Please don’t dare to drink coffee. I always believe that vegetarian restaurants means you get nice coffee.
If you are vegetarian, I don’t recommend you to try here. Even drinking water was not good. I have no idea why can’t provide good and clean drinkable water.
The ambience is very nice. After ordering the food was served within few minutes. We also got butter naan paneer butter masala and paneer biryani . The biryani was outstanding. The rice was cooked just perfect. The aroma and taste was amazing. Portions are very generous. The staff were very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed our lunch.

Very neat and friendly atmosphere- but the food is average to bad !! My expectations were pretty high for the name and we choose it since not too much veg restaurants but very disappointed overall

I am not a new immigrant, been here 2 decades, I don’t expect Indian taste but this is very bad. Myself, my son (born here) , my parents 80+ - no one liked it. So 3 generations cannot be wrong !!

Today 9/30 at 1130am we ordered North Indian special thaili, South Indian thali , pav bhaji , chole bhature , gobi Manchurian appetizer

1)Gobi Manchurian was over fried - but ok - we finished it - the ONLY dish we completed other than veg biryani
2)South Indian thali - curd had onion !! Unbelievable!!
3)Pav Bhaji -‘kurma was very sour (they did remove it from the bill when we complained )
4)All koorma in North Indian thank were sour
5)South Indian thali had basmati rice (it should be regular or sona masoori) - by mon did not take anything - it was all kept to throw
6)Only saving grace was veg biryani - which was decent

Ambience is okay, service is okay and food was good. Soya malai chaap is probably the best item on the menu tatse wise. Food had flavors but nothing extraordinary.

I went for dinner and decided to wash my hands in the restroom, but the state of the restrooms was absolutely pathetic—the worst I’ve ever seen. This made me seriously question the hygiene of their kitchen and the overall environment. I ended up leaving without dining and will never return to this place again. I would not recommend anyone to eat here; it doesn’t feel safe or clean.

I ordered 3 Pcs Medhu Vada and a glass of Rose Milk. The Rose milk was less than half the glass of 12 oz. The glass is tapered in then bottom and the glass was less than half filled so the total contents were close to 5 OZ only. Medhu vada was horrible. It was clearly evident that they had it PRE FRIED and they just warmed it up because it was chilled from inside. Since the new management has taken over the quality of food has been worst.
Thanks for the response. It means I drank the half glass and then took the picture. Good luck with your business. if you want to run your business by cheating your customers, then it will not be long when you will be out of business. You put the glass tilted inside a plastic bag and gave it to me, hence, there has to be marks on the top of the glass. You did not handover the glass straight in my hand. Good luck. Attached is the copy of the receipt

The chat samosa and chili paneer were amazing! Really good and really spicy. There are mild options as well.

A good vegetarian restaurant. Rare to find pure vegetarian food in the area and this one is pretty decent. The food options were wide range and the service was good. Liked the food presentation as well. Will be back here again to try out other items on the menu

This was my first time here, so I went with a "safe order." The food was amazing and so flavorful! It's probably the best garlic Naan I've had in a long time! The playlist was wicked good, too 👍 The restaurant is very clean ☆
Ordered fish biryani and veg biryani.
The dishes provided could not even qualify for biryani..
It was disappointing. Given the name Biryani Pointe.. atleast one could expect a decent biryani.. what i received was just coloured rice and pieces of fish coated in red. Also found few shredded pieces of chicken in my fish biryani.
Veg biryani was just rice with few potato pieces.
Rice did not have any flavour or seasonings.
Bland and tasteless.
Terrible!!
My go to place for amazing take out when I'm in the area on business. Its been awhile, so I got my 2 favorites. Andrah Curry and Chilli Chicken. They were both excellent. Full of heat and packed with flavors you can't get in the Catskills. I also got the Chilli Bajji for an app. I dread the day I won't get paid to drive out here...but I'd probably drive the
3 hours and make a weekend out of it for Mayuri and a few other of my favorite restaurants in the area.

