I love this place! This was my first time trying Indian food and I’m obsessed. We had the Paneer tiki masala and the butter paneer and it was amazing. We will definitely be back :) 10/10 recommend

Absolutely blown away by the incredible flavors of the Amaravathi Lamb Curry I ordered! Each bite was a symphony of perfectly balanced spices and tender, succulent lamb. The richness of the curry sauce paired with the subtle heat and aromatic spices left me wanting more with every forkful. The use of cookies in the dish was a stroke of genius, adding a delightful crunch and hint of sweetness that elevated the dish to new heights. However, I must say the service was unbearable. Despite the exquisite food, the waitstaff was inattentive and slow. Nonetheless, the food itself was worth the wait. 5 stars without a doubt!
We were super happy with our experience. We haven't been super impressed with Utah's Indian food scene, but Bawarchi hit the spot. We ordered the Amaravathi Lamb Curry (medium spice but it was still on the spicier side) and the Chicken Chettinad Curry. Both were delicious! We also ordered the plain and two garlic naan breads which were fantastic. Walked out the door with about a $50 bill. We'll be back for sure.

First time here very pleased with the experience. Flavors were amazing. Serving sizes were excellent and staff is friendly. Definitely one of our best Indian food experiences in Salt Lake City and we will be back.
Decent food, very friendly service, appropriate food preparation time, modern atmosphere, and clean premises. The chicken Tikka Marsala and Butter Chicken were what you would expect, but certainly not the best we've had. The naans were perfectly crispy and flavorful. What really made our experience was our server, who was extremely considerate and attentive with our needs eating with a baby. Likely to return when in the area, but won't drive a distance just to come to this spot.
This place has incredible food and service! You can’t go wrong with whatever you order. I highly recommend the onion pakora for your app!
A must try if you wanna have Indian flavoured pizzas 🍕I loved the way they maintained the quality and quantity for the prices they offered. Definitely visiting again to try more items from their menu.
Went to this location for the first time. I was surprised to find that this location is connected to India Palace - it's the same dining room with a single combined menu. I like the options to get traditional Indian food along with the specialty Curry Pizza's. We got Aloo Tikki as an appetizer - it came out spicier than we expected but the flavor was great. Also ordered two pizza's and they're just as great as the other location I've visited. I'd definitely recommend and will be going back!
My wife and I had the best experience here. We have eaten at many Indian foods throughout Utah and Bawarchi has been hands down our favorite place. The service is top notch, the environment is contemporary and clean, most of all, the food is extremely well made and tastes amazing! 10/10 if I could give it more stars I would!!
Ordered a paneer pizza but a chicken pizza was delivered, I called the owner and they just blamed it on uber eats delivery. I understand that part but they could have also easily labelled it as paneer or something on the top of the pizza to make things easier. Disappointing.

The food was skillfully made and tasted delicious. The host and serving staff were courteous and thoughtful; very attentive and friendly. The wall art and atmosphere was lovely! I would recommend dining here to anyone who loves (or is interested in trying for the first time) Indian cuisine or an fun Indian twist on pizza.

Tonight is my second time coming and the food is just as yummy as I remembered. And the staff is so generous and friendly. I love ordering the chicken tikka Marsala and garlic naan. It’s so comforting. And always full of flavor. I love this restaurant so much. You guys have a great business here. The environment is clean and fancy. I was also given a free drink and the staff is very personable !!❤️❤️

This is a lesser-known gem in South Jordan that I just learned about after eating at the original location in Bicknell. Yes they have great and different pizzas, but also a full menu of traditional Indian Food offerings. Great flavor, good portion sizes. Staff was also very kind, helpful, and patient.
Outstanding service, excellent food. We were craving for Indian food. Since we were by the area we decided to stop by this restaurant. No regrets at all. The food is totally worth the price. Mango lasi is a must try. Loved this place . We were told that there is also buffet at lunch time! Def will come back again.
Best Indian restaurant in the valley! It had been a while since I had been to Himalayan Kitchen after trying other places. I can confirm Himalayan Kitchen is the best of all. Nice staff, good atmosphere, GREAT FOOD. Take out is good but if you have the chance dine-in and get the whole experience.
We went here with some family friends. It was excellent! I enjoyed the vegetable momos, mushroom Saag, and chau chau noodles. Others really loved the goat and chicken dishes!

