First time being here and we enjoyed our dinner very much. We had french onion soup, creamed spinach and porterhouse for two. The food served timing is pretty good, not too rushing or too slow. Food is absolutely delicious, and I was very impressive that the porterhouse cut along the bone perfectly, no meat was wasted nor left on the bone.

Blackstone's Grille is an absolute gem that deserves all the accolades!

I started with the calamari, which was perfectly fried- an excellent way to kick off the meal. I opted for the branzino, great portion and even better taste!

The service was top-notch! Def recommend!!

So disappointed in this restaurant. Not only was I charged $52 for my son and I neither of us found the steak to be good at all. Let along the receipt didn’t have a break down to pricing. I found it to be way too expensive for the horrible meat they serve. Never again will I eat at this establishment. I find it hard to believe they have any hire than 2 stars

Good service and as always food is good. But prices have gone up and buffet is STILL Closed ... covid was a great excuse to close but by now almost every has open up their buffet. I wish we could of gotten what we loved for a bill of $75

This place is great. The food will always fill you up and all the condiments taste amazing. The staff are supper nice and helpful, the manager is so kind. Would recommend for families.

I was there for a Christmas get-together for work. They were so attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious. However, my shrimp in my scampi were a tad over cooked. But that didn't stop me from eating them. That evening or the next day. Great steakhouse
Amazing Margaritas

Figured to try somewhere new to eat to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Glad we choose the place. Everything was very good. From the food, to the service to the prices we were very pleased. Couldn’t have asked for anything different. Thanks for a nice dinner.

Came here for my besties birthday dinner. The restaurant is very clean and beautiful. The service was great! We started off with the lemon pepper shrimp - white wine, garlic, and fresh lemon juice. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and it was good. I just wish it had more flavor. We all ordered the filet mignon. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were there! Unfortunately, they mixed up my friend's steaks! We ordered 2 sauces for our steaks, the port wine, and the mushroom. I found them to be very sweet. I didn't want the other sauces because I personally don't think they go well with steak. I wish they had a sauce with some zing, but again, that's my opinion. We ordered garlic mash, asparagus, and sautéed onions for our sides. The potatoes were good, I just didn't prefer the chunks of garlic in them. The asparagus was good but could have used some flavor, and I really enjoyed the onions. Overall, we had a great experience and evening.

This was my first time here. I expected more from the previous reviews that I read. The porterhouse steak that I ordered was full of fat and gristle. Definitely a lower quality cut of meat. The sides were also a little over cooked. After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to a decent salad bar but was told AFTER I made my purchase that the salad bar was closed so I had to settle for a sparse pre made salad. I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because it was clean which I definitely appreciate. All in all, I think there are much better options locally for a decent steak.

BlackStone Steakhouse in Norwalk CT is our favorite steak house. We go here for every special occasion and anniversary. We recently had our wedding celebration dinner in a private room. Cesar our server that evening did an outstanding job! We all had a wonderful and memorable experience. The food is always great and never disappoints.

No accountability! Ordered @ 5:04 pm and went to pick up and told they had no record of it. No customers in the restaurant and asked for at least an acknowledgment of I’m sorry the order was not sent in and told it went somewhere else. When you can state the price of the order before the new one is placed to the penny and what the special is how could we be lying? 🤔 Even called Southport and no order was there because we were told the call must of been “transferred.”
Ordered the prime rib rare (center piece) and it’s grey. We were not informed it came with asparagus and mashed. We would not have order more sides so it’s evident their is a lack of communication.
The 10oz filet was ordered as rare cool center and as you can see it’s medium as it has a heavy char and well done a centimeter down and the center was hit not cool. Ends are well done. If this happens on a Thursday with no one in the restaurant then what would it be like if they are busy. Capital Grille at least will admit their fault.
Sat at the restaurant waiting for the missing meal, no one in the restaurant, no accountability, they believe it’s cooked correctly and it’s far from cool red center and rare. The cream spinach is very watery. They will not reimburse and the customer is not right which is a poor business model. This is very sad as to last week I was their with my son and the meal was good so there is no consistency. So if you are looking for a steak house DO NOT waste your time as it is a hit or miss due to the economic issues ($145 order) according to this restaurant!!!!

24 oz Porterhouse was cooked perfectly. Juicy and delivered to the table nice and hot. Friendly and extremely nice associates. Clean restaurant. Baked potato was great. Corn on the cob was soggy/ overcooked. Salads a little small. Great dessert selections and tasty. Recommend you save a few dollars for a good dining experience.
When you are craving a quick steak ( porterhouse ) and a potato and don't want to drive 25 miles to West Haven or train it 35 miles to NY City, this place is the " Any port in a storm " place to go.

Excellent service. Really taste steak . I don’t mind to spend this amount of money for the New York strip steak. I wish it could be a little bit cheaper 😉
Our waitress was Caesar. He provided an excellent service.
It was our first experience at this place.
We had a special occasion, and I really satisfied with my choice which is BlackStones Steakhouse.
I will definitely come back here again.

Went for restaurant week. The food was good but the service was very slow. For $35 got a steak, mash potatoes and vegetables plus an appetizer either soup or salad. And of course dessert. Got the tiramisu which was delicious. I attended with a large group. Everybody was happy with their food. Only comments about the restaurant being short staff. Will return in the future.

Great food. Fast service. Good prices. Salad bar isn't open, but you get salad, rice, pasta, soup all with your entrees. Desserts. Great family restaurant. They have high chairs for children.

EXCELLENT STEAK chicken is awesome. ribs are tender. Prices is very reasonable. I think i found a new steakhouse. No frills and extras just great food. FRANK IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HANDS ON CARING MANAGER EVER.
Frank isnt here. HUGE loss for the company
