Good place for good quality and decently priced cheese, deli meat, buns. The staff behind the deli counter however aren’t very friendly. There are a few who are, but majority are very unfriendly and lack basic customer service skills. Go for the deli meat, not for great service.
Love this place! The prices are unbelievable compared to grocery stores. Staff are quick and friendly. Don't buy deli meat anywhere else or you'll pay at least double.
Not impressed. Go to Cambridge Euromart or Guelph Quality Bakery instead.
The walnut or hazelnut roll has no nuts or taste. It seems to use all breadcrumbs or another filer. One of the worst ones I had. Big markup on other items I got too. Two stars only for some of the selection.

Was recently in the store, as usual everything is good .One thing that upset is the consultant in the age (do not know the name), she literally does not understand anything that is asked of her.
I've been to the store 4 times, and everything is stable. Poor service: The seller does not know his product and can not answer any questions. The quality of the products is often very low. I am attaching a photo of my last purchase. This is not acceptable.
Expensive for what it is. Not very filling, almost $18 for a salad with a protein, chicken had off putting texture which kind of grossed me out. Could go almost anywhere else for the same price and get a way better meal.
Good variety of pastry, but stale and old also expensive. A discount on the old cakes and pastry will at least be a sign of respect for customers if the products are still left on display for sale. Added pics of the slice after a few days as it's oozing now. Yeek.
This is our new "go to" place for delicious meats, cheese and most European foods. Huge selection of preserved foods as well. Love the fresh bread!

Love this store,! They carry an extensive inventory of high quality imported foods. Sauce and soup mixes, frozen foods, jams, honey, and fascinating eastern European items. An enormous selection of pastas and noodles for Europe, fabulous olive oils, pickles , chocolates and candy. The deli counter is amazing. A vast selection of premium deli meats, sausages, cheeses etc. The prices are very reasonable and the country staff are very helpful. They have a pastry counter with strudels and enticing treats and a nice selection of bread and rolls etc.. We love the Mokata brand instant lattes and Cappuccino mix. I stocked up yesterday on their Mochaccino and latte mixes. 10 sachets for $3.99. Makes a delicious cup of creamy coffee and better than any from a premixed latte machine in a fast food location.
If you are in the area and want great cold cuts for the perfect sandwich, charcuterie tray or sub, treats or a jar of olives this it the only place you need.

I placed an order for a custom bowl through skip the dishes and received this absolute garbage.
The protein I added to my order was steak and I received flaky cat food instead (which was grey might I add).
Also for some extra protein since freshii is so nice I got someone’s hair, thank you guys for that!
Thankfully skip refunded me my order and I dodged getting food poisoning.

At this little grocery store, got some of my favourite foods from Eastern Europe like buckwheat, pearlwheat and cheesy dessert snacks. The ladies working there were super nice and had a good selection of smoked fish. Will come back to try some of their cookies.

Thank you Vadim and Tatyana, you really made our day with all the food you delivered today, really childhood memories came alive, love everything I bought, really wonderful delicious low salted fresh to taste herring, love the frozen black currants couldn't find them anywhere else, completely inexpensive, I cant remember when I ate black currants, probably in my youth back in Ukraine, and Baltic sprats we love them, also childhood favourite to make sandwiches with butter and kasha buckwheat also childhood favourite. I am very glad your website is all set now and I can order with home delivery, very reasonable fee as well. Appreciate you giving me a call and enquiring about product substitution and your flawless delivery and friendliness. I think all Eastern Europeans are lucky to have your store with all our favourites with such a great selection and great quality I can confirm that. Pretty bad customer service. My wrap was sticky, dripping and falling apart.

I attended Tasty Deli recently for the first time. The shop is European clean and has all the smells one would expect in a delicatessen. The cold meats sliced for me were fairly priced, and the selection in the freezer is quite good.... with everything from seafood to pasta to snacks.
The lady behind the counter was certainly pleasant, however we had to use sign language as she spoke only a few words of English.
Retail is a difficult environment, and how she can manage the difficult moments that will arise with such a language barrier is beyond me. What if she had to call 911? What would she say?
I look forward to stopping in again, and I do recommend this shop also for its location along the LRT rail system.

Ordered online and was delivered delicious and fresh produce. They even included a gift for a small reasonable delay! Food that I crave and have nostalgia for with a variety beyond compare to other places I’ve been. Excellent customer service.

This location is satisfactory. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, a concerning aspect is their inconsistent glove usage when handling food. On several occasions, I observed them wearing the same gloves they had used for touching cash, computers, and various surfaces, and then proceeding to handle the food for my salad. To my dismay, they even placed receipts containing BPA on top of my food. This raises questions about the concealed and potentially unhygienic practices involved in food preparation at a place that otherwise promotes health-conscious dining.
I discovered this cozy Italian grocery store almost 10 years ago. An Italian friend recommended it. It has a wonderful selection of meats cheese salads pasta coffee beans desserts and a host of other foods not available in a large supermarket. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are fair and acceptable. Parking is free and directly in front of the store. Try it. You’ll like it.
Mira is a lovely lady. She works by herself, 6 days a week and her customers appreciate her.

