Top Dental clinics in El Nozha, Egypt

I highly recommend going to this clinic. The staff is very well trained and I trust them with all of my dental work. I even have family members that visit this clinic.

Bad experience

When ive arrived here in Egypt, I was anxious to where i could find a good dental clinic in cairo, specifically nearby where im residing. It took me more than two years to find a well reviewed clinic, that is, Sheraton dental clinics. I was reluctant at first as i don't know any doctors nor staff from there, adding that im a foreigner here. i just prayed that the clinic is good (thanks to the experience i had from my previous orthodontist that i developed trust issues). Lo and behold, they were not good, but excellent! I wasn’t this satisfied before. The facility, the ambiance, the service rate, the doctors and staff are so professionals.. what can i ask for? Most importantly, the time they took just to help me in my situation is just applaudable!
A big thanks to Dr Ashraf who has been accommodating to my concerns, he just freed me from six years of bracket “imprisonment” with a very favorable result.. one of d best! To Dr Bassem for the patience and effort, and creating a superb team of professionals; to the staff.. carry on as you are!

I don't know about the doctors because i didn't get to this point. The receptionist was rude in general. At first call she was weird about telling my the name of the doctor I'm having an appointment with. When confirming on WhatsApp I asked again about the doctor's name and if he's a specialist or consultant. She told me that she has answered me the day before.
So if the "receptionist" of a place is this unprofessional I Don't know about the whole place.

I received several treatments in the Sheraton Dental Clinic(SDC) in the past few years; the staff is reliable. The SDC is clean and well organized. It provides excellent services and meets the international standards in sanitation.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. The dentist was very friendly and informative about the procedure. My husband and I are pleased with the service we received.

Dr Bassem's clinic was recommended to me by a friend for a major dental work that i needed that took 2 years to complete. The full mouth rehabilitation completed very professionally and in very high standards giving the time constraints that he had to work with due to my travel.

Best dental clinic ever

The worst attitude ever you could see from a receptionists in a private clinic, I don't recommend this place at all.

The Sheraton Dental Clinic is clean and provides good service by professional staff according to international standards. I have received several treatments and was always satisfied. Dr Bassem is highly skillful and professional dentist. The clinic provides Good value for the Money.

Dr. Bassem is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend his clinic.

I have visited him multiple times during the last two years for different treatments (one root canal, two molars filling, couple of teeth cleaning). He is very skillful, organized and he always provides detailed information about any problem. The staff are friendly and helpful and his clinic is very clean.
