Costumer service here is the worst! The cashiers are always rude to my mom! I really wish they changed all the staff for a better costumer service for everyone.

Store is good but checkout could be taxing at times!

Have a confirmed appointment for 1030 hrs. the older gentleman tells the younger in Spanish that my load is a work-in. Then proceeds to tell me it could be till the end of the day. Very unprofessional on both to assume that I am not bilingual just cause I am a light skinned Hispanic man.

They have halal chicken, beef & lamb. Reasonably priced. Make sure your deep freezer is ready the boxs are 40 to 60 lbs.

One stop shop for restaurant equipment supply. They have new and used heavy equipment and every little item you can think of. Helpful staff. I wish they open a branch in the frisco, McKinney area. Lot of new business growth in that area.

This is my first time been this location. They have another one where located in Grapevine. I bought some equipment from them and one of sales guy who name is Han is very supportive and helped me without any hesitation even I called him at 8:30 a.m.!

The salespeople are so polit and they know EXACTLY what your looking for and where to find it. They don't lead you " over the river and through the woods " of their store : they lead you to your options and find out what would be the best product for you .
Because your buying wholesale the price are great . I need to inquire if they have a buyer's "membership" .
I buy all of my server aprons , wine keys , etc . here and it's the only place I will go.

I want to love them but they shipped a full single wok station and it was completely damaged. They told me its our fault for not unwrapping and inspecting. The insurance should have taken care of it, they have great variety and decent pricing. The customer service could be better.

I had an awful experience with the lady manager.

One day, I stopped by to return the boiler that I had bought from this store and she said it is all my fault not to read over the user manual carefully and even yelled at me with high voice. I just wanted it to be returned but she didn't explain why they couldn't and made me embarrassed at the store. So far, I have had very good memories with one of the salespeople but now it is done.

If you are the real manager of the store, I humbly ask the management to reconsider her position seriously.

Switched over to their delivery service (not my decision, I just have to deal with it) because the owner wants to “save” money. First delivery I received, I open our walk in door to 2 roaches crawling out of boxes and red meat juices stained on the top of the box of chicken wings. Today I find that raw chicken wings were placed on top of fresh produce allowing it to drip onto it, and a case of avocados that look like they’ve been hidden somewhere for months. Can not and will not ever recommend them for anything.

I would like to recommend this place for the restaurant business owners, no matter you want to start a new restaurant or need to renew some of your kitchen equipment. Champs provide a large range of selection of the kitchen stuffs and the price is competitive. Their employees are not only nice but also knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely check this out!

Pros:
They will most likely have the items you need In stock.
Some staff help you very well if you have trouble finding the items, but some don’t.
Billing is fast

Cons:
The items are not well organized in the racks, most of the times they are left in the pallets in the walk way.
At times it’s very difficult for even to walk through.

The owner is totally rude! He doesn't want to help any of the customers that walk in. He treats all the customers like they are a headache. Everyone else in the store is very nice. He is a jerk and I will not support his business any longer. i asked him where particular items are and he told me its in the store and you need to find it. If you have ever been in the store, you know how huge it is. It is also very disorganized making it hard to find anything and then the owner won't help you find anything. I've told all of my restaurant friends to stop supporting this business. I've heard from other restaurant owners that he was a jerk but I didn't believe it until i experienced for myself. I'd rather pay a little bit extra for customer service at Ace Mart.

Buyer beware; I purchased a three compartment sink on Friday, was told by our plumber Saturday that it would not work for our space, so tried to return it today, Monday. I was told that it is "store credit only" on all returns and that I was told that when I purchased. For one, the invoice states they have a 25% re-stocking fee for in-stock items but says nothing about store credit. Second, she wasn't even there when I purchased the sink. Prices were no better to begin with than their competition, just closer for me. Have a sink to sell on Craigslist now if anyone is interested...never even unwrapped.