I had dine-in experience for the first time. The service is poor. It took half hour for just vadapav and samosa. After half hour they told they can’t make kachori chat and had to replace the order. Though they have variety of sweets which is not bad.
The worst restaurant ever . They won’t gove fresh food and argue with us stating that’s fresh. And in takeaway the quantity is very adequate. They won’t accept the problem won’t support the customers. They just say it’s fresh and finish off . Going to complain food safety department with the sample chicken.
In general, I do not write restaurant reviews, but I believe this restaurant definitely deserves my attention. I have given this restaurant a few chances in the past in order to see if the food and the customer service will improve over time. When I am in a restaurant, I usually just talk to one of the waiters about how terrible and pathetic their customer service is. It is always said that they will get better in the future. When you first walk into the building, no one greets you or even acknowledges you as you enter. In reality, even though you can stand at the door for five to 10 minutes, they do such a great job of not acknowledging your presence that they will even keep you standing there until you finally give up and ask if a table is available for you. Upon finally being seated in the restaurant and as you start to observe the environment, you notice the waiters are wearing dirty jeans and mismatched shirts that look nasty and dirty. You can never tell if the person you are speaking to is a maintenance worker or a waiter. Finally after waiting for fifteen minutes, some random person who does not even bother to introduce himself/herself gives you a nasty nasty-looking bottle of lukewarm water and glasses that do not have ice in them, after which you have waited for fifteen minutes. There is no one who comes back to your table to get your order unless you specifically ask them to do so. Once again I wanted to see how long they would take before they came to my table to ask if we were ready to order. After waiting half an hour, I finally gave up and raised my hand to get someone's attention to take my order after asking for half an hour. After the waiter/maintenance guy took our order, he didn't even thank us nor did he give us an indication as to when our food would be ready. In twenty-five minutes from the time we ordered our snacks, we received them. Again, no one even asks us if there is anything else we need. In another half hour, our food was delivered to the table and placed on the table for us to eat. In fact, the food was so average that it didn't even give us the impression that we were actually dining out at an Indian restaurant. It wasn't even that good that we wanted to take it home because it was so average. As a result, we did not really just get the kind of food that we were looking for, but we did not really enjoy it at all... 15 minutes later, we place an order for dessert, and it took another 15 minutes for it to arrive at the table as well. I also found the dessert to be below average to the point where we didn't even get to finish two spoons of it. When I called someone to give us the check, he said he would be right back, but instead of coming, he just went to the table and started watching his phone and one of the tables in the lobby as well. Despite the fact that we waited for about 20 minutes watching what he was doing, he seemed to have forgotten that we asked for a check. I am not sure why this happened, but we had to raise our hand again just to get some attention at the table and then we had to ask him again. Eventually, he came over to the table and gave us the bill and asked if we could have our check. I really don't think I should even tip them for customer service like this, but it is funny that they actually expect a 20% tip from us, which is given to the employees who are actually responsible for giving good customer service in the first place. In any case, this is not a great place to go out for food when you are looking to dine out. There is no way I could recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants to go out on Friday night or want to have a great time with their family when they go out to eat due to the fact that the customer service is the number one worst service I have ever seen, so I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
The food here is pretty good but it very disappointing that they no longer have a buffet. The service here is pretty bad and staff are inattentive so it was nice to be able to go up and get your own food. I also like to try different things and the buffet was good for that. This place was one of our weekly go to spots for lunch with fellow workers but now we only go here every few months or so. I understand if the buffet was closed for covid previously but we are in 2024 now people!
I ordered their goat Biryani. It was flavorful and tasty but could have been more spicy.b
i can't describe how bad the food was. On the top, we all got sick next day. we ordered Chicken Biryani and got fried rice with chili chicken inside it. Quality of food was also terrible. never ever going to this place again.

We went to Mayuri Indian Cuisine to have a dosa. The dosas were okay, but the Sam bar was latterly two spoons in a small bowl. I asked for more sambar twice and they totally ignored it. And never brought it and when I told the waitress I didn’t give them the tip because they didn’t bring sambar to me. They could ask for more money for more sambar. She said it’s okay, we were busy. Wow! This is how they treat their customers. Look at the picture how much sambar is served with a dosa. I will give 2 starts for dosa and 1 for service.