We ordered garlic cheese naan, sweet naan, chicken coconut curry, chili, garlic goat curry and the malai chicken—my fave! The owner was personable and kind and our waiter made sure we were taken care of. If you haven’t tried this place—you need to!

This restaurant absolutely deserves 5 stars. The ambiance of this restaurant is incredible. The customer service is amazing. The people who work here obviously really care about making it a wonderful experience. I had the lunch buffet 11-2:30, (they have a menu for dinner), which allowed me to test out quite a few dishes, and I can honestly say they were all delicious. It's fragrant with intricate flavors that are incredible. The spiciness was a minimum, which meant I could enjoy everything freely. It was hard not to eat way more than I should. I am planning on returning.
It's such a wonderful restaurant! The food was AMAZING, I've never had better butter chicken! We ate from the Buffet, and Narayan, in particular, was so helpful! He asked us often whether we needed anything, and we hardly ever had to get up and go to the buffet because he was so helpful and brought us so much good food! The food was flavorful and delicious, and the service was so kind and friendly! It's nice to see staff that actually like people, and we felt very welcome here. They treated us like guests in their own home! Will come back again!
From the beginning, everything was amazing. We were warmly greeted when walking in and immediately helped. We had a larger party (8 people) and they immediately put two tables together. The meal was delicious, and while we had a varied meal and everything was great, I highly recommend the sweet naan bread and pineapple chicken. That was my favorite. They were very attentive and made sure everything was good. At the end they treated us with a delicious mango pudding. A great place to bring your family and friends. Also Narayan was the main person who helped us, he was very warm and friendly, so glad to have met him.

We absolutely loved the pizza here. We had a Chicken Tikka Masala pizza and a pepperoni pizza. They have a nice thin crust pizza and the pizzas were delicious. I did ask for no cilantro on the pizza, but I'm not sure they understood. I took off as much cilantro as I could. I'd definitely recommend trying the Indian food pizzas and oddly enough, our favorite was the pepperoni. Delighful!
The waitress deceived us saying I will not charge you for the appetizer if you leave a Google Maps review, our party of 7 did, but we still got charged for the appetizer. A scam! you don't deserve tips, very disappointing experience. We will never come back again.
I like Indian food but was skeptical of the pizza concept. I was pleasantly surprised and have been back multiple times try out new flavors.
Current favorite is the 1/2 Special Curry 1/2 honey pepperoni.

The Binda Special pizza is unreal. So tasty. The mango habanero wings and the butter curry. Fantastic. Great customer service.
India palace has been a goto since they opened in SoJo. Used to go to the location in Provo and was excited when they opened in the SL Valley. Curry pizza is next level! Highly recommend the good eats!
Wasn't sure what I'd think of curry pizza, so I was apprehensive. I was happy to see they also had entrees of Indian food, which I do like.
We got the Mushroom Curry, , Coconut Korma, , Chessey Garlic Naan and Garlic Naan sticks, with honey curry to dip it in.
It was awesome the food was great, service was good. They were a little short staffed but they made up for it, they were friendly. I don't know if it was the owner or the manager but he came by and asked us if we had any complaints or what they could do better next time.
I told him it was our first time in and we loved all the food, I was really surprised by the honey curry to dip the Naan sticks in. He got us extra to take home and suggested we try it on toast. He said uts tge sauce they use on their curry pizza's.
We are definitely coming back, I can't wait to try one of their curry pizza's now

This is our favorite Indian restaurant. We wanted to try their curry pizza and it was AMAZING. We recommend the Glazed pizza and Honey Curry. Their Tikka Masala is delicious too.
Good food with fast service. Great mint chutney and chicken vindaloo. Spicy but not too spicy for this lame girl. Garlic nann was fresh and yummy too. I will be back soon and often.
WOW!!! I will forever be a fan of India Place aka - Curry Pizza Kitchen. The flavor and spice here is so on point that I bring everyone here. I have tried the Vindaloo, Pinnapple chicken, and butter chicken and I have to say by far some of the better meals I have ever had. The staff is lovely. They treat you like you are welcomed in their place of business and that is so refreshing! They are kind, patient, and willing to share their thoughts on the dishes. The quality of food here is superb! 100% HIGHLY recommend eating here. EXCELLENT! Got chicken wings here last week, they were outstanding. Love it here!!!
