I ordered one item and it took 10min to 15 min and It was not even busy
I had a problem with rotten products that wasn't expired yet. The expiration is on 03/2024. I came back with the product to the store to get it replaced or refund and I didn't get any customer satisfaction at all. There are these 2 oversized Mexican ladies that can't even understand why I am at the store. They don't have basic understanding of how to listen to customers and can't even understand why all products have an expiration dates. This place is total out of control and all they do is take your money and then you are on your own.They provided me with corporate phone number but it doesn't even work.

Don't know how these companies think they can charge $13 for mediocre fast food sandwiches in this economy. Was worth it when these were 5-6 bucks in the not so distant past. Hopefully the market will teach them a nice lesson.
Really deserves Zero Stars, 1 is too many. Arrived @ 6 am for an 8 am Delivery Appointment & was told by dock manager that I would be called when they were ready to unload me. 6 hours later, after watching over a half dozen other trucks that came after me come & go & I went in to see what the delay was about as I was now late for my next 2 stops she said it was because I didn't write the time down that I arrived. Which was B.S. because she was the 1 who checked me in & knew full well that I was waiting all day. Plus, she had to continually move my bills aside that were in the Receiving tray all day. So, I told her that I wasn't there to play games with her to waste my time & that if I saw 1 more truck arrive & go into an empty dock before me that I would be taking the my bills back, marking the load "refused" & taking it back to the Shipper & they wouldn't get squat.

Then I called Dispatch to update them on the situation who then had to call her to light a fire to get her to do her job. Ultimately the next dock was mine & I got unloaded but not in time to deliver my next 2 stops that day. All in all she cost the company 6 hours detention & layover pay to compensate for my wasted day, which still isn't as much as I would normally make. So, I told Dispatch to put this location on my "No go" list & told them that I would be refusing any future loads destined here. Until this business hires a competent Dock Manager more focused on actually performing the job of unloading trucks in an orderly manner respectful of driver's time I HIGHLY suggest other drivers do likewise, or risk the current Dock Manager wasting their day so she can entertain herself with stupid power play games too.

The people here are so ratchet. The Latina who was a supervisor or something was so rude and had the audacity ask me why I didn’t ask the cashier to do something before he checked us out. I asked her if there was a problem and she responded with “the problem is that you’re holding up the line”. First off maybe you should eat in the break room instead of taking your dirty Cheeto fingers and touching the computer. Apparently the workers take breaks on the floor and I guess I interrupted her eating her Cheetos which is why she was so hangry.

Way better than the one downtown. Everything is nice and organized for the most part. Employees are pretty damn helpful. I want a pizzeria everything I need for my pizzeria is there. Except for the flour of course. Keep up the good work Restaurant Depot staff on Pulaski!

I use thousands of mini dessert cups a week for work. The product is excellent HOWEVER it takes waaay to long to get them and no accurate tracking options.
I place my order and they show delivered to my local distribution center and they sit there for weeks!
We would all benefit if they would STOP SHIPPING WITH FEDEX!!!
I’ve had to resort to sourcing through Amazon which is very inconvenient!
I currently have two orders I placed mid August still floating out there somewhere and no idea when they might show up!
I had a great experience visiting Olympic store fixtures. Especially Blanca. She was very attentive and knowledgeable on the products that they have. They helped make the trip to their store a quick and easy one.

Today I was subjected to racism with them, so I had a picture of the card and an address, and there was a Mexican person with a picture of the card and an address. They expelled me, and a Mexican entered and made a purchase.

I volunteer for a global non-profit and had the absolute pleasure working with the General Manager, Stephen Randall, and his team.

During our week long stay at Loyola University, Stephen personally worked with me to provide 320 boxed lunches for our students and staff to enjoy on our trip to the Museum of Science and Industry. Not only were they able to accommodate the dietary restrictions of our group, they labeled every meal accordingly and provided additional help loading our vehicle.

Making one sandwich already requires a considerable amount of care and time, especially to make it custom to patrons but to make 320 - that takes dedication. We wanted to recognize the complete care and devotion of time to make this feat possible and we are so thankful for the outstanding work that Stephen and his team did for us.

Additionally, Stephen's team continued to provide service to our staff members throughout the week, making sandwiches and shakes. We were always met with smiling faces; prompt service; and a pleasurable experience.