Mawa is our go to place, my kids enjoy eating the kathi role and cakes are so very yummy here, I have ordered cakes maniere times and they are must tastier and we get the pastry in bigger quantity compared to other places, and the employees are well welcoming and they receive us so well when ever we visit the atmosphere here is so good, sitting chairs and tables are well maintained by the staff here, I appreciate the front desk employee she has treated us so well and as always people with false and negative intension try to bring down a restaurant’s reputation with unethical comments like I just read 2 years old issue was higlighted which looks so fabricated, but Mawa always has true customers like us. we would love to keep visiting this place with family. I highly recommend this place.

visited Mawa today , and ordered Wada pav, as always the food was so tasty, and I really like tamarind dip with mint chutney,
staff here is so friendly and they receive so well, front desk employee is very welcoming, as a regular visitor to this store I never faced issue with front desk lady.
I would be nice if customer’s post true reviews as a customer I feel bad to feel bad to see such bad and false personal comment on a restaurant’s employee, Wish I could report the fake reviews, long way to go Mawa, Mawa deserves genuine reviews, good luck.
Worst appetizers ever had. Ordered shrimp fry and chicken pepper fry and got two gravy items. How on earth are these called fry appetizers ? When called they said this is as dry as they could make. Please change your chefs if that’s the case. Never again ordering from here
We tried veg noodles & chicken appetizers on a drive to Wochester MA.
Food was fresh & tasty. Service was good & fast. Masala Chai was very good too.

Parking is free. Good place to spend quality time with your friends and family.

We tried Pani poori here which is tasteless & the Pani was straight from fridge with too much salt in it. Food was Obsoletely disgusting.
Samosa chat was yuck 🤮.

Maybe we went there on a wrong day…!!

Ambiance was good 👍,
Floor was sticky while we walk.

Parking is free here, prices are okay, Service is good.
The menu offered a good variety of dishes, and which was delicious and satisfying. The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. I’d recommend Mayuri for an enjoyable dining.

calling QUITS after 10 years. Very bad male owners and disrespectful to talk, no empathy towards seniors. Seems that they serve food to westborough and forget that customers pay and tips all the time including today. Very bad taste from a fellow Westboroughian.
The food served today was total gross and horrible to taste. When told. we got a shock on how they misbehaved. May God, give the owners (especially the male) a nice mouth to talk with courtesy, humility and respect.

calling Quits , Quits Quits !!!!
They are located in the prime location of west borough and have good Indian chat and snacks where they serve both hot and cold items .. good variety and tasty snacks., they also do take party orders for cakes ..

Was highly recommended by some folks so visited this place and what disappointment. Guess the recommendations were mainly for the pastries and pastries were okay. I would rate pastries 3.5 on a scale of 5. We also ordered their menu items dahi poori, vada pav, kathi roll, samosa chat , patties and couple of shakes. This was the worst food wrt to preparation, quality and taste. Dahi poori were soggy when it was served to us, literally soggy and had barely any crunch with a very sad filling. Samosa chat sucked equally, chhole on it had no flavor. Vada pav was edible but would give that 2.5 on a 5. Worst thing on the menu was kathi roll. See the picture attached. This was some all purpose flour bread filled with potatoes and that's it. Had no onion slices, dressings, spices and other markers of kathi roll. Literally a joke in the name of kathi roll. Should take it out of the menu instead of making a mockery of the dish. It seemed like same potato mixture was filled inside the samosa, kathi roll and patties (possibly inside dahi poori) with no change of spices/preparing style?? To top it off, it all tasted stale/old with a hint of oil tasting rancid. Sheer disappointment for $80 bill. This didn't even meet the basic food standards. May come here for pastries but never for other "foods"
The chicken tikka masala was good. The biryani was good, and the goat was good too but I recommend against getting the goat in the biryani since the bones are a little difficult to separate out of the biryani.
Hidden gem. Best Samosa's in the area. Hands down. The sauces are incredible. The bullet/chilli naan is hot if you aren't used to chilli's, and really beautiful in flavor if you are! Vindaloo is to my taste, the Korma has cashews in it, and tastes excellent.
We recently moved to the area and we were so happy to find nice chole bhature. We felt that chole were less for our needs so we ordered extra chole. They charged us $10 for one tiny box of chole while the full chole bhature are also for $10. When we tried to reason with the cashier but they seemed to give reasoning for the charge of extra chole and did not understand our concern.

