I came across Clearly IT Solutions whilst looking locally for a new PC. I like to support local business, which I've found is often better than high street chain shops. And I wasn't disappointed.

I had been looking for a new laptop for some time now, but found the cost to be quite high for the spec I needed.

I made contact with Clearly to discuss the spec I needed and ask for quotes based on my needs. I spoke with Dan who was an encyclopedia of knowledge and suggested several options. Dan gave me the time to have a think about options, with no hard sales pitch and pressure to buy in the meantime - which I really appreciated.

I still continued to look around elsewhere but was not as impressed with the service or value for money and I didn't feel I received the same level of expert advice elsewhere that I did from Dan at Clearly.

Payment was simple via bank transfer once I had received my invoice and my new computer was delivered the next day. I was happy to install it myself, but it was evident that Dan was very passionate about his work as he insisted that he install it - as he wanted to be doubly sure the system worked and that I was happy with it.

Quality equipment and a friendly, efficient service. I'll definitely be using Clearly IT Solutions again in the near future. I can't thank Dan enough.

Like an earlier reviewer stated my company used a company which was bought out by EPX. Previous company superb, new company more than doubled our fees and it has been consistently awful. All our staff say the same, urgent issues never dealt with within the day, despite our pleas. We will be soon moving elsewhere, looking at the other 'positive reviews' I'd question whether they are genuine local business served by EPX.

This company have been amazing. My daughter received DSA and they were so friendly and helpful when sorting out all of the equipment. Nothing was too much trouble. I rang up as they had sent the incorrect laptop case and another one was sent straight out. They said on two occasions that they would ring me back and they did within 10 minutes! Shaun was very helpful. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I raised a ticket on 15/02/2023 that I couldn't access our server, it is now the 21/02/2023 and no-one has rang to sort it out. We were with a previous company who got bought by EPX, since the purchase there is no-one to talk to and customer service is non-existent, I have called around 15 times in the last 5 days chasing a resolution and keep getting promised call backs that do not materialise.

Ordered my DSA laptop through Hamer, amazing customer service with some extremely knowledgeable people on the other end of the phone who were able to talk me through upgrades and decide on the best course of action to take.

A very good experience all round. Dan made charges clear before visiting, arrived on time and did a lot of work on my PC, without being patronising to someone with minimal tech knowledge. Would certainly use again.

My sons pc frequently overheated then the fan fell off. We had a liquid cooled fan ready to be installed. Clearly IT was recommended to me. Dan came round to the house and checked what we wanted doing and suggested putting an SSD card in to speed it up and give more storage. He has done a brilliant job. The pc looks new again and runs even better. Excellent service. I'm buying a new unit for myself from him. He definitely hasn't seen the last of us.

Bought second hand computer that I spent a lot of money on from ebay... didn't work. Gave it Clearly IT who managed to figure out the hardware fault and fix the issue. Fantastic service. Almost left me with an expensive paperweight. 5*

I have an iMac. This has been to 2 local companies for issues but I was never fully satisfied that they understood apple products properly. Mine was fixed “properly” this time by Mike. He really understands his subject well. I will certainly use his services again if I have future issues.

My old MacBook graphics were playing up and Tom agreed to look at the issue on a "no cure - no pay" basis. For a very modest price, he replaced the mother board, fitted a new processor and conducted a clean install of an up to date OS. Very efficient, very good communication at all times and a perfect repair that has put off the massive outlay of a new MacBook for a year or two. No problems in recommending Tom.

I have a problem with windows 10 shutting down and restarting in a continuous loop. i thought there would be some info online which there was however, i didn't have the confidence to execute what the articles were telling me to do so i thought the best thing to do is seek help. when you search on the internet its pot luck if they're any good, can they offer a solution without taking advantage of your situation. Searcher beware!!

i came across iTom Tech via google and decide to contact the company. i received a call back a few minutes later, Tom was able to extrapolate the info he needed to understand the issue and guided me to a straight forward solution i was able to do myself. I would describe myself as being average ability on a computer and toms instruction were pitched accordingly.

Much to my satisfaction there was no charge.
My overall experience has been of the highest order from start to finish, a rare experience these days and when you have a good experience shouting about it is a pleasure. Well done Tom, you've made my day Thank You.

iTom Technology provides a thoroughly excellent service. I have always found Tom and his team to be extremely helpful and they provide a temendous amount of support, advice and assistance. They have resolved every issue I have had and have been able to explain things to me in simple terms that I can understand.

Tom and the team are a genuine pleasure to work with. And recently their software division, Offsight, has been helping me develop systems that will pushing our business onward and upward.
