I’ve been going to my regular salon for years now but thought I’d try bloom for something different! It definitely didn’t disappoint and I got what I wanted in not even 40 minutes. However as they do not use a booking software I think communication needs to be better. I asked for a cut and blow dry, which in my experience means the hair will be washed. But when I got there my booking was only for a trim. When you are paying a non refundable deposit you need to be aware what you are paying for, so they should have confirmed what they booked for me. The hairdresser was lovely and knowledgeable, lady at reception not so much but I got the result I wanted so oh well! Thanks Bloom❤️

First time to the hair salon and had a great time. I got a demi colour, trim, wash and blow dry. The staff were very friendly. My hairdresser was super knowledgeable too - such a nice change from passive treatment! The new space is incredible - such a beautiful fit out, fresh with plants and contemporarily feminine. Very much happy to have visited in north hobart.

Mya has created the perfect little salon in Hobart. Mya and all the hairdresser's at Bloom are friendly, approachable and truly take pride in their work.

Such good communication, always greeted with a smile and made to feel so comfortable. Love the girls and their work!!

Communication is lacking

Amazing atmosphere, excellent service and the girls are so friendly! Was honestly the best start to my week having a cut and colour service on a Monday morning!
