
Will not go back.

One of the best steaks I've had in Chile ! We enjoyed a nice May night in Santiago, sat outside, and enjoyed a nice cab and 600g steak. It was cooked perfectly and one of the nicest pieces of meat I've had in Chile. The kitchen was a bit backed up, but the staff communicated it very well.

To be fair, we didn't have any alcohol so this review doesn't include any drinks. But overall the ambiance and decor was good and being seated in the second floor near the balcony side the view was good. The outdoors section was too cold for my taste, but if you like the outdoors/indoors feel that may be your cup of tea. The meat I ordered, Tapa barriga, was very well cooked, it was exactly how I expected, juicy and not too overcooked and it was just enough lean vs fat meat ratio that eat bite was succulent.