If you're looking for good food, friendly staff, and accommodating catering, I 100% recommend coming to this location and connecting with Stephen.
Bad customer service, worse attitude, we inquired about the filter hoses-the rep said they had them in stock. I drove 90 min only to find out they don’t have it! Wasted my entire day! Don’t do business here!

It was really good experiance overall this place have a big verity of evrything you would like to buy .
Vegetables and fruits are always fresh .
They have any type of meat you want beef , lamb and pork .
The staff is so helpful they can find anything you are looking for .
The only thing I think they have to add is some self checkouts because buyers are buying too many items and the line is long .

So they started it when i got there
fine, at least it will be warm, fresh when i get it....

but food was horrible, burned, dry
service was terrible, uncalled for, got terrible food because staff forgot to process online orders.

This potbelly location is clean and the workers are very kind here. They take their time with each sandwich and it never feels rushed or like you didn’t get too much of an ingredient. Overall, the sandwiches, soups, and salads are made well. If you haven’t tried a shake I suggest that as well (all flavors are great).
Not respecting appointments. I called them to confirm the time to close , and I arrived five minutes before the time, and found the store closed. I traveled 55 minutes by car. If they had said that by phone, I would not have gone to them.

I’m often not compelled to write a negative review, but this was truly a terrible experience, and I would like to be contacted by Potbelly management to remedy this. I arrived to pick up my order which was estimated for 11:49, after placing the order 10 min prior. It was understandably busy, but the cashier was rude and dismissive. After a bunch of orders started piling up behind her, she finally brought them over to the shelf at 12:04pm—making me late for my meeting. My sandwich did not contain the bacon that I paid an additional $2.69 for. When I called to address this issue, no one picked up the phone, hence no one can refund me for the issue with my order.

This potbelly provides pretty good service and taste in comparison to other potbellys. There is another potbelly near Ogilvie and this restaurant is much better than that one as the other one constantly has problems and poor service, whereas the service here is very good and they make the sandwiches well.
Placed an online order for pickup. The order was ready on time. The sandwiches were made correctly for the most part. They were a bit sloppy but still tasted okay. Customer service was okay, not much greeting or interaction because it seemed like they were too busy getting online orders together. Not may people inside and no line. I'd go back and order again.

Got a big Italian and a ham and cheese w/ all the veggies on multigrain. The sandwiches were so good! We also got a cup of baked potato soup that was just okay. Nothing wrong with it, just wasn’t my favorite flavor-wise.
My parents have been loyal customers for years. I remember going with them as a kid and the great service they would get especially from the owner and me years later from Bobby and Blanca they would go beyond helping me out. But today I felt as if was asking for hand outs and especially from one of the family members. So simple just to look up in the computer what I need but she instead she could only help with a picture. I literally felt like I was asking for handouts. My mother just walked out. 30 plus years and seems like loyal customers don’t matter to the owners anymore. God knows that if I would to do that to my customers my parents and my age would still give me an ear full. What a shame!!!! I should have asked for Blanca!!!

Showed up to pick up an order. It was ready and behind the register. When I walked up and asked for it there was only one other person in the shop. Nathan told me to wait. So I waited over 5 min. As he finished sandwiches and cleaning a blender. Then I asked a second time after 5 min because they started making a sandwich for someone who showed up after me while I waited and they asked me to wait again.

It seemed like they were doing it on purpose. They all seemed so out of it. No greeting, no sorry about the wait. I didn’t complain I’m store because I didn’t want to be a Karen and I also don’t think they would care. At all. But just wanted to take a second to share my feedback.

I received stellar customer service yesterday that deserves recognition. I placed an order on the app, and it was delivered via DoorDash. Unfortunately the driver gave me someone else's order, and when I called the store they immediately remade my order and an employee *walked it* to my doorstep. Talk about going above and beyond!

I work here and then I tasted everything and it really is the highest quality ingredients and making sandwiches. We always serve people with a smile and the atmosphere is great for friends families or even dates.