Giving 4 stars as we do like the food but the owner should educate their staff
We have catered a couple of times from Mayuri for large gathering for party sizes of 40 and 150. For both the occasions our guests loved the food. And my family really liked working with the owner, it had always been smooth business interactions and he was very considerate about our food preferences and customization. We look forward to working with him and his team again in future.
A delightful gem of a restaurant easily located off the highway. The ingredients are always fresh and the food is flavorful. They spice according to taste, so it's not necessary to get a hot dish for authentic flavor. Highly recommend!!!
We ordered food on a Saturday night and to our experience food was really tasty. Shrimp Vindaloo had that authentic taste with the right blend of spices.
Chicken Biriyani had that distinct taste that is very unusual but tasty .. Chicken was super fresh.

I would definitely try some more dishes here in future. Keep up the quality.
My husband and I frequent this place at least once every two weeks if not once a week. The boy that takes orders has always been super nice and helpful. He is always prompt with drinks and checking in on if we need anything. The food is consistently great and flavorful without been super spicy at the medium level. I like spice and the medium is a good place to be at without dying. We’ve had the chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, cholle masala, samosa chaat, chicken tandoori, biryani. All have been flavorful, fresh, tender. Will keep coming back here for many more years to scratch the Indian food itch.

A decent place for Indian sweets and snacks. I tried the chicken kathi roll here. The quantity seems too less for the price. The black forest pastry was average. I also noticed that they make ordered cakes here. Maybe will give it a shot sometime. I liked the chicken puff. On the plus side, this place is spacious and easily noticeable while driving. I would have loved to see more variety in sweets.
My daughter and I were "regulars" at this restaurant during a recent short stay in the area. The food was wonderful and fresh -- we especially loved the fish pakora -- and service was friendly, efficient, and extraordinary. The staff took time to address our questions about ingredients, showing concern for our food allergies and overall satisfaction. Don't be put off by the plain appearance of this restaurant (especially on the outside); once inside, you will be glad that you found this unassuming gem!
Even though I was the first to order food when they opened at 5pm, it still took twice as long than the 25 minutes I was told, all up almost 1 hour! Not only that, but I can also honestly say that 4 out of the 6 dishes were the blandest Indian dishes I have had to date. The restaurant is also run down and dirty. I was the first in after they opened, and still I managed to stand on leftover food littered around the front desk. Their food containers are a joke too and make a marvellous mess on the journey home, no matter how careful you are with them. Trust me, there are better alternatives around Worcester.
I've been to Mayuri in the past for their lunch buffet and it was pretty good and definitely worth it for the price. Currently no lunch buffet because of covid so I went for dinner. The regular menu is definitely a step up in quality and delicious!
Some dishes I tried that were great: chicken 65, chilli paneer, their dosas, lamb rogan josh, lamb korma, and their bread basket.

1 piece of criticism though. The waitress was friendly but not the most attentive. I went with a big group and had multiple appetizers. We had lots of finished plates that started piling up but they didn't take any plates until the very end.

Overall, better than other Indian buffet restaurants I've been to.
Pretty decent Indian place in Westborough. Not much to look at inside and does seem more geared towards the lunch buffet and take out crowd than as a sit down place to eat as it lacks much in atmosphere. Food is great though and asking for a hot Vindaloo, was really hot with tender lamb Samosa's were great, garlic naan not as great. About 40 mins to get the food on a take out call, made early in the evening. It's a BYOB which is a bit of a downer too if you're looking to eat out but there are off licenses in the stripmall. Prices were decent too.
