Absolutely amazing. My business took my laptop to a bricks/mortar store with an excellent reputation that we have used in the past for upgrade to a 1TB drive. They tried very hard, but said that the laptop simply could not support a 1TB drive.
Without the larger drive, the laptop was basically worthless for our business. On a lark, prior to my business discarding the computer, I took it to Daryl, mostly because he was close by. I really wasn't expecting anything. Amazingly, he upgraded the drive in days, determining that an esoteric change in the model specs by Dell had prevented the other shop from understanding how to upgrade. Daryl's knowledge of computers is truly amazing.

Eric was fantastic and he charge reasonable price to fix my computer he was very knowledgeable he gave me other options and I went for the best fit for my needs with his recommendation. The only thing I didn't like was walking up a set of stairs I am up middle woman carrying a 10 lb plus computer was a little much for me. An elevator will be a great feature. Or maybe i need to purchase a dolly next time.
I have turned to Daryl of Mt. Vernon Computers more than once -- and will again. The computer he's repaired and upgraded for me is still going strong (and fast!) years later. Daryl is professional, a great communicator, and clearly knows his stuff! He's my go-to computer guy, and a specialist I won't hesitate to recommend!
Eric was great. This is the third product that I have brought for service over the last 4 years. Everytime, I feel like all my questions have been understood and addressed. Eric takes his time with his customers and I have never felt rushed. This is the only place I bring electronics for trustworthy service.
I called, and received the perfect advice. I was sold. I went in to have the work done. As a work from home person, I needed a quick turn around. The promised it to me fixed in a day or less. A few hours later, all my repairs and upgrades had been completed. Amazing shop! Highly recommend. Knowledgeable staff. Next issue, you're my new go-to.
I am pleased and impressed by the quick response and services provided. I’d been dreading the task of getting my computer serviced and Daryl made it so easy. He picked it up, kept in touch regarding what it needed, and when he returned it, took the time to show me some shortcuts and navigation tools. A few weeks later, he kindly helped me over the phone to connect my printer to my computer. He is knowledgeable, easy to reach, and his rates are reasonable.
So far, I have received two computer emergency services from Mount Vernon Computes, and got a quick response, diagnosis, and repair in a matter of days! Not only fast services but also affordable prices. Daryl is excellent at explaining everything to give me peace of mind. I will keep using his services!

Richard was Phenomenal! This review is long overdue but long story short, I spilled wine on my computer and it wasn't turning on. Thank goodness I called ABC Computer repair! He dried out the computer and got it back up and running. It turned off again because the battery still had a little wine in there but Richard came right back and resolved the issue until I was able to get a new battery for my computer. I definitely recommend giving him a shot!
Phenomenal service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff fixed my 8 year old laptop in a couple days for a reasonable price. They also returned it completely cleaned and dusted - like new.

BRING YOUR LAPTOP HERE! Honestly, this place is in another league, compared to typical computer-repair services I've encountered. Whereas those places can take forever just to diagnose a problem, and frequently end up charging you more than the price quote, Eric, Mike, and the other technicians at LapFix are smart, hyper-efficient, and honest: the total cost for the work I ordered came in well under my expectations, and was done in around 48 hours. I'll never use another repair service again. Awesome group of sharp young guys running an awesome service!
They got the job done and delivered on what they said they would do. So points for that. But to say the customer service experience was disappointing would be an understatement. Just utterly missing the mark on some really basic customer relation skills.
Very good experience working with him to get my laptop situation resolved. He kept consistent communications during the process and knew what needed to be done in order to fix my laptop.

Great team over there in LapFix. Very knowledgeable and was able to built me a custom PC with the parts that I brought to them. PC hasn’t had any issues since the install.

I am rather handy with computers. I started out my professional life as a Network Engineer almost 30 years ago. Yet, even today there are computing problems that even I cant fix. Since the days of Windows 3.1 I have been bringing the unfixable to be fixed by Intellect Computers. Five stars is simply not enough. If your computer is broken and your nerdiest friend cant even fix it, then bring it to Intellect Conputers.

This place is honest and upfront. Refused to exaggerate timeframe it would take to complete the work, even when competitors did. Charged way less than others, and did not overbill or come up with extra "work" that needed expenses. Highly recommend.
Great experience! I spilled water on my laptop, and I couldn't even open it to drain it. Richard was very prompt to arrive after I called, he drained the laptop and took it to his office to oven-dry, and was done within a day. He was very professional and very helpful, answering all my questions throughout. I was afraid I'd lose my laptop and important un-backed-up data on it, but now I have both back, and at a very reasonable price! Thanks, Richard!
These guys are not trust worthy. They diagnosed my laptop for $65 and gave me a $480 estimate for repair. On the phone I was told my GPU and OS needs to be replaced. I pick up the laptop and was told the motherboard is bad.
I went somewhere else, and for $150 I got my laptop running with a few upgrades.
I paid LapFix $65 for them to lie to me. Hope no one else goes through what I went through.

My gaming pc had a CPU overheating issue. The temperature jumped from 40 - 50°C to 100°C when I started playing FPS and MMO games. I’m so glad that I found Richard G - ABC Computers Repair with many positive reviews and he provides onsite repair services! He recommended that replace the failed CPU cooler. Then he came to my house with a brand new cooler next day! Now my CPU stays around 30 - 40°C while gaming. Thank you for the efficient and professional service. I’ll definitely come back in future! :)
I needed the screen of my MacBook Air replaced and I found Richard on google. I was immediately impressed by his responsiveness via text. He gave me a nice quote and a timeline, so we coordinated a time for him to pick up my laptop. It was fixed even sooner than expected! We then coordinated a time for him to drop it off. He was kind, honest, and diligent. I will definitely work with him for my future tech needs!

Stay away from them! Their service is really bad, especially they guy at front desk ‘ john’ . They fixed my laptop and changed me $139 and when I asked about the issue and what they fixed? they tried not to explain to me, they say your laptop is fixed and you just take it. I said I need details about the problem and what did you fix but they only wrote “rest hardware” and didn’t explain anything else and they changed me 139 for this.

Intellect Computers did an outstanding job fixing an older and difficult to work on Xerox laser printer. They were even able to find and replace a part that was difficult to obtain, and even more difficult to swap out, requiring a complete disassembly of the printer. Despite this, and the amount of labor involved, they still charged a reasonable fee. I highly recommend Intellect Computers, and will certainly use them the next time I need professional assistance.