The food is very delicious and the service is timely. About half of the workers are very rude and snappish. The other half of them are very kind and genuinely provide great customer service. They need to get their customer service more on point and they'd be a great restaurant.
$134 for a TAPE DISPENSER. It was ordered in error and we tried to return it and they wouldn't accept it. The same dispenser is available from Amazon for $9.42. Avoid this company at all costs.

I've been going to Potbelly for years and have noticed the standard has really started going down recently. The last three online orders I have made have been incorrectly filled. Three times they ignored an instruction to not put meat in a sandwich and two other times they used the wrong bread. The frustrating thing is that the label they put on individual sandwiches, when ordering online, shows the instruction not to have meat in it but they ignore it. The two stars is because it happening once is a mistake anyone can make, doing it repeatedly shows a poor standard of service.

I was having a hard time placing a catering order on the website. I called this location and Julian was a great help. He was able to help me out and get my delivery here on time for a team outing. He was patient and understood the frustration I was having with placing an order on the website.
The trucks making deliveries are always blocking the bike lane making travel extremely unsafe down Elston Ave.

Absolutely horrendous experience! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I placed an order for three drink dispensers ($216/piece) and I should have known that it was way too much money for what it is. The one dispenser arrived broken in packaging. I unfortunately didn't have time to open these pieces right when I received them and did not know about their 7 day return policy. I'm out $216 and I have one really awful drink dispenser that I can't use to show for it.......and the two that arrived in tact, well they are cheap and not worth the money. Make sure to shop through Webstaurant friends........much better customer service and much better return policy......as well as saving you a TON of money and headaches.

Some of my items showed up. Supplier said everything was in the package. I opened it I took pictures of all items in the box and it was short 2 products. The cost of those together was over $90 and the suplier will not do anything fix the problem.

Appointment was 09:00 got here at 06:00 in a door by 06:15 with about 1/3 of a load, out 07:10, no lumpers. I checked in by door 28

Looks like they took a old cold storage and turns it in to multiple store fronts. Cars parked where the old truck parking was could it a bit tight if there parked like idiots one suv could not even park in 1 spot made for a 53’ trailer

I usually never have a problem with Potbellys. They are my #1 go too. Except today I did not have a good experience. As I walked in I was not greeted. I seen the employees speaking amongst each other. I didn't take it so negative until I stood there for a little bit waiting to order. When the employee came up to me I greeted her and said hi but it seems she must off been having a bad day. She wasn't the easiest listener and pretty aggressive. I felt like she was rushing me through my order. Before I my sandwich could even finish being prepared she rushed me to pay. There was no line, it was not busy. I really couldn't understand why I was being rushed like this. I wanted to purchase more but didn't feel welcome too. The place still had an hour till it closed so I just was not happy with my visit.

I placed an order for my cafe online, and when their page at checkout failed to complete my purchase, I tried again using a different browser. I ended up with 2 orders and when I contacted them to return, they would not take back without a huge penally and I was to pay shipping back even though it was their store's error in processing. They blamed me for the error even after I explained that their site gave me an error message reading the order could not be completed.
Restaurant Depot is a big wholesale store for restaurant owners, restaurant supply chain companies you can buy items from here in very economical prices. Different sections for different products, separate section for frozen items, different sections for disposable items etc

This place is overpriced...Restaurant Depot has the same products and selection for far less then chefs kitchen....I now understand why they have to call Restaurants and try to sell you on signing up for a membership.....Stay away from this place,if you want to see a profit.....

Excellent customer service. Was able to walk in to buy something, fulfilled on the spot. Meant I was able to see packaging I needed (which changed my mind) before buying 100 count. First time customer, got a nice discount, will definitely be back.
They did a fantastic job! We needed a prep table at a restaurant in less than 4 hours and they came thru. No only was there unit a better model than places like Webstrautant, it wasn't as expensive. They charge a very reasonable delivery charge, especially for rush order. I will be coming back to them for my supplies.

AVOID EMAIL LIST AT ALL COST! I get numerous junk emails a day from them. No matter how many times i select "BLOCK SENDER" or "JUNK MAIL" they still come through. No respect for peoples time.
i called a bunch of places and these are by far the nicest people ever. So willing to work with you and your needs and are so patient. They rolled with our circumstances and even provided us discounts. Other competitors took advantage of that and actually tried to charge us extra! Paul in rentals and Jackie in sales were delightful!