Love this place! Great local deli with lots of variety, fair prices, efficient and friendly staff. Used to go frequently and even living an hour away now, we still make a special stop when we're in town. Great selection and fresh. Also make some in-store home cooked meals like cabbage rolls and schnitzel, which are pretty good. Also some out of country products, like jams and pickles, that just taste like nothing local. Highly recommend this store!
Thank you to Italo Foods (Carm) for helping select beautiful cakes for our Mother’s 85th Birthday luncheon. The cakes were delicious, stunning in presentation. Everyone had a taste of many cakes. The round Chocolate Strawberry and Vanilla Fruit cakes were decorated beautifully. The Dobash, Poppy, Mocha, Wild Berry and Tiramisu were a hit with all guests.

Fresh and tasty deli and desserts. The bread loaves are fresh and delicious. Large selection of European cookies and large collection of European import foods . Highly recommended.. have a large parking place and opposite to Chicopee tube park
Love this store! I am from Moldova and all the produce here bring back so many memories from my childhood!!! Small store but a real treasure! Everything is fresh, authentic and delicious! Now I know where to go for my favourite deserts too!

Not many shops like this exist, and it is nice to see. Reminds me of a small German butcher shop my parents shopped at when I was a kid. I was always bought those gold wrapped Marzipan bars covered on chocolate as a treat.
The owner here is not German, but some of the European brands she carries are similar.
I don't eat meat any longer, but the meats she carries are top quality and popular.
The woman who owns this shop is there every day, rain or shine, amd has been at this location for many years.
All her customers seem to be regulars and they all have a rapport with her.

What a lovely little place! They have tons of great foods from eastern Europe, including many cured meats, kefir, some great snack food, cheeses, pickles, cakes, and more. The folks who run the place are a total delight and are so helpful and friendly. A ray of sunshine that really brightens up a day! I can't wait to be back for more
We go here for cheese and sausages. Friendly staff. Last week I bought smoked cheese which tasted good and perogies also tasted good. Always lots of stuff to check out.
Went to Eurocan yesterday for the first time. Small store with interesting stuff, but we got out of there quickly upon realizing that neither the proprietor or the customers (a couple of different groups) were wearing masks. Shameful.
Theres lots of family members or friends grading this 5 stars with ease which leads me to question if they like to be treated like dirt when they go and spend their hard earned money there. Customer service is everything and at this spot its zero. I had to wait 5-10 minutes in line as the lady at the counter continuously chatted with a customer in that was infront of me and ignored to scan my items as I patiently waited there. I haven’t gone there since, Im sure they miss my investments by now. I don't miss them, theres lots of better places to go to for European hospitality.
First time coming in and it was okay. We got the cob salad and was impressed that the chicken actually had flavour, I just really didn't like the prices for the little amount we received. I feel the bowls should have been filled to the top for those prices. And it was an okay experience staff was friendly but the place looked dirty in the smaller details. If I need something healthy on the go I probably would come here BUT I much rather go somewhere else.
It's a small Hidden Gem!!! They have European food products!! Cevaps!! Prosciutto, smoked sausage cheese... sweets chocolate cookies snacks 😋 it's a taste of European food!! Price is good but food products even better!!
Saleslady usually isn't so pleasant, high prices (Cedevita is more than $2 more expensive than in Eurocan), once they charged me at least $2 more for cvarci than they weighted(I checked the real weight when I arrived home) etc...
this store is a very lovely, small, cozy, and a welcoming place it also has a wonderful variety of foods and choices from the balkans. the owner and the employees are very kind and will help you with no doubt. this place is immaculate.
Used to be 5 star. Desserts/cookies aren’t as fresh as they used to be. I think this store has changed owners/management a few times over the past 7 years and quality and hospitality has gone down without a doubt. I prefer Montenegro foods on activa.

Perfect and sizable portions for the price, I went in at 5pm on a Tuesday and service was very quick! Ingredients look and taste very fresh! If you're looking for a healthy quick eats alternative, I definitely recommend this one! Staff was very friendly and outgoing to top it off!
Great place to shop for European food products. Owners and staff provided excellent service and did a great job on recommending products. Everything I have purchased has been delicious and fresh. The store itself was very clean and well organized. Highly recommend!
Fantastic place to try smokes meat and cheese. Wide range and verity of cold cuts, sausages, chepas (mini sausages) pickled products and imports. Small store that offers a lot of unique and delicious goods that you won't find anywhere else. Lady that runs the store is very friendly and kind to provide anything you wish to purchase. With every purchase she makes sure there are extra treats in the bag at no charge. A must try.
