Great customer service. Quality UPS and networking equipment at reasonable prices for all levels of customers. Parking is sparse though so maneuvering large vehicles will be challenging.

This is really one of the best UPS service centers in Jamaica. Their shop is purchase and customer friendly and staff is well trained, well mannered and very informed as to all the various things that can go right for...but also wrong with your UPS. They will advise you carefully how to select the best size UPS to operate all the equipment you have and they service everything they sell with quick fast and efficient service. We sent our defective UPS in and they called us back with the price to repair and change the batteries... then they serviced it.. then called us promptly when it was through.. and ready for pickup. Pickup was fast and quick and we took it from there back home plugged it in and it was good to go. The only challenge I found was the parking and the turnaround area in their compound that is the only reason I did not give them five stars.

Good customer services.

Parking is very limited and the drive way is very narrow. For the most part the lady at the front desk is very friendly and customer oriented, however the other ladies who sit in for her are obnoxious and does a disservice to the company.
I was most annoyed when I tried obtaining information on one of their UPS that would fit my needs since I am not very experienced with UPS systems.
I would not recommend this place if you are inexperienced with ups and looking for general guidance.
I did share my experience with the customer service desk and told them I was most disappointed with the level of service or better yet the lack thereof.

Their venue sign/billboard needs updating. Almost drove pass it, and the entrance is somewhat narrow, especially considering it's one way enter-exit. The customer service was good and their prices are quite reasonable compared to other competitors.
